The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was better than we expected, and we enjoyed the fresh cooking each night. There was definitely something for everyone. As it wasn't peak season there were plenty of available beds around the pool, and the restaurant and bar were not too busy though I expect that it could feel a bit snug during the summer months or school holidays. The beach was only a short taxi drive for around 6 euro but would have been difficult to walk as you are surrounded by busy roads, though we were not bothered by any traffic noise.Overall it was a good stay and value for money.

We stayed with our two grandchildren one with Autism when I asked the Lady called Marina, who was managing the restaurant at a very busy time, about chicken nuggets for him she said she would ask the chef who did cook them for him! The toddler area was great. Special mention for the animation team AMAZING

Very few Parasols at the pool. but would not put me off returning.

The staff were very attentive, hotel was clean, rooms were great and the air conditioning was top notch. Food was good and ill inclusive drinks were brilliant.

We were only there for a few days and we didn’t pay for the safe in the bedroom as we felt safe a comfortable and just didn’t think anything would happen as we weren’t leaving the complex are far from our room. The time we went to the pool so we could only vaguely see terrace someone come in and looked around and stole our money they had found. We had only gone to the pool for an hour so we were disheartened. We should have paid for the safe,but the staff were helpfull and checked if a card had been used for the door and told us security cameras only viewed pool areas so unable to see anything. Would have been 10/10 from us if the site had more security cameras as all ground floors had terraces.

The location food and environment was amazing

It didn't say is a family hotel or maybe I didn't check properly So it many kids around and annoying Also to many activities where all I wanted was to relax and listen to music

Nice set up - free shuttle to the beach every morning. Taxi is also cheap if you miss the shuttle . Rooms were cleaned every day. There are lots of different swimming pools and lots of entertainment for guests. Buffet has lots of choice - some food nice but the wine is not very nice. There’s a shop a few minutes walk so you can buy nicer wine so no big deal.

The rooms could do with a bit of paint, it felt a bit like 3 star rather 4 star. Overall good value for money.

Family oriented, great food and staff are superb!

Waited about 20 min to check-in as there was a large group of adults ahead of us. Perhaps, guests with small kids could be looked after ahead of adults so there is less distress on small kids.

The pool was nice and clean. We were allocated in a bungalow that had the pool next to the terrace which was really nice.The whole complex was very nice and clean and the staff was friendly.

The variety of the food can be improved . The food was similar most of the days . The cocktails included in the all inclusive package could be improved.

I liked how it had a choice of swimming pool areas to relax, and it was nice to see the children enjoying themselves as they were entertained by the hotel staff. Plus as a bonus, Holiday World was just across the road.

Clean room every day, very nice staff, heated pool, good breakfast. Nice evening show for kids and adult. The Italian restaurant is much better for dinner. I highly recommend

Perfect location for family with small kids. Food was great, room is very big, bathroom with bathtub and shower..bed in comfy..but zofa in living room are not comfy at all (maybe doors are little bit old and making noises).

The "grass" around pools is hot during the sun, so you are unable to walk without flipflops. For my taste too many cats in and around the hotel...the smell of their poops around playground and little pool
