The best thing about this hotel is the location - perfectly placed on the route to Formentor (look out takes about 40 mins) and the Port Pollencia (12 mins) and easy to get to from Alcudia centre (15 mins, different bus route). The bus stop is directly outside the hotel - That in itself is a good enough reason to stay here! It’s sooo useful using this hotel as a base. The hotel looks great, really nice decor and cute little rooms in different small orange houses - really pretty. It’s quite a big plot including an adults only area, pool and breakfast area. It was clean, but there are quite a few bugs in the summer. Facilities are great, lovely pool, indoor and outdoor. Jacuzzi and spa is nice too. Really nice outdoor area and lots of places to relax and enjoy the view. The staff is really friendly and helpful - everyone was really nice. They let us leave our bags in the hotel for a while before we left, let us use the facilities until the end of the day, even though we had checked out. Really nice! Would very much recommend, great experience!! Great value for money too - if you’re staying in Alcudia, this is definitely a great option - whether travelling family or friends.

Keep in mind the beach you see from directly opposite the hotel, whilst it looks really nice, hasn’t really got any places to sit on - it’s just rocks next to a busy road. So, if you want to go to the beach you need to go to Alcudia beach or the beach at Port Pollencia, also Formentor beach is amazing (on the bus route that goes from the hotel - about 50 mins). Just don’t think you can go from the beach straight to your room to freshen up!

Far away from the city. If you don't have dinner included you only have 2 options: buy pizza at the bar or take a taxi/bus and go to the nearest city . There's a small shop by hotel, but you won't find normal snacks there: only chips. If you decide to have dinner at the hotel you have to buy a buffet that is too pricey. You can reach the beach by crossing the highway, but there's no pedestal crossing or traffic light. It's too risky to run through the highway.

Lovely resort for a relaxing break as a couple. Very comfy clean room and very welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Great facilities including some adult only areas. For a relaxing break the location is great and to explore the bus stops right outside. The spa was excellent with the most amazing views.

We were very happy with our stay and really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch offering. We thought the all inclusive was fantastic value with great drink and food offerings but If I was to make one suggestion it would be to add an À la carte option for dinners. We would have happily paid extra for this. That said we would book again and had a great stay!

I was disappointed because I book for my parents so they can relax and enjoy in th e spa but unfortunately there was an extra charge if you have booked in booking.com

The resort facilities were excellent. I especially loved the pool and the landscape view which was perfect for relaxation. The on-site restaurants offered a variety of delicious dishes to suit everyone’s taste. I also appreciated the attention to detail in changing the food preferences. What stood out the most was the overall atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The beautifully landscaped gardens and the quietness of the place. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had amazing views of the surrounding area. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and provided a good night's sleep. They maintained impeccable standards in housekeeping, which kept the room immaculate throughout my stay.

Location was great with easy access by bus to both Alcudia and Pollencia. Great for both families and couples with a seperate adults only bar and pool (although you have to be up early to get a sunbed at that pool). Lots of activities to do too including bike hire

Not sure if it was coming to the end of the season but not all the hard and restaurants were open on site when we were there and in the evenings there was only the buffet dinner option of you didn't want to leave the hotel. The hotel bar also closed at midnight. We were in a suite which was lovely but the location was right next to a main walkway and every morning we were woken early by staff and carts loudly going past.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic!!! The setting is half way between the main towns of Pollencia and Alcudia with half hourly buses in each direction. Right on the bay (across a very busy main road) to a small beach, safe to swim in! Rooms clean.

It is right on the main road - we had a Maris Plus room and the road is only 20 metres away from the noisey road. But as we were hardly in the room, it didnt bother us much. The outdoor pools were freezing and the ducks were crapping around and 'in' the pools so we didnt use them. They were the only slight downfalls. This complex, overall, is fantastic!!!

We were all inclusive and food was very good . We loved the pool bar and the entertainment every night . Kids activities were also very good . The beach are was lovely and close to the hotel . We enjoyed it every day . Staff were lovely and we loved the chilled vibe of the hotel .

The q for loungers was every day and made us anxious about having to be up so early to secure them especially when we planned to stay in the resort for the day . Water wasn’t as easily accessible as we would have liked it should be in a separate area from the bar . Q for the lunch restaurant by pool seemed unnecessary as there were free tables alot of the time .it’s was noisy very early in am with babies and toddlers up early . Perhaps a suggested area of apartments for younger families would be an idea . Toilets at pool are were not cleaned often enough and smelled badly. At the buffet an omelette station is required as it causes a q .

Perfect location: only 5 minutes away by car to Alcudia centre or Pollentia, with a bus stop at the main entrance. Also it’s just next to kitesurfing school and the beach, with lovely warm and shallow water, great for the children 👍👍 Amazing staff: everyone was very nice. The animation team was so positive and friendly. The room: was super clean and quiet. I loved the black out curtains, made as sleep till late in the mornings and late for the breakfasts 😉 We enjoyed all the sports facilities like golf, tennis or football :) Swimming pools were great, for the children the water was warmer with jacuzzi next to it and water jets so parents could enjoy too. Food was so delicious, everything fresh and tasty. We arrived after 11 pm and were offered supper with drinks from the late arrivals buffet, which we really enjoyed. We were quite tired but this charged us up positively at the beginning. Thank you very much for a lovely stay 😊

Drunk tourists ( not the hotels fault) trying to cross a very busy road in front of the hotel ( which is well isolated if it comes to children). I saved one drunk man from just walking into the car going with high speed in front of us

Booked this last minute as a holiday for myself and my mum. From the start the staff were exceptional. The room was clean and modern, food was fantastic- we were all inclusive and very impressed with the quality. Cocktails were handmade unlike the usual juicy pre mixes. The buffet breakfast and dinner always had fresh eggs, meat, fish, paella and endless amounts of salad, fruit and ice cream. One of the best all inclusive resorts we’ve experienced and having the a la carts option for lunch was brilliant too. With tasty pizzas, stir fry’s and salads on offer. Adults only area was calm and quiet with some entertainment (live music) some evenings. Overall this was a fantastic stay and we hope to be back,

Shame they cut your band off at 12pm even if your flight isn’t until the evening as would be unable to even access water or snacks before leaving.
