Fabulous place , the staff are amazing especially the lady that cleans , didn’t get her name sorry. She was so accommodating anything you needed she was there for you ! She was so pleasant as well 😄

Absolutely nothing, you couldn’t fault it !

Clean, Safe, Comfortable apartments. The apartments very well equipped. On check in we arrived to a bottle of wine and a plate of sweets. On NYE given a bottle of Prosecco and party bags with decorations to ring in the new year.

On the day of check out it was a bank holiday and we was told that reception could only hold the luggage until 1pm that day which was a pity as we had a late flight. It is a pity reception doesn’t open for a couple of hours per day.

The apartment was lovely, beds very comfortable, Everything we needed for a couple. The pool was lovely and warm, and never very busy. the location was a 6 minute walk down a hill to the main strip, but quiet enough even though close to main area. All the staff were absolutely lovely and very friendly, especially Valeria.

For us the hill was a little tough at times but that was because of our health, Younger, or fitter folk would not find it so much of a problem, took us a little longer going up the hill, especially at night time, two steps up one step back lol. Would of like extra pillows.

Location was great, just a 4 minute walk to the beach, and main strip. There was a friendly atmosphere in the complex. Because it is a small complex, it was quiet and peaceful at night. A locked panel gate added extra security after dark. Andrea was very welcoming on our arrival, and our room was ready for us earlier than normal check in time. On our departure day, Andrea organised a Taxi to the airport from the complex. The housekeeping lady was so jolly and did an excellent job. The pool area was tidy and spotless, with lots of sunbeds neatly stacked and parasols available. Kitchen appliances and utensils were excellent.

This is a matter of personal choice, and not a negative point towards the accomodation, the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and a bit narrow, especially for my husband. May I suggest a single bed and a double bed in the bedroom for guests who like a bit more room to spread out whilst sleeping.

Location was great, only a short walk to the main strip, but in a quiet area. Newly refurbished apartment in a small complex, on the first floor, great beds, superb wifi, amazing staff and lovely pool!

Unfortunately, with any place, noisy, drunken neighbours returning to their apartment late at night!

Excellent location, far enough away not to be noisy but a 2 minute walk down the hill into town.

We spefically wanted a pool this time so we could lay around it if the beach was really windy but I would recommend a downstairs apartment for this as it is fairly tight around the pool area and you are laid pretty close to other peoples apartments.

Excellent stay with very good value for money. The host was very helpful. Every day new towels were given and the room was cleaned. Location is excellent and walking distance to the beach.

Nothing i did not like but a heated pool would have been nice (the host told us that they plan to do this next year). Also, i think the room may be to warm during summer time (we were there during christmas). But again, this accommodation is excellent value for money!

The place is cleaned all the time it’s so safe and just great to be honest we will be back!

The property was 2 min walk to the shops/restaurants and beach (new town)- it really was a brilliant location! This property is very quiet so I loved how relaxing it was. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived there was a complimentary bottle of wine & glasses (lovely gesture on arrival). This property is ideal for couples. I will def be back.

Nothing it was perfect.

We liked everything, the apartment is amazing, nicely furnished, super clean, well located, there's ample parking spaces in the close vicinity and it's very quiet and peaceful at night. The host was friendly and hospitable. There's a convenience store nearby (the kitchen is well equiped for cooking) and minutes to the gorgeous beach plus everything Puerto del Carmen has to offer. Highly recommended!
