The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly always. They had a good command of English and were gracious and charming as well as efficient. The location is perfect. The town was a very good size. It is well served by public transport including a 'little local bus' The range of Cafes/ Restaurants/ Bars was excellent. Easy access to Malaga and the Airport. Enough variety in the town for at least a 10 day stay.

We loved everything. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend both the hotel and the locality to our friends. We requested a twin bed room, and the hotel was kind enough to supply this. The standard in the hotel of cleanliness, breakfast and information was excellent.

Choice of room facilities during booking process definitely needs improvement. The choice of bed (2 singles or one double) counts as „special request“ and the info if that special request is possible comes after full payment without cancellation is handled. Thanks to booking com customer service we got a double bed as selected.

This is a lovely hotel it is located close to all amenities and is a quick bus ride into Málaga, should you wish to go sightseeing.Patricia and her team are extremely friendly and helpful. This is our second visit and I am sure there will be more.

It is on the main road , which some people may not like but it certainly has an abundance of small shops.

It is a really pleasant hotel. The rooms are clean and simple. They are air conditioned, all equipment in them works. The shared space is really cosy and has a sort of old world style.

Nothing I can think of. Well, the rooms are clean, but not renovated. If you are the kind of person who cares, you would notice.

Last minute reservation on a Saturday during Malaga Fair, it was honestly the only place available but the room was comfortable for a 2* hotel and I was pleasantly surprised with the fluffy new white towels and soacious bathroom. After a day of travel it hit the spot.

The bed platform is a bit like a pullout but I slept just fine.

More than 2 coat hangers!

I am in a wheelchair and the staff were exceptionally helpful. I found the room and bathroom very usable (I have stayed in 4* hotels with less room and accessibility. Everything very clean. Basic beds but quite comfortable.

Not really 'didn't like' but breakfast was a bit basic, and although the location could be considered good, I feel it is a little (10%) overpriced - a wider breakfast choice and tea/coffee in the room would cover that 10%.

Was looking after son's house while on honeymoon when they came home we stayed at hotel which served us well clean and quiet

Allocated a room on the road side of hotel which has alot of traffic all night ,we had asked for a quiet room . unfortunatly the double glassed balcony door didnt close properly so not much sound proofing.Shower holder was broken so shower head kept falling off. Thesethings were minor given the price paid and overall positives of the hotel . We proberbly should have asked for another room but once unpacked couldnt be bothered.

No boiled eggs for breakfast but showing on the breakfast brochure! 😃
