The view from the room and how clean the apartment was, the staff are really friendly and welcoming

The amount of stairs we had to go up and down to get to other apartment and first and last day with heavy suitcases and bags and no lift was horrible, there was a side gate that cut most of the stairs out but once it got to a concern time it would lock for security reasons which is great but not for people with asthma those stairs was a lot.

Great location, lovely staff, very nice pool and lounging areas.

We wanted 2 x single beds in the main bedroom as the individuals are not a couple but even though the double bed was 2 beds pushed together with a double mattress the hotel refused to change this to 2 single mattresses. This meant I had to sleep on a settee - which was fairly comfortable to be fair, but definitely not ideal. Also we were delayed leaving by 90 minutes, hanging around as the safe wouldn't open and engineers needed to pretty much dismantle it. This could happen to anyone though so harsh to judge the hotel badly on that.

The hotel facilities are excellent. It is clean, modern and has everything you need. The bathroom is spotless and has all amenities. The rooms are very pleasant. We had a ground floor room which had an amazing view of the pool area, and the room can be securely accessed from both the pool and the rear. Beds comfy, Air Conditioning Excellent, Kitchen Facilities fine. The pool was relaxing and very clean, the lifeguard literally mops up water left by people leaving the pool as soon as they lay down again. Sunbeds comfy too!

Bar and snack selection was pretty limited but this is matter-less as there are so many bars, restaurants and cafes within a 2-3 minute walk. We had a late flight and would've liked late check out or just somewhere to shower before we left, but they couldn't accommodate. The receptionist was really quite rude about it which was a shame, but I wouldn't let that put you off booking an otherwise excellent property. The only improvement for me would be to offer shower facilities for those with late flights

Beautiful place great location.

Two of the receptionists were so unhelpful and one of the managers in charge of housekeeping. We had a problem with cockroaches and Ants and as they were in bed it needed prompt attention. Housekeeping managers said their was none. Not good enough at all

Excellent customer service from the staff. Clean room with great views, can barely hear the noise from the bars and restaurants on the front. Chilled and relaxed environment, everything you’d expect for a peaceful getaway.

The hill can’t go without a mention, it wasn’t too bad as we were near the bottom and there is a side gate but it’s a treck to get to reception from the bottom.

Very spacious cozy room with a terrace and access to the pool. Inside there was everything needed for cooking (both appliances and utensils). Also geolocation is very very good, especially for those who came to attend Ironman Lanzarote. There is a lot of furniture and it is in order, the bed is comfortable, the closet is large.

The main one is cockroach invasion! There were a lot of them in the room! And also very strange Wi-Fi access system — it costed €10 for 7 days only for 2 devices and it didn't work well: each connected device was disconnected each time and it was required to enter login/password. The last one is cleaning service: it was only once in two days

Apartment was in great location an very easy to acess.Lovely apartment ,ground floor which was perfect for easy acess to the pool.

I never stayed in hotel where i was charged for wifi and small iron board and iron. I think iron and iron boards should be in every room. I really will think twice before i book another stay with your hotel because of these things.

Location, right next to sea front, great pool & solarium. Big rooms. Staff were friendly & helpful.

You are charged for everything extra - we spent over €500 for 2 nights on room only basis. We were charged extra for the safe in the room & WiFi in our room cost extra. If you wanted to change pool towel it cost €1 per towel.

Staff was exceptional. Everyone there so kind and professional. Soledad and Silke were really cute woth my daughter, so nice of them. Jose by the pool was such a great person to talk to, we were all from Argentina. Everyone there is so kind, ready to help, always with a smile. Excellent location, 50 mts from the Avenue. There’s a steep hill so watch out. Clean, comfortable, breakfast was so good. New stuff to try day by day. AC in the bedroom, huge bed. Spaces are wide, our room was right next to the pool. People/guests were quiet, was kind of full but didn’t feel like it. Some kids around but 95% adults and silence. The hotel is 50mts away from the beach, wofe one with parasols and chairs.

It was a bit complicated with the pram. We asked for a ground floor room and we got it, thanks so mich. still, there are a few steps when entering the room which made it a bit difficult when baby was asleep in the pram. Bit everything was perfect.

What an amazing place to stay! The location is absolutely spot on - just down 'cardiac hill' to the strip and the main beach. You have everything on your doorstep. We had breakfast each morning, and the choice of food was exceptional. There is also a chef on duty to cook, omelettes, crepes, eggs, bacon etc. upon request. There were plenty of staff on duty to cater to the number of guests. My partner had his birthday on the day before we left and he was absolutely delighted to be woken up to a knock on the door, and a staff member standing there singing 'Happy Birthday' to him, with birthday cake and a bottle of bubbly for us to celebrate with - truly unexpected and what I call going above and beyond - Bravo ! The pool area is gorgeous, as is the Chill Out zone, where you have a beautiful view of the sea, while you sunbathe. Our apartment was huge and very well equipped with had both a sea and pool view from our balcony, which was fantastic. Towels were changed every 2 days and sheets twice during our stay. We had Air Con in the main room and the bedroom - unfortunately it didn't work too well in the main room, but was excellent in the bedroom.

Was surprised that there was no free Wi-Fi for guests - instead there was a charge of €1 per day per person - when you are out most of the day sightseeing and sunbathing etc. you definitely do not get value for money. Was also disappointed that we had to hire the Safe in the room. It costs €21 per week - quite steep - when in all other hotels in which I stayed, this came free with the room.
