The location is very central and within walking distance of the centre of town. The room was nice and clean, and the spa area with a jacuzzi and sauna was nice as well. Breakfast had a big range of food to choose from and was good value for money.

The sound insulation of rooms could be better, you could hear people in the hall or in rooms above. it was bearable though.

Good location (easy bus route or walk along the marina/sea front - about 1.3km from the Cathedral area); big room with air con; really good breakfast and outside eating space); very welcome rooftop plunge pool; indoor spa; loads of art around; perfect for an off-season (early October) - and therefore quiet - break.

Very interesting building and art. Comfortable and good breakfast. Place for bicycle.

A little away from the historic centre

The hotel was in a convenient location, close to the seafront that we could walk along into the town centre. We loved the arty decor and the staff were really friendly and patient with me trying out my Spanish. The breakfast buffet was great, plenty of choice and some lovely handmade pastries/cakes.

We were told we had to request a key for the indoor spa and pool to make sure it didn’t get too crowded, but not for the outdoor pool. The photos of the outdoor pool made it look a lot bigger than it is, and in reality when we went for a swim despite there being only a few people sitting around it, there was no space at all to put our towels down or sunbathe which was disappointing. Perhaps a booking system would be fairer?

Hotel is out of the ordinary, it has a lot of art and is really pretty on the outside. none of that is actually useful but is nice. the hotel is modern and clean. the rooms are big, however they could have a better use of their space if the furniture was not so old and bulky. the shower is a disaster, impossible to open without getting water all over. it has double sinks which is nice. a duvet which I had not seen anywhere else, that was funny. the room got really cold at night but they had thick blankets available. be aware the parking lot is on a property next door on the 3rd subfloor and that Palma main area is not really walkable but the bus stop is near by.

It wasn't a first time and will not be the last time. Same pleace, same room like at home. This time decided to visit SPA features. Very nice especially when you're alone there. Good advice to not choose first working hour of the SPA, not 100% ready, which not so strange in Spain. Walking distance to the old town is approx 20-30 minutes, some valuable pubs on the way. There are some construction works between marina and firts line of the hotels so complicated to drive by car but out of high season you don't need to worry about parking place (except weekends). Hotel is located not so far from Mercadona so if you missed anything - easy to go there by foot

The room that I stayed at was really spacious and cozy. The beddings were comfortable and in general I had a great rest. The location of the hotel is quite decent. It's a bit away from the town centre as you have to walk for around 20 minutes or you can hail a taxi and get there in 5-7 minutes. Nonetheless, it's still an accessible hotel.

Just a tiny remark but I think they have to improve their toiletries such as their soap and shampoo offering. Mine looked like a diluted soap as if they added water in order to fill up the whole bottle.

friendly staff check in and check-out, comfy beds, great location, great big room.. good internet I arrived late and did not use the pool or eat at the restaurant so can not talk about much other than the room itself.

The guests in the neighbouring room were talking and shouting till the early hours about 2:30am. I did not sleep well. and the room was located in an atrium of sorts by a bar so had all the foot traffic of everyone passing by at night going in and out of their rooms and in the morning. It was pretty noisy.

The hotel is an art exhibition, nicely decorated, modern, breakfast is served until 11 am and is a really nice bouffet, you can have the spa for yourself during the day if you reserve. Which I did every day. The area is quiet and lots of small and good restaurants are located nearby, outside of the turist trap in the center town. If you leave early they can prepare breakfast to go, which is not the case in a lot of hotels.

The distance to the center is quite long if you have to come and go to the hotel. Around 1.5-2 km walk every time, you end up having a lot of walking...

A gem of a hotel! Very good location just next to the seaside, with Santa Catalina next door and the heart of the city 15 minutes of a beautiful walk away. The place is a modern art gallery in its own right, and a very good one. Then there's the best breakfast I've ever had in Spain, great friendly staff, the perfectly equipped spa, the rooftop pool, comfy clean rooms - you name it, you got it. Definitely would return.

Well, it's not exactly budget-friendly. But then you get what you're paying for. and more.
