The location was good although I do not recommend you getting around by Uber. It was ridiculously expensive but Bolt doesn’t operate there. However Buses are your best friend! There’s a 10mins stop from the hotel that can take you pretty much everywhere. Golf Plaza bus stop.

Not really a negative! The check in is at 3pm! Do bare this in mind. The staff did keep a hold of our luggage and because we booked an All Inclusive. We were given wrist bands to allow us to have lunch whilst waiting for our room to be ready.

Swimming pools are nice, the one inside is very small. The room was huge and clean. The “My favourite club” room was nice and full of refreshments. There is a big parking lot outside. Breakfast is good. Lunch and dinner are ok but after a few days it is boring. Stuff is nice though. The wellness area consists in a small gym and a massage room. We tried the service and it was ok.

Drinks at the bars are horrible, especially from the bar near the pool in front of the Ocean. The private check-in is totally unuseful. Still wondering what they really mean as we had a check-in as anybody else. So, “my favourite club” is good just for the private room and the private area at the restaurant when the hotel is full. The small beach in front of the hotel isn’t nice at all, especially because there is a little landfill with old furniture and stuff which is not really nice.

Everything was lovely. Entertainment could do with improving tbh.

Dinner was a bit repetitive but was still ok. Salad stuff was great and breakfast also. Only suggestion would be that salad should be available all day with rolls it would make it a bit better.

Good selection & quality food. Pool not too busy. No fights for sun loungers. Rooms were clean. Free safe in room. Very short walk to the promenade for lovely coastal walk. Our room (suite) had a fantastic view of the lower level pool & sea beyond. The 2 main outdoor pools were partially heated - a lovely temperature to swim.

Wifi, shower head & balcony doors were broken in our room (all were quickly fixed). Wifi was variable quality throughout the resort & periodically cut off, sometimes not reconnecting for 5-10mins. Not enough staff at reception so wait times were sometimes long especially if anyone in front of you was checking in! Pool towels could only be changed on Mon/Wed/Fri but the life guards (who do the changing of the towels) bugger off early so you need to change towels at least 20mins before their shift ends. It was difficult to get a table in the restaurant at peak times (easily avoided if you're flexible with eating times). Some restaurant chairs had faulty legs & collapsed when sat on - test them first! No sandy beaches but we knew this before booking.

The place was breathtaking and the majority of the staff were so friendly. The room and bathroom were spotless and the view was amazing. Close to the airport which is good for those who rely on public transport or taxis and right next to the sea!

The bed left me with a bad back, the food was very average and had a lack of options (beige you might say) so we had lunch and dinner elsewhere most days which made the all inclusive part feel a littl eless worth it. Also the main bar advertised a different cocktail of the day for each day but it was actually the exact same ingredients they just changed the name. Would visit again though!

I liked that there was a heated pool.

I saw cockroaches in the dining room several times during lunch.

Good, clean rooms, nice swimming pools, friendly and supportive personnel, overall cleanliness.

1. Poor Internet, really poor. Unstable/missing connectivity even in the room, not saying about outside areas. 2. Fitness club works only on Mo-Fri, from 10 to 18. It must be open every day, from 8.00 till 20.00. 3. Description of the hotel location on Booking.com is misleading: it is written that there is a beach within 250 m - in fact, there is no beach at 250 m distance. Actually, there is no beach at all within a distance of few kilometers. Clear misleading, I would say - cheating of guests. 4. Very poor variety of meals on breakfasts. In general, variety of meals on lunch/dinner must be better for 4-star hotel.

Think we had the best panoramic view of the whole complex on our terrace. Had a great view of the sea, port, coast line and golf course. The food was great, breakfast, lunch and dinner. As we had all inclusive, it was handy to have a gym to work off the calories which I used every day. It had weights, treadmill, cross trainer and bikes. In fact, I was the only one in there most days. The complex had 6 pools which i didn't use as it was a bit cloudy and windy most days. Instead, my wife and I used the cooler weather in the afternoons to go on long walks along the coast in both directions from the hotel with beautiful scenery. The entertainment in the evening was the usual stuff but had a good feel to it, with the entertainment team doing their best. A big tip, pay the extra 100 euros per room to take advantage of the my favourite club wristband. The main benefit being able to use a luxury room with comfy sofas chairs, tables with alcoholic, soft drinks, latte snacks etc. You also get your fridge stocked with drinks and bottle of presecco. You also have reserved seating in the dining area in the evening. The complex is an 11 min drive from the airport and we pre booked a taxi on line for 40 euro return journey. Ps The tv's have BBC 1 and ITV, as well has BBC and Sky news

The weather could have been better. it was 22 degrees every day, but the cloud cover and wind made it hard for my wife to sunbathe for too long. Most of the sun was in the morning hence why we did our long walks in the afternoon after lunch. On a selfish note, I was glad as if it had a been too hot, we wouldn't have attempted the 6 to 8 mile walks.

Property was extremely clean and this was noted throughout the resort in all areas

The towel rental scheme we didn’t like as one of our towels were taken by someone else. The resort was a little too far from the main areas and there was not enough spaces on the shuttle bus daily nor did it go often enough which resulted in us having to get expensive taxis as a last resort.

We thoroughly enjoyed every single day in the hotel. We loved our spacious, bright, perfectly clean and comfortable room with a lovely balcony offering a breathtaking view of the ocean. The hotel is offering all the facilities one could imagine for exceptional rest and entertainment. Very good tasty high quality food , always freshly prepared and constantly being refilled at high demand times. Fantastic, very welcoming staff is always there for you to make sure you're having a great time here. Excellent management for sure, keeping an eye on every detail of the smoothly running system. Director' door was always open :) We opted for MY FAVOURITE CLUB option, so on top of all we could also enjoy some privacy in special designated areas for the dining, taking sun bath and relaxing in the very cosy lounge. I think we found our hotel.
