Ura properties look after these specific houses in the Montecarlo complex. Bit of difficulty figuring out which bungalow was ours as we weren't given a number for our arrival, which was very late and reception was closed, no information for us on the board at reception as these proprties are run separately, so just picked the house that was open ?? Thank god it was the right one! Besides that.... Nice touches compared to older houses such as new very comfortable mattresses and clean fluffy towels. Good comfortable night sleep, once you don't mind the noise which stops at 2am anyway! Property owners were very helpful after we had a misfortune on our holiday, came immediately - not sure how they were contacted, and offered assistance and promptly inserted emergency contact numbers the next morning. Juan in the Montecarlo pool bar is an absolute Gentleman. He assisted us Massively in our hour of need and called in to us daily to check in, helping us with a lot of things, which was not at all his job, just a kind human being with a big heart, even though we rarely went to the pool bar (which is fantastic) . Please give him your business! Definitely recommend booking with Ura Properties. Just make sure you get a house number before you land :)

Just not knowing the house number and emergency numbers. But the latter was solved for future guests.

The young man who work's on the checkin desk. He's so rude. My daughter was in the centre one night he was so abusive towards her shouting and pointing in her face. He has now getting our stay on the 28th to 31st January cancelled. I'm so upset I'm 60 year's of age and due to go away with my daughter in 6 day's time with nowhere to stay because yous have cancelled

Location was excellent. Apartment was lovely, loads of room and nice pool with loads of sunbeds. The bar was run by a lovely guy and the food he served was delicious.

Had to ask for clean sheets, wifi kept going off and reception guy wasn't the most helpful, we tried get late check-out and couldn't and they wouldn't keep our bags until bus came so were sitting around for 2 hours in the heat with a load of cases! Cleaning lady was nice and friendly though.

Location was perfect. No fighting for sunbeds

There was no sun umbrella on the balcony and the sun is so strong in the afternoon and early evening it very uncomfortable to sit on balcony a umbrella would have been perfect and no air con but I know that before travel and booked an air con unit from Gran Canaria hire (Paul )

Great apartment, great value for money. Very close to bars (see below), food and shopping.

Only downside was it is very close to loud bars, not great with a small baby, but probably our fault for not researching properly!

The location is great very spacious rooms a bit dated could do with new furniture and beds but is clean and tidy

Everything squeaks beds sofas needs replacing

Excellent location, short walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. Pool.area waa great Juan at the bar / cafe is.a true gentleman. The apartment was spacious and very clean.

It wasn't a problem for me, but possibly some people might find the music from the complex opposite, annoying. But to me and my travelling companions, it was totally not a problem .

Location was brilliant

Bar wasn't open much we could have stayed in more often and eaten and drank at the complex because we had a teenager with us and our daughter and partner wer staying 6 doors away from us with 2 small boys

Really clean ,easy to get to in the heart of town

A little noisy at night but you are right beside the amenities so to be expected ,on the last night a very rowdy group moved in to the apartments next to us, not the owners fault but annoying to have these idiots cursing the top of their voices and kicking the door and ringing the doorbell , right next to us at 4.30am I don't know what can be done for that .

The pool bar is excellent,the host Juan is a diamond,his cooking skills are really good, drinks are Very well priced, furniture is a bit dated but still comfortable,

Maybe sort out Aircon in the rooms
