Excellent location. Stylish. Outstanding breakfast. Helpful staff.

Parking was tricky. Our satnav took us near, but to an area without parking and at the wrong end of a one way street. A policeman tried to help, but hadn’t heard of the hotel (it’s pronounced Cloud in Spanish). Eventually we got help, but it was a stressful experience with many drivers hooting, as the Spanish like to do. I then messed up getting to the hotel’s free parking space, probably because of the stress!

It is a beautiful boutique hotel in the old town. It is just outside the hustle and bustle on a beautiful street so it was quiet. The design and architecture of the hotel and the rooms is beautiful, bed very comfortable. The breakfast on the rooftop was the highlight. You can order from a selection of options and it will be made fresh on the site. Personell is really professional and attentive.

You couldn’t set the strength of the aircon in the room only the temperature and the electronic pads with the buttons for the lights were too bright in the night. I had an eye mask with me so it didn’t bother me.

We stayed 6 nights and I can say it was our best hotel experience ever. It’s a 17th century building renovated to a beautiful modern hotel with seven rooms. The rooms are all have amazing decorations very modern and unique mixed with traditional style, large very comfortable beds. Our room had a little outdoor space that we enjoyed. The lobby has an incredible library that you can find very good books. The best thing about this boutique hotel was every single detail was thought by the management and the staff was absolutely fantastic, they were very friendly and genuine as well as being professional. When you enter your room, you can find environmentally friendly glass water bottles, healthy organic snacks and even a bottle of wine as a compliment. Also pyjamas and slippers, a coffee machine, organic tea options. The breakfasts in the terrace were so delicious and freshly prepared and the view was incredible. Every morning you can hear the birds singing and have tasty breakfast with different courses. They serve dinner as well for only to hotel guests, which is also fantastic with locally sourced ingredients. The location is also 10 out of 10, in the middle of the old city but doesn’t get much noise from outside, well isolated walls. We have had a wonderful experience and Hotel Claude Marbella has raised our standards so high, none of the other hotels could reach. We will definitely be back!

It was just a perfect stay in Marbella. The nicest welcome with a glass of a chosen drink where we could just sit and relax while check-in was made. The administrator (lady) told us about the history of the building, the art in the hotel, style of the rooms, recommended some places to visit, to eat, etc. It was nice to see both rooms available and choose the one we liked the most. I loved the fact that rooms were cleaned twice. Higher quality bath rugs, towels and toiletries. It is a small 7 rooms hotel so we could barely see other guests. It is located in a quiet place but a few steps away from restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed quality breakfast on the terrace. Best wishes to the administration (especially a lady) which made our stay very special.

Hotel Claude exceeded our expectations in every way. The location is perfect; just steps away from dozens of boutiques, restaurants, and cafes. The rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Breakfast was delicious every day, some of the best meals we had in Spain. Most importantly, the service was impeccable. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and well-taken-care of. I can't recommend Hotel Claude highly enough. I will definitely return when I visit Marbella again.

What's there NOT to like!! Run, don't walk to Hotel Claude! It's thr must stay place when in Marbella!! Everything from the service to the charm of this wonderful boutique hotel rates a "10"! Olivia, thr Manager and the other staff we encountered were engaging, delightful and gracious!

We cannot say enough about Hotel Claude, which exceeded any 5 star hotel we have stayed in. I’ll get to the staff, who were so above and beyond wonderful, but first a few notes on the facilities: absolutely stunning building with elegant touches in an ideal location (right next to a gorgeous square and nice restaurants but quiet/ less foot trafficked than the streets over- which are, by the way, still charming and feel local despite the tourism - within minutes from the beach); incredibly comfortable and spacious room (our toddler had a blast exploring every nook- which somehow felt toddler proofed!); delicious and huge breakfast (e.g., fresh fruit, yogurt, poached eggs and caviar on homemade toast) served at your personal table on an out of this world roof patio overlooking the rooftops of old city. The people working at this hotel are simply the best. They gave us a truly personalized stay while exceeding every aspect of professional expectations you would have for a 5 star hotel. From the moment we were greeted (and told of the bonus free parking) to the moment we left, we felt taken care of (our toddler especially loved the active engagement from everyone and gifted toy and book). It felt clear the people working here love their jobs and went out of the regular course of what would be expected to make our stay exceptional. All this on the backdrop of a gorgeous hotel in its own right. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back/ share this gem with our friends and families.

We loved absolutely everything - from the moment we walked in and we were warmly greeted, given a tour of the beautiful properly, viewed some of the fun and quirky art, and shown to our incredible room. Everything was faultless - which i don't think i have every said about a hotel before, even those costing multiple times the amount. Hotel Claude is a tranquil gem in the beautiful old town of Marbella, which feels like home, and you never want to leave. There is nothing the staff wont do to help or assist in any way - thank you again to everyone of them for making our trip. Please don't ever change!

Par Excellence. They have the most hospitable and friendly Staff. It is a small hidden gem in Spain. I was overwhelmed with their service and hospitality. It is an experience what I would call a real vacation, where you don't have to do or plan anything, everything is always there without you to worry about anything. Be a vegetarian, I was really amazed about how good and yummy breakfast they had served to us like none another.

This boutique hotel is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Each of the seven rooms are individual in style and layout and the one we had was superb, everything, down to very the last detail is there for you. The staff are exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We had a fabulous breakfast sitting in the sun on the roof terrace every morning. Fresh fruit, juice, yogurt and a choice of hot food. The location is in the old town of Marbella and easy to walk to great tapas bars and restaurants. We are already planning to visit again early next year.

Absolutely nothing apart from leaving!
