I liked everything! The food was very good, the view from the room was the best! The balconies/terraces were intimate and with sunbeds, the service was always nice and helpful. Clean rooms and you couldn't hear your neighbors. Two swimming pools. The one on the roof with a beautiful view! My flight was around 8:00 PM and they let me stay by the pool all day and then take a shower and go to the airport! A wonderful, aesthetic hotel! Good wifi.

!!!!!! Hotel staff absolutely should not allow half-naked people into the dining room during meal times - in bikinis, only in shorts, dressed as if on the beach. Watching not always aesthetic and often unkempt, sweaty people is not appetizing. It was very offensive!! In addition, people working in the kitchen often behaved loudly, shouting at each other.

Close to the airport , walking distance to the beach , plenty of restaurants nearby . Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast . The reception area is modern and has a lovely holiday vibe .

The only thing that lets the property down are the properties opposite, making the view from most the rooms including ours very unpleasant to look at from all the balconies. Downstairs Pool was in the shade most the day ( till 4pm) . Top pool and the area was too small and only about 20 seats available . So gets filled up quick .

Two choices of sunbeds - level 8 with the bar had all reserved sunbeds even from very early hours, despite signage. Level 5 was much quieter, but no bar for drinks. Great seating there, and never crowded. Fab breakfast with lots of choice and my wife was so keen on the prosecco!

Comfortable room and bathroom area, only downside is that we booked a double room but had been allocated a twin room. This was changed but the balcony view was at the side of the property, and was only a white wall!

The Hotel is immaculate, the staff were very obliging, food is 3☆ not 4☆. The hotel is located up a narrow side street 150mtr from the beach it sits among some dilapated accomidation either side which is the view you hv from your balcony. "BQ Aquamarina hotel" is on the beach front thats where i would stay next time.

Food 3☆ i hv visited many 4☆ hotels in Spain that have food quality way above this. Sorry.

The location of the hotel was really nice, in the centre of Can Pastilla. The receptionist Andrea was really professional and she met all queries with a smile and was very service oriented. The rooftop pool was beautiful with fantastic views over the bay. Great to be able to rent bikes. The decor of the hotel and rooms are beautiful.

The balcony of the room faced straight into a wall with no sunlight what so ever, it made the room very dark. The walls seemed to be paper thin, you could hear everything in the hallways

Location is great. Stuff were amazing. Helpful and hardworking. Best interaction we had with waiters at the bar, but the other were also super nice. Breakfast is really good and would recommend to get breakfast included as it is worth of it. Adults only is a huge plus for everyone who wants to enjoy in kids/baby free sounds.

It is loud. Vicinity of the airport can cause sleeping problems. Carpentry(doors and windows) are not soundproof so bring earplugs. Pools at the rooftop and ground floor are small but who is coming to spend the time at the pool when u have amazing beaches, right?

The quality and range of food was excellent. The roof terraced provided a wind free place to soak up the sun. The room sizes are typical for a Spanish hotel. Plenty of room for one, enough for two but a bit of a squeeze for three sharing.

The music on the roof terrace is the most dreary set of remixes. Every song feels like it is being played at half speed. The staff aren't able to change the music due to 'company policy'. Take your own music or a set of ear plugs.

Everything was great, as expected. Super friendly and helpful staff always around in case you need anything. They have a nice variety of drinks & snacks available by the pool for when you want to relax without going out. The location was also a big plus as it was really close to the beaches, restaurants and shops, as well as close enough to Palma to just get a taxi for a night out in the city.

Would have preferred an actual double bed instead of two mattresses side by side which move apart easily, they are not as comfortable.

Great location, staff very friendly & welcoming. Excellent roof top pool bar with great atmosphere.

Breakfast area not very spacious when trying to get hot drinks, toast & cereal etc. Long queues & constantly bumping into people. Seating if great but when trying to get food & drinks very cramped Not enough bar staff at roof top bar most of the time only 1 bar staff on and when people ordering cocktails there is quite a long wait to get a drink. The service is great but wait time can be bit lengthy with only one bar staff on. We had a sharing room for 3 people which was ok but pretty cramped would be good to have bit more space when 3 people sharing but excellent that you do offer 3 in a room.

Lovely interior, amazing themed dinners that are different every day, close to the airport, friendly and helpful staff

The beach nearby wasn’t very clean at times so we had to walk further Would be lovely to have a kettle/coffee machine in the room In our triple room in the bedroom there was no window and that wasn’t very comfortable, quite hard to wake up😅
