1. Amazing service!!! I had to bother Maria and Olga with my reservations many times but they were super attentive and really customized my requests. I am 1000000% thankful for them. 2. The rooms are in great conditions, and I loved the decos 3. The shower is amazing, and the room is individually heated. 4. The location is impeccable. So close to everything!!

The only thing I’d point out is that the entire building has wooden floors, and since I stayed right underneath another room with an occupant in it, the sound from above is very loud. The wooden ceiling has made it worse. But it’s ok after everyone went to sleep.

Shame the pool and terrace was only open from 11am. I arrive too late to really use it during the afternoon as I had shower and went straight out for dinner. I would have used it in the morning, but it only opens after checkout. I had a window in my room, but you couldn't see the sky. A small point, but made the room feel a bit too enclosed. Quite expensive but I think this seems normally for the island having shopped around.

Location is excellent, 5-7 minutes walk from Santa Maria, 2 minutes from Mercardo des Pescadores. The reception staff, Maria and Kiko, are just brilliant, and capable of dealing with any queries or problems. The bedroom was spacious and very well equipped, quiet, and most importantly, the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, but there is also a great little cafe immediately opposite if you wish to be independent. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this little hotel, and we would recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful minimal Mediterranean decoration, friendly, attentive and efficient staff along with a delicious breakfast buffet. Our room was a haven, super peaceful and was comfortable and chic. Really very lovely.

Soundproofing was the only issue - the room above was occupied and you could hear everything. Particularly an issue for us in the morning. If booking again, I’d ask for a room on an upper floor.

Maria was on the reception desk on my arrival and was so helpful and friendly, so off to a great start. Was delighted to be given the balcony room overlooking the small pool. The small touches to detail in the rooms and amenities were excellent. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to my friends.

Elegant building, expertly modernised. Appreciated kettle and refrigerator in the room.

The style is minimalist (no pictures on the white walls) to the point of being rather clinical and lacking the sense of a human presence.. Nice tree on the terrace, it is true but otherwise seemed to be trying harder not to offend than actually trying to please.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help us find fun activities and interesting sights to see. They also arranged an easy last-minute rental car and solved a number of other challenges we threw at them.

Nothing at all negative to say about this wonderful hotel.

Amazing place in the absolute best location imaginable, by the main square and near the steps to the port! Super friendly reception and the best bed comfort, quiet street, amazing shower. I felt like staying forever!

Everything was perfect. I wish the pool was open later as swimming quietly wouldn't have bothered anyone.

We had the room at the bottom and our window was on a patio which was nicely arranged but no real view. I guess that wad the cheapest room but frankly speaking we did not mind

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Very helpful staff , good breakfast, and good location. A novel phone app was provided to open the front door and the bedroom doors. We would recommend this hotel.

The photo of the swimming pool on the Booking.com site is a bit misleading. The pool is small. A "plunge pool" if you will. It would be helpful if the exact dimensions were provided as part of the website material. The Booking.com emails sent whilst we were staying at the hotel were annoying especially as the prices quoted were very expensive and uncompetitive eg the taxi price quoted by Booking.com for a journey to/from the airport to the hotel in Mahon was twice what we actually paid for the taxi that we arranged separately. Booking.com should seriously look at providing much more competitive rates. Otherwise Expedia and TripAdvisor and other competitors will get our business.
