Location excellent. Breakfast ok

Didn’t eat omelettes or scrambled eggs as they looked as if thy came from a packet.

Location. Receptionists were excellent.Bar atmosphere & staff.

Breakfast restaurant staff tried hard not to engage with guests. Looking the other way in case you wanted to ask something. Nobody to take you to your table on entering.

I loved the style and decor of the hotel, its contemporary and stylish. Loved the breakfast area, especially being able to sit on the upper terrace outside to eat. Beautiful views of the bay. Loved the pool area, was so clean and well maintained. We stayed in a suite and it was fab, loved the walk-in closet and was super spacious! We also appreciated being able to watch English TV channels, as you rarely get that in hotels in Spain!

Everything was great tbh, no complaints! The only things that bothered us were not the fault of the hotel! - no sun beds or umbrellas on the beach, which meant a queue for the hotel beds each day, at least 40 mins before the pool opened! - terrible noise one night, due to an event on the square, which involved pounding dance music until 5.37am! - water quality of the sea wasn't great..and there was a strong smell of sewage at times, which you could smell from the pool area at times - in the evening and the morning, not in the day! But overall it is an excellent hotel, lovely staff and extremely comfortable and we would certainly book again :-)

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable. Pleasant and helpful staff on reception who presented a good first impression. I would not hesitate to return.

A pleasant pool area, unfortunately spoilt by those who abuse the towels on loungers rules. A queue of people gathered daily half an hour or so before the area opened. Towels are then left on unattended loungers for hours. On the day I left, it had even extended to towels left on chairs on the breakfast room balcony. Those chairs, tables overlooking the pool area. A degree of leeway, fine. But some people simply take advantage and show no respect for others. Perhaps it is time to enforce the rules. It would be a great shame to allow the problem to cast an, albeit small, shadow over all the good points.

Teresa was excellent - cleaning tables and preparing tables. Very alert. Excellent customer service.

Notice of events at the bar was poor. Also, communication of your 10% food offer which didn't apply to bar downstairs or the Lemon Bar. Poor, very poor.

I had to spend 2 nights in the other building and room very small and not nearly as good as hotel room. Not enough staff around pool and no restrictions on non guests using facilities

Location was fantastic - pool right on the beach. Buffet breakfast was lovely and a live station for omelettes, eggs etc. There was 11 ladies in the group, one celebrating her 50th, the staff organised our table together every morning with a birthday breakfast. The birthday girl was upgraded to the penthouse suite with jacuzzi and views to die for. Special shout to Christina at the reception. Would definitely visit again. Thank you for making our time with the best!

A very small thing… I had an apartment for 3 which was very and well equipped. The only thing I would say is to have a mirror in the lounge wardrobe as being the third person in the room I had to keep going into the bedroom of the other 2 guests to do hair, make-up etc. luckily we are good friends! 🤣

On arrival we was greeted by the reception team who were wonderful and very friendly and welcoming ,arrived early but only had to wait 20 minutes for our room,we had a drink while we waited at the terrace bar and have to say how beautifully decorated and clean the hotel was,the bar staff were very attentive and friendly,We collected our keys and went to our room which was tastefully decorated very clean and lovely neutral pastel colour with mouldings on the walls and a lovely wooden white ceiling with beams across the length of the room,bathroom with big glass shower and white moulded sink with plenty of space,wardrobe space was sufficient for all our clothes with ironing board and iron. The breakfast lounge was out of this world with wonderful views across the bay and the calm sea views and inside seating area was of a high standard with a wide and wonderful choice of breakfast from hot to cold and a great selection of fresh fruit and tasteful yogurt selections and fresh juices ,wide healthy nut and dried fruits selections and array of sweet pastries,fantastic selection of cold meats and cheeses and fantastic fresh cooked breakfast. The Staff from the cleaners to the reception team to the waiting staff mornings/afternoon/and evening were all very welcoming ,attentive and nothing was to much trouble always smiling and were extremely hardworking. The ambiance of the hotel was one of calming and welcoming and joyful. The Swimming pool was excellent and unique jutting out into the sea was unbelievable with fantastic views across the whole of the bay with the mountains framing the backdrop from the pine walk to the boats in the bay.

The only complaint which is not the hotel fault but we were in room 412 at the back of the hotel 4th floor and me and my wife don’t like sleeping with the air conditioning on and much rather the fresh night air circulating in the room ,but for some unknown reason the local council seems to think it’s a great idea for bin and glass collection should be at 4am in the morning,surely being a tourist resort you would think the between 7-8 am would be much more appropriate.

We had a complimentary upgrade to a room with balcony overlooking the sea front and marina. The location is excellent with private access to the swimming pool and bar area during the day. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good selection and a chef to cook omelettes etc. Breakfast could be eaten indoors or outside on the verandah overlooking the seafront. The room was very clean and spacious with a comfortable large bed.

The area is lively and could be noisy at night but as seasoned travellers we use earplugs and so this did not cause any problems.
