The rooms were well equipped and clean. Everything was brand new. The location is also quiet and very comfortable. only 20 min from the south airport and the most beautiful beaches. We were looking forward to the mini club and evening entertainment for our son but unfortunately those were closed due to refurbishment. The pool has sea water and is very cold but it is huge and amazing to swim and spend time in. The beach is tiny next door with no direct access and it is a bit rocky, not best for kids. around the area is OK, it is not as lively as Las Americos area but the harbour side is nice with a couple of very good restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. we wanted to check out late and with a little extra payment they let us do that, which was helpful. overall very good stay. Thank you!

Sadly most facilities and entertainment was closed except the pool.

- rooms/aptmns are renovated and are clean, spacious and quiet - pool is huge and seafront - lots of facilities walking distance (markets, restaurants, bars) and parking is Ok

- the exterior of the property and overall the surrounding are quite depressing. Not a big deal if you have a car and if you’re looking for a quite place, but let’s say Las Galletas is not the fanciest town in Tenerife - the pool has seawater which is cool, but the first day we got there it was filled with seaweeds. Got cleaned the day after and then it was much better, but it had to stay closed a whole afternoon for cleaning. Not sure how often this happens. - the area in front to the pool is being renovated

The room was amazing, had everything you need on a self catering holiday very comfortable,the pool was the best part of the property, so much space wasn’t crowded at all. Also the two ladies at the snack bar were absolutely lovely and very friendly.

Although I knew the property was under renovation, and the parts that have been done up are lovely it still has a long way to go it still felt very run down.

The pool is the highlight indeed. What a view! The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is quite, the town is lovely, authentic and well connected with direct buses to all "interesting" locations. The area has countless budget restaurants, mini markets, pharmacies.. Etc

The beaches in the surrounding are mostly rocky and without facilities.. But therefore they are not busy and have their charm. If you have a car, there are several amazing beaches in range of 15-20 minutes drive or 30-40 minutes with the bus. Variety of restaurants, activities and shopping opportunities are also in a similar distance. Neither of these is an issue... but just to set your expectations right. Would happily come here again

The building and pool looked nothing like the advert on Booking.com. the place is under construction which was not stated on booking.

The staff were amazing. Lovely greeting everyday at the main foors. Front of house were informative, patient, kind and very helpful. The cleaners were like ninjas, in and out quickly but cleaned thoroughly. My husband and I put music on when she came in so no awkward silences however we sang together and laughed. Lifeguards were the best I have seen, very attientive, when couples had young children walk to the pool area they quickly moved free beds and got an umbrella. No issur with getting sunbeds, no carry on at all. Altogether, a memorable holiday and we will be back. Shout out to Carlos, Juan, Lorenzo and many more to be mentioned.

Nothing to dislike, you can clearly see the bigger picture of what they want to achieve with the upgrade.

1. Check-in and Reception: Upon arrival, I wasn’t very impressed with the exterior of the hotel. It looked like an abandoned building, definitely in need of a renovation and a fresh coat of paint, as the outside does not match the inside. However, once inside, it was completely different—beautifully renovated, very sophisticated, and modern. The reception service was perfect, and I have to mention Mrs. Mabetty, who was simply amazing! She explained everything very clearly and was extremely helpful. Our room was ready a few minutes before check-in time, and they kindly allowed us to go up early. 2. Room and Cleanliness: The room was very spacious. There was a little dust in the wardrobes, but overall, it was very clean, and the bathroom was spotless and modern. The room had a nice balcony with a sea view (even though we didn’t pay for it). The beds were extremely comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the furniture. I also want to mention the cleaning staff member who was always on the first floor during our stay (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name). She was very attentive and always asked if everything was okay. When I needed a bag for the trash, she kindly provided one without hesitation. 3. Location: Perfect if you have a car! The hotel is located in Costa del Silencio, just 17 minutes from Las Américas and close to several interesting spots. Parking was always easy to find nearby and free. There’s a small market across the street, which was very convenient for buying groceries. The kitchenette in the room was a big plus, allowing us to cook and save some money. 4. Amenities and Services: The hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the room, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is a large pool area, which seemed very pleasant, although I only used it for sunbathing. I also requested an iron, which required a €10 deposit, refunded upon return. 5. Customer Service: Again, Mrs. Mabetty was outstanding throughout our stay.

A few minor downsides (which didn’t affect our stay): I would have liked the towels to be changed after three days without having to pay €1.50 per towel, and the exterior of the hotel could use some improvement. Also, there was no cleaning service during our 5-night stay, which would have been nice, especially for things like replacing towels and toilet paper.

I really like the swimming pool with sea water. The hotel is in a refurbishing process. Everything in a room is new.

There is a lack of ventilation. In fact, it was not ventilation at all in the bathroom. There was a strong smell of sewage.

I loved the area, the swimming pool, the view, the fact that the hotel is placed near by restaurants, bus station.

We spent 4 nights there and we had no cleaning at all during all this time. Not even the towels were changed, we had to pay for 2 extra towels.
