The food is fantastic, the room is neat and clean, a nice holiday, a nice hotel, the staff is very friendly.

Maybe a little work should be done on new deckchairs and more umbrellas around the hotel pool, but all in all I have no major complaints.

Location great, stunning sea view, staff lovely, children's pool area great and they loved it.

The beds are uncomfortable in the family room, you only have two single beds, and then two very hard and uncomfortable sofas that you have to push together to make a double. The hotel does have double beds, but only in the star prestige area, but of course children are not permitted there. The hotel really must invest in comfortable double beds and this would be a selling point for some families. It was £300 a night, which is above average on price and deserves a comfortable bed.

The food is top! Excellent breakfast and dinner. Staff are very supportive. SPA is very nice. Location is great.

Its not the best option for solo travellers. The hotel is very much about families with kids, even the evening programs consider the children. Pools are always busy with kids and their parents. The hotel has a prestige section, adults only, pretty expensive.

Truly amazing! From check in to the sad moment we came to leave. This is an excellent resort. Spacious, spotless and comfy room. Fantastic food and drink. Staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for guests.

There is nothing to dislike. We just hated having to leave!

Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, all were fantastic. The staff is very helpful and pleasant.

Would have been nice to have a heated pool as the weather was a bit chilly and the water was freezing.

There are no rules at the pool prestige club area. Before 8 o'clock in the morning all loungers were occupied with towels and not a person to be seen. The rule should be: You will be assigned a towel and lying down when you come. When you leave you have to hand in the towel again and the lounger is free for another guest.

The staff at the star prestige pool bar and the restaurant were amazing!! The hospitality of the staff were fantastic. The toilets in star prestige were very clean throughout the day. Our room was spacious and lovely. Loved the double shower and the big closet. Variety of food in the buffet were excellent All inclusive was worth it as alcohol and snacks are available throughout the day. Also lots of entertainment throughout the day, especially the sangria workshop snd mojo workshop.

The staff at the reception team were not friendly. They were doing their job but just didn't go the extra mile to introdu e facilities and services. They often cut us short and provided minimal amount of info. We had to go back and ask many questions and often they were not welcoming or friendly. Would also be better if there's an a la carte restaurant in the star prestige side, to offer more premium food. The quality of the buffet is average sometimes.
