Beautiful hotel our room had access to the roof top pool which was a lovely touch , staff were lovely and friendly .

The only thing for me was at breakfast ( breakfast included in our night stay ) was handed a menu which had a small choice of cooked items , ordered an egg Benedict and I asked the waitress to confirm that the eggs were poached , her English wasn’t very good so I don’t think she understood . So I got eggs Benedict as well as another two poached eggs , then was handed a bill to pay 5 euros as which was voided as I explained I didn’t ask for both , she didn’t understand what I was asking but still don’t think they should be charging as should be included in the breakfast !

A beautiful hotel in the heart of old Palma. Excellent location on a quiet street just minutes stroll from good shops, bars and restaurants. Wonderful design, high levels of comfort and fitout. Everything is very well thought of. Very friendly and attentive staff. A beautiful old building. A great sense of calm about the place that makes you relax the minute you walk in the door. I will definitely go back if I get the chance to visit Palma again.

The pool area is small so at the height of summer every sun bed was taken up. This wouldn't be a problem in May/Sept I guess. The smaller rooms are tight so move up a level as much as your budget will allow.

A new beautiful and a very well located hotel in Palma. The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything very clean and well taken care off. The breakfast was very good. We also ate at the restaurant located in the hotel and it was very good and the service was excellent. Thank you so much, hope to return one day.

The air conditioner too loud in the room

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially in the dining/bar and reception. The location is excellent. The design of the hotel is lovely.

The room was very dark. Badly lit. As always with design hotels there wasn’t enough cupboard space for more than a couple of nights. Perennial criticism - not enough light for make up.

The concept. interior and attention to detail . The staff are superb. excellent customer service and care. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh, interesting, healthy and good assortments. lovely coffee. An abundance of fresh fruit. Do try the Olive bread. Location is brilliant. Trendy with good vibe. Loved it

Loft bedrooms are to be avoided. We asked to move as made me feel claustrophobic. Then we were in room at the top of hotel which was directly under the main hotel air conditioning unit.. Great room but noisy!. Check your room choice.

Location was perfect. Everything was only a 15 min walk away maximum. On the day we left we were allowed to continue using the facilities after checking out. The use of the gym shower before getting the flight was also really nice to freshen up after sitting by the pool in the sun all day.

The bar man at the pool got very busy during lunch and was often getting ice or food. During those times I feel having two people, one manning the bar and one running the food and drinks, would have been better.

The hotel is located in the centre of old town Palma which is great for exploring. The decor of the hotel is stunning. The hotel has nice facilities that include a beautiful pool area and gym. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a super breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food we had at the hotel was a definite highlight.

The rooms are a little on the small side and have poor lighting. It would be nice for the rooms to have coffee / tea making facilities. The pool is not heated and is very cold.

Amazing stay! From the moment we arrived on our honeymoon to the moment we left, we were treated to the most lovely personal hospitality by the wonderful staff at Concepcio. The hotel itself is stunning - 16th Century vaulted ceilings in the restaurant and bar....the private pool and pool area felt so plush and exclusive, we ended up spending most of our time on the sunbeds reading books and enjoying the food and drink. The location is fantastic, an upmarket and quiet area of Central Palma. I cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

We loved everything, the location, the hotel decor, it was comfortable and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast were amazing. We stayed here for a special birthday and the hotel made it special for us. The facilities in the room from shampoo and conditioner to a steamer were just fab things to have. I particularly like the chrome cast option on the TV too, so we could stream from our phone and watch films etc.

There was nothing we did not like.

I chose this hotel because of its design and I was not disappointed. It's stunning. We spent a lot of time by the pool and really relaxed. We were out of season and had the terrace and pool practically to ourselves. The breakfast was delicious. We had a superior room on the first floor and it was really fantastic.

It's a small thing, but the music that is played in the lobby and by the pool does not fit this place. It's more irritating than relaxing.
