Nice hotel, close to the city centre. Nice places around to have a walk. Amazing view from balcony on the port and city, nice swimming pool but was still not enough warm on second week of April to use it, water was cold. Nice bar, waiters were lovely and prepared special alcohol free cocktails, as im not drinking alcohol. A lot of taxi around, the price ok to reach around.

Rooms need renovation in some points, but it’s fine. The most odd and inconvenient it’s 2 single beds together, instead of one double. Beds are on rollers and every time moving and shaking, so no chance to have hugs with husband 😅

Dinner was quite varied. Some days it was excellent, but at times, the quality was poor. The worst part was on our first night, when dinner was a buffet. Each table had a bottle of water, but at the end, we were charged 4 euros for it. While 4 euros isn’t a big deal to me, it felt like a bit of a trick, and no one likes to feel tricked

The location is great. Walking distance to the cathedral and the old town. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable.

Unfortunately the room in which we staid did not have good isolation. We could hear the traffic outside and the neighbors from the nearby rooms. Acceptable maybe for a 3 stars hotel but definitely not for a 4 stars. While for breakfast, a variety of products were offered, the eggs were cat. 3 (coming from caged farmed hens). In my view, 4 stars hotel shall offer high quality products to the customers.

Size of the room, view from the 11th floor, the terrace, the breakfast, the pool - there were all very good.

The city is 20 mins walk, get ready! Parking was a nightmare! The ticket we got from the reception did not work. It was a permanent hassle for 4 days to get in and out. The guys behind the counters were not helpful at all!

It was a lovely, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and breakfast was excellent.

A bit far out from the centre and unfortunately road works outside were noisy and limited access to the marina. Not the hotel’s fault but chose the location near to the marina so that was disappointing.

Unfortunately a lot of noisy roadworks going on close by but that's not the hotel's fault.

Quit high price for breakfast, even though it is really good

We were a group of friends visiting Palma for a long weekend. The hotel was perfect. 10\15 mins from the airport in a taxi and also 10/15 mins stroll into the old town, with plenty of bars and restaurants on the way. Good sized room and excellent Wi-Fi and aircon, the latter especially important as c35c for the weekend. Fantastic pool and terrace on the first floor with views directly over the harbour. Plenty of sunbeds and towels. Also poolside bar but expect the usual hotel prices. Can’t comment on the restaurant as we ate out all the time as there are so many good paces, but looked nice. Would certainly return. The photos are the view from the pool.

The attitude of the reception staff is unique. Thank you very much to Juan and Oscar! Amazing guys, very helpful and professional. Both of them should be rewarded. Also Ana, she was very helpful too. The common areas in the hotel are nice and well maintained. The views from the upper floors are stunning. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the city center. Bus No.1 stops in front. There are two other buses that go to the center, about 5 minutes walk up in the street behind the hotel.

The promenade in front of the hotel is under construction. The works start early in the morning and this creates a lot of noise. The water pressure on the upper floors is low. There is no beach and there is no access to the sea

Location. Food ok. Cleaners excellent. Reception very helpful. It wasn’t amazing. Lifts were slow and I was on the 12th floor. I was slightly anxious that food for evening buffet was out for so long. Breakfast seem to deteriorate in choice, especially choice, as the week went on. But I would return if the price was right.

I was not aware that I was not in a premium room. My colleagues were and had a marina view, and facilities such as a kettle. I was very disappointed being up on the 12th floor with a noisy road view and tiny balcony. Information should have been clearer on booking.com
