Lovely apartments. Right next to a local supermarket. It is a little all up a steep hill but as long as you are mobile enough to walk it, it isn’t a problem. We didn’t see any staff during our stay, but we managed to work out what to do.

No air con - wouldn’t like to stay here when summer kicks in! But it depends on how you are with the ceiling fans only. Pool was small but did the job.

Complex well maintained pool area was very relaxing. Apartment welcoming with good decor and lovely bottle of fizz ! Staff friendly and helpful would recommend to a friend.

No air conditioning but we kept balcony doors open and let the fresh air in. So not really a negative.

It was an expected size apartment and quite quiet (except the noise from renovation), nice pool and nice sunbathing area next to it. All staff very nice. Location of the apartments is awesome - nice view to the sea, partly to the town as well. It is far enough from the center, but close enough that you can walk there - shops, restaurants, beach. Even our small kids liked the walking down and sometimes back as well :) There is enough free parking places on the street, small market in 2 min, beach and restaurants at only a short walk.

The only “-“ is lack of aircon but there are fans in the rooms so we didn’t have troubles with sleeping (however we can imagine it would get quite warm in the summer months..)

Palm Suites is in a lovely location that overlooks the sea. It’s just far enough out that it’s a quiet little haven but close enough that you can walk into the centre in around 5-10 minutes. Just be slightly warned that it’s up a hill but we used a taxi to get up most times and cost nothing more than around €4 euros (worth it in the heat!). In terms of facilities - the pool area and sun loungers are great and plentiful so no need to try to wake up to reserve a spot for the day. The WiFi is excellent and the rooms are spacious and light with a great balcony. The only downside is lack of aircon but there are decent fans in the rooms so we didn’t have trouble sleeping (although I can imagine it would get slightly warm in the summer months)

Lack of aircon - we stayed in a very warm November on a top floor and it was still quite warm in the evening with the fans on. Maybe some desk fans on each side of the Bed would be handy! It’s such a small complaint though as everything else was perfect.

Good location , though a bit steep hilly, good pre arrival communication with Sitta who was very helpful , apartment was well equipped with all essentials provided and more , and all worked well .

Only two things that I would recommend Calypso look at to improve , one probably an expensive fix but an investment, the other very simple :- 1. Majority of guests fully expect air con in such a location - the ceiling fan attached to light is a chocolate teapot !! 2. Annoyingly there is no soap / shampoo dish inside smallish shower cubicle . Problem for elderly if you drop your bar of soap !

It was a nice size not too big and really quiet (except for the drilling but that wasn’t a big problem I understand renovation is happening) nice sunbathing area and pool and all staff very nice.

The shower tray filled up really quick up to ankle height didn’t drain away very quickly. Kept banging my head on the kitchen shelf which is very low. Found a couple of cockroaches last 2 days. Air Con would make it really really good. I’m a really honest person and not complaining at all. If it was really bad I would have said whilst there.

Nothing was to much trouble. Staff were fab. Satti is so nice with everyone, we had a very warm welcome. The rooms are very generous in size, plenty of storage for your belongings. The beds are best I've stayed in never woke up once with a bad back like I have done plenty of times abroad. Pool side was never to busy, plenty of beds and space. Sun shines all day for anyone loving the heat We will definitely be back.

Only thing I could say here is the cleaning could be done to a better standard. But it wouldn't put me off staying again.

This is a well run facility which offers all you need for a really good self catering experience, Satti Jackie and William run a tight ship and the place is kept really well, the pool and sunlounging areas are exemplary, there's a Hypo Dyno just up the road and getting into Peurto Rico beach or town is a pleasant walk.

Could do with an oven. However, there are plans to address this. Air conditioning would be a real value for money addition, but the fans are adequate. Maybe an English language channel or three. 😀

Excellent place to stay. we only did 3 nights, and although there isn't air-conditioning, there are fans who did keep the air circulated There is a pool on site, and although small. it was just enough for us. The receptionist was amazing. really friendly and helpful.. Aeas are kept clean at all times, and the rooms are furnished with good standard Great location to walk to the beach and to the shopping centre.

Wouldn't recommend the apartment for anyone who isn't good at walking up and downhill. although it's not far, it could be a challenge for anyone who struggles to walk far unaided. but there are always taxis available.

It was very clean and comfortable.the manager (sati) was spot on. Clean little pool and just a short stroll to the shopping centre.

Very quiet place,and with two younger children we may have been a little on the loud side for our next door at times.with it being so small and quiet a little noise goes a long way. Probably more suitable for couples and people who like to be in bed for 10.00p.m. Booked a late check out, when we arrived back the key card would not work.the hotel sorted out to be fair,but 20 minutes of unnecessary stress. But overall a great little place run by a good manger.
