Most of all we liked the atmosphere in general and how the stuff treated us as guests. Thanks to amazing people that work there (especially gastronomy and cleaning crew) we could enjoy our holiday with two still very small kids. Food was great (fresh, various and super fast serving), location also (close to the beach and still quiet), nice program for kids and well placed and organized pool. All in one, we will come back for sure and can only recommend this hotel for families (even with babies)! Thank you for amazing experience and rest! <3

I like that breakfast is included, and it was very good. Street parking was easy to find. It is a short walk to restaurants, the beach, etc

I did not like that you have to pay for pool towels. The building garbages could have been emptied more often. Also, there was big bird droppings just outside our building that did not get washed up for almost 48 hours. This is minor but they need to improve the flow at the breakfast buffet. Eggs on one end of the room, toast on the other side - things like that.

We had a lovely holiday here. The front desk staff were super friendly at check in, and so it continued from there. The entertainment team ran a super kids club -Rafa, Sven and the rest of you - you were all amazing. My kids had a ball. Alberto in the main restaurant was run off his feet it was so busy and yet he was always friendly and helpful. The location is fabulous.

On the last night there was a ridiculously loud party going on, up to 0330am or something like that. To be fair i didn't ring reception to complain, but it wasn't particularly 'family friendly'. But that was the only night there was a problem - the rest were super. Lots of family entertainment which my kids loved, and then quiet from 2300hrs or so onwards.

Beautiful property. Apartments are huge. We had a pool view but if I went again I would get a Mountain View. It’s only about a five minute walk to the seafront and the stunning pine walk which I would definitely recommend. It’s also only a ten minute walk from the bus terminus and we got the bus from the airport and you can get buses to other resorts too. We absolutely loved this resort and apartments and will definitely be back.

very good choice of breakfast items. dining room staff excellent. everything extremely clean. housekeeping staff did an excellent job. atmosphere very relaxed. walk to Cala Bóquer was so nice we did it twice.

coffee machine in dining area was temperamental. room a touch too narrow for me. fridge in room didn’t work efficiently. not sure i mastered the air conditioning controls. I tried taking in some of the evening music entertainment but found sound levels too high and had to leave.

Hotel room was a good size, very clean and a nice contemporary feel. Breakfast choice was amazing, all nice and fresh. Omelette chef was amazing, great omelettes. all staff very friendly. Great hotel.

The only slight negative is its a couple of blocks away from the front. Having said that, its nice and quiet too.

Well designed and good size rooms. Staff were very courteous and professional. It was spotlessly clean. The buffet choice was varied and well presented. The hotel staff took into account my partners difficulty with walking and allocated an appropriate apartment to help us enjoy the hotel facilities.

Unfortunately the WiFi was just ok. It was the only fault.

Fantastic location, brilliant staff and perfect facilities for a week break with family. The animation and entertainment staff work really hard to make guests feel welcome, Katie did a fantastic job with younger kids in mini club and Rafa and Sven with the other activities, but they were equally good at "reading the room" if you just wanted to relax...

The pool was freezing in April for our Easter break (despite wonderful sunshine, it cooled down too much in the evening)! I heard that it is heated in summer, when early in the season is the time to make it a bit warmer!

This was our first stay in this hotel, and we were really impressed. We have three boys (ages 13/12/12) and they loved everything about the place. Check-in was simple and good. We asked for our rooms to be near to each other, and whilst they weren't on day 1, it was sorted from day 2 without issue. The boys loved the pool - very deep and quiet at the time were were there (Oct half term). We went for Bed & Breakfast and the breakfast buffet was exceptional. We had the evening meals there on a few nights and also went out a few nights to break things up a bit. The boys LOVED the buffet evening meals - there was something for everyone. The location is also excellent - max 5 mins walk to the beach and lots of resturants / shops etc. On top of all this, they had a kids club at 11am and 3pm for people who were up for it. This was really good fun and the staff were really great with all the kids. Big shout out to Sven for some awesome air-rifle action with our three (and me!). Rooms were clean and cleaned each day by a really polite and nice team. On top of all that there was a nice mixture of people there. Retired couples, young couples, families and keen cyclists, which created a nice vibe for the place. Overall a really good week and we would defo recommend.

Amazing , clean and lovely staff and entertainment . Book by yourself.. don’t do tour operators .. it’s so much cheaper. I paid £560 for x3 of us with breakfast for a week. (Minus flights) very good value. Spotless hotel, lovely staff, good entertainment.

Bar menu limited and food ok at lunchtime. Breakfast was good though.
