Our stay in Club Maspalomas had been exceptional. From our room to piscina patio and Spa area. It was fabulous! A special thanks to people who are working there for breakfast, lunch and dinner services, especially Francesca and Pablo they were really careful and nice with us. Francesca made our breakfast and dinner services several times and she was really good, efficient and attentive and detail-oriented to our requests. Pablo made our lunch and dinner a couple of times, he found us a table on a really busy night, he was a star! We'd love to come back in the next future to Club Maspalomas Suites and Spa :)

We have stayed here before. The food is very good. The staff are lovely. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.

I did not like where our room was situated, we backed onto a yard where the staff emptied all of the rubbish, there was noise all day long, bottles being tipped out, noisy trollies being moved around etc. We also did not have a choice of bed configuration which I think should always be offered. The complex is lovely but you need to be careful where your room is as a lot of the rooms are on the main walkways so absolutely no privacy.

The hotel, breakfast, and pool were all outstanding. The breakfast chef really knew how to cook a proper French omelette -one of the best I've ever had. The pool was great and there were always were enough sunbeds, no matter when you arrived. I didn't use the spa, but the Gym was well-equipped. The evening entertainments were excellent, especially the Scottish saxophonist from Dunoon and the classical Spanish guitarist. The reviews on other sites indicated that there are many repeat visitors and I can understand why. I would return, but for one thing...

The internet (or lack thereof). The hotel advertises 'superfast' WIFI, indeed that was the reason for me to choose this hotel as I had some Zoom meetings. Unfortunately, the Internet was woeful. But, there was no point getting annoyed/angry at the reception staff, after all, what could they do? Apparently they have switched to a new provider and are having some 'issues'. The internet varied in speed from 5.2Kbps to 89Mbps! It was tedious every day trying to connect. If you don't need WIFI I recommend this hotel, if you do , take a Mi-Fi device!

Me and my wife liked everything about this hotel. Facilities, the quietness and the fantastic staff. Everybody made us feel like part of the family. We will deffinatly come back and we strongly reccomend this gem. Say hi to Otto the cat.

At check out we got an invoice for dinner and wine witch we did not buy. We dined at LoLa restaurant that night. Someone must have said the wrong room number but anyway.....we got it cleared but had bad feeling after checout. Not a big deal but maybe people should show their room number at the hotel restaurant instead of just saying it. It is deffenatly easy to make mistake.

All the staff at this hotel go the extra mile every day to make you feel welcome and valued. The leadership at Club Maspalomas have a team who all smile and engage in every small moment. I never usually return to the same resorts I've been previously, but what you get at Club Maspalomas for the money paid is incredible. You're greeted with a drink, then when we got to our room had a bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket waiting for us. The rooms are clean and comfy. We had selected one with a hot tub and the gardens are completely private with no danger of being overlooked. The facilities are brilliant, with the gym being the best equipped of any hotel I've ever stayed. The spa and pool area are all great too and you can pretty much always get a bed by the pool, but if its really busy each room has its own private beds too. The selection at breakfast would be hard to beat, catering for all nationalities and dietary needs, with the bar menu for lunch also being good and varied. What really stands out though are the staff. To a person they are warm, engaging and friendly. Special mention goes to Erica that works the pool area, and Richard that works the restaurant and bar area. Both are an absolute credit to the hotel with really beautiful personalities. That so many guests seek them out to say goodbye and hug them when they leave speaks volumes.

While the hotel itself is great, the surrounding area has been neglected to an extent. It seems that many of the surrounding areas have not had the same investment, and the local commercial centre that was once thriving and busy is now a ruin with just a few shops and restaurants. I'm sure that this is reflected in the price of the hotel though as you get a lot for your money. It is just a short cab ride, or use of the free hotel shuttle bus to better areas nearby.

We loved all the facilities-pool, gym, sauna. There was always a sun lounger during the day it was never over crowded which was great. Breakfast buffet was amazing- so much choice and the staff every morning were so friendly. There was entertainment every night and the cocktails at the bar were delicious. Bed was super comfy and the room was spotless.

We had booked the room with private garden and bathtub outside- the only down side to it was we had the end of row room meaning we were closest to the restaurant and there was a private stairs (staff only) that was next to the room and when staff would use this (not too often) they could then see into our terrace which happened twice while we were out there. This meant we did not make use of the outdoor shower but the bathtub was blocked by the wall, meaning if we were inside we could not be seen but just walking out and getting into the tub you would have to be conscious that no one is there. we would have liked it if it was fully private as this is what we booked for.

It has a wonderful feel about the hotel, from the minute you arrive until the minute you leave. Staff are wonderful and everything is to the highest of standards. Food is fantastic. The pool is excellent, not too busy and it’s a wonderful place to relax. The rooms are lovely, have an outdoor seating / lounge area and you really feel you have your own space at all times. This is our second time visiting and we will be back.

The staff were amazing, especially The reception staff - Olympia especially was so helpful, and another lady on reception who helped with restaurant recommendations and got us some crutches. We had some non hotel related issues on our stay. My partner broke his foot whilst we were out one evening and they were so sympathetic and helpful. Was spotlessly clean, great pools and spa and really Good gym.

Location wise you have to get taxis to go out for food. Evening meals at the hotel were expensive for the buffet restaurant.

The Hotel was really nice. It looks like the pictures shown. The bungalows are clean & have everything you need to feel comfortable. The terrace of the bungalow had everything you need for some nice and chill hours in the evening or in the sun. Pool, Bar, Sunroof and Gym was fantastic. The whole area looked very professional & welcoming. Food was always good regardless of which meal we had. There was so much variation for everyone. Drinks at the bar were always excellent & the evening shows were super fun too. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Always there to provide everything for their guests! Never seen a single Cockroach in the bungalows , only one time on the terrace when it flew towards us from the outside. Thanks to the Hotel Cat aka ( not the real name ) Bert. (He loves pets & food). We will come back without any doubts. Thanks for a great Vacation.
