The pool facilities- even if it was a bit cold. NB the indoor warm pool is adult only Loads of hot water for showers etc

Sounds petty but so sweeping brush/ dustpan or tea towel in the room. Impossible when you've a toddler. Thought the warm pool should have been able to families.

Such a lovely place. very clean and has everything you need. Great location. Excellent value for money. Pools are spotless and the slides are great.

The pool has a strict no reserving sunbeds policy, however unfortunately this is not adhered to and as usual the morons were out at 7am with there towels some not returning until after lunch. The policy is a good idea but it is no good if not followed up on. Apartments could do with a brush and a shovel. we smashed a glass but couldn't brush up which was dangerous. However all in all the place was still great and we would most definitely return.

The apartment is basic but ideal for self catering. Any issues in the apartment were resolved by staff efficiently. Washing facilities are available, so no need for alot of luggage. Basic gym for strength training and indoor pool for swimming training. Staff are always friendly and approachable. If you have a later flight once checked out, there are lockers available to keep belongings safe, while wondering about.

I would have liked the gym to be available before 10 am for early morning training. 8 am opening for the gym would be nice also for the indoor pool to be available until 6 pm instead of 4 pm. 😀

This place was great value and ideal for a young family. The hotel is super well-situated, a 10/15 minute walk to an ideal family-friendly sandy beach, and a similar walk to town, with shops and restaurants en route so you don't even have to walk that far at all if you want to grab some grub. There are several supermarkets around but the small on on site is actually really well stocked and reasonably priced, and whilst small, the kitchenette has all the equipment you are likely to need (except maybe a spatula!). The pools are nice, and there's plenty of sun loungers available (umbrellas a bit more in demand). The pool bar is also reasonably priced and makes it super convenient if you just want to stay at the pool all day. The place is pretty relaxed, and when we were there at least, nice and quiet (no loud music or loud entertainment) which was great for us because it meant our baby could nap in her stroller easily. The hotel is pretty accessible for those with wheelchairs or strollers, as there is step free access to everywhere, unless you have a second floor apartment. It's not a super fancy hotel, but it suited our needs perfectly and I think it's excellent value for money.

Bedroom was a little small to fit a cot for our baby in (only just managed), so if you have a large cot you'd want to check in advance it would fit in your particular room or else baby would have to in living room which doesn't have air con.

We have stopped here twice previously, so knew what to expect. Grounds are well maintained, staff are friendly, hotel is a stones throw from bar, shops and restaurants. Very reasonably priced hotel.

Some aspects of the hotel are a little sloppy, making it feel “tired”, like messy paintwork, railings look faded & loose, ill fitting doors, No ice cube tray in fridge, no plug in bathroom sink, half the light bulbs in our room were missing or not working. No decent wine glasses or tall pint glasses in room, very shallow cereal /soup bowls. Little things that sound silly, but just detract from the overall experience. Could all be fixed with a bit of TLC

Everything was perfect our room was very clean and looked after for the whole stay. Breakfast was perfect there was always something nice for kids the staff was amazing always smiling and laughing with kids. Our children really like Pica he was running mini club in the mornings, drawing tattoos in the evening and running a mini disco for kids they all really liked him. He was running well adult entertainment also from cocktail games to quiz,bingo and karaoke was one of the best. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you to all the staff reception, restaurant, bar and Pica who really was great. We hope to visit soon and see ye all again. Thank you.

A good basic self catering apartment to stay in. Clean and well kept. Perfectly located near the beach and bus station. Basic gym equipment in the gym,, but all that is required for a decent workout. Indoor pool is 25 meters which is ideal to fit in swim training. Staff extremely helpful and pleasant.

WiFi not that great a signal had to go up to reception for signal. Would suggest getting a data roaming package from your phone network. That way you have no internet worries.

The staff were excellent & an asset to the hotel. Christian was fun & lovely with children of all ages. The red haired receptionist was friendly & thorough. All restaurant staff were excellent & lovely with our baby grandsons. The breakfast & dinner menus were very good with lots of choice & plenty of fresh fruit. There was always a choice of grilled meat & fish at dinner which was cooked at the buffet for any individual. We ate very well. We liked the baby pool which was shallow & heated to a good temperature. Great views of the pools from our apartments. Handy location for hiring bikes for all abilities at nearby hotel. Little shop on site was very useful.

One of our 1 bedroom apartments did not have working air-con which was a shame for the couple with a young baby. A few more parasols on site would be useful around the pool. We also walked to the beach for several afternoons & bought our own parasols from a local supermarket.

Everything was clean, beds comfortable, heated pool was a god send! great little shop on site. facilities in the apartment were great. The position was fab.

Pools were very good and clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Not too far from the strip. Very suitable for families

Shower could have done with a deep clean as grout was grubby. Fridge was rusty on the outside but worked ok. One of the beds in the bedroom squeaks really loudly which was annoying as it would wake us when my husband turned each time at night! Not a major issue for most people but aircon was directly above the bed and as I’m a light sleeper I couldn’t sleep with it on! Also no aircon in the sitting room and it was too warm for our second week there so the girks of us ended up sleeping in the bedroom on the mattresses from their beds. Restaurant was not good for lunch (we were self catering so didn’t really use it)They didn’t have chips one day or cheese another ! The shop was pretty decent but always out of milk! No aircon In the entertainment room at night which was very uncomfortable.
