Professional staff, clean rooms, they expected us with champagne because it was our honeymoon, we had everytjing we needed, the resort is very nice and quiet, you can really relax. The grocery store in the resort has a lot of good stuff if you need anything, it is very convenient that it is there. Reception is very helpful, they always asked if we needed anything and they answered all our questions very quickly

It is not about the property, but about the pool bar restaurant, it is private and it has nothing to do with the reception. We wanted to have a soup for our baby, and they refused to give us because we didn’t have a reservation, they were rude and also refused to give us the soup to go. It was just unpolite.

Spotless clean, newly refurbished and comfortable unit with dishwasher and washing machine. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and we found all the essentials like dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and body lotion, coffee, sugar and salt. Common areas are very clean and well maintained. There is a small grocery shop on site which has a good selection of products and sells fresh bread and croissants. Also, since we had a late flight, we were able to check out at 6 pm by paying a small fee. We really appreciated it. Staff is really helpful and caring.

Unfortunately, the location is not the best. It’s too close to the airport and the noise is annoying. Also, there is not much to do in the neighbourhood.

Paying pool towels, paying parking. the parking slot next to the lobby was full, we had to parkin another one, next to the road, further away. Apat from teh golf, nothing near. You 'd need a car to move around, but bus available.

I recently enjoyed a 7-day stay with my family at the Royal Tenerife Country Club Resort, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with all the comforts of home—perfect for a family getaway. The peaceful location was another highlight. It offered a tranquil escape while still being conveniently close to explore the stunning surroundings of Tenerife. Whether it was a day at the pool, a quiet evening on the terrace, or a short trip to nearby attractions, every moment was delightful. The country club was excellent and we had a wonderful week stay at this very well organised and well run resort, from the friendly reception staff to the very hard working staff from housekeeping that we never seen but every tning taken care of in its own time every day without ever having to ask for anything, very professional I must say..The outdoor pools were were great with one of them heated, nice touch at this time of the year (early cool mornings) the supermarket is a great support on site and was was well used by us, and Chis on the main gate was always very welcoming and plesent on arrivals and departing and on any questions re directions and where to go locally. Merlin at reception was very helpful especially whenI was having a problem with the outer parking, and helping me with website to rebook for January 26,, thank you Merlin.

The only area I have to pick as a disappointment was the remote parking area at the golfclub across the road that was offered to us on arrival (a small section owned by the golf course and rented out to the resort for guests) But it came with challenges from my broken standup lock on my numbered car space to unknow vehicle taking my pace when I was out and no security present or cameras available within the small park.to see who owns the cars and then having to go up and down and get a new space, but it kept me fit if nothing else.ha ha.

RTCC is a lovely resort with good pools but a few drawbacks

Late check in at 4pm and early check out at 10am is a big drawback and puts me off wanting to stay there when most everywhere else has 2pm check in and 12pm checkout. The onsite restaurant facilities are not great

Loved the staff who were sincerely eager to please. Resort felt quiet and we were able to enjoy the faculties without any kind of interruption. Accommodation really clean and self catering very well equipped. Excellent all round.

Didn’t use the two bars on site much. Both independently owned and felt unwelcoming, accommodation is a a bit far out but wasn’t an issue to us as we like walking. Taxis are quite cheap anyway.

We stayed in a recently renovated and very clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom terraced house with a beautiful view looking directly on to the golf course. The house had a large patio with high quality furniture, sun loungers etc. A small kitchen, but plenty of cutlery/crockery, dishwasher etc - we found everything we needed for cooking. It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The pool area was attractive and one of the pools was well heated. Children enjoyed playing water polo under supervision and direction of one of the life guards. No issues with check in / check out, the reception kept us informed throughout via Whatsapp.

The parking area is rather small for this large resort which is relatively far away from the beach and restaurants; parking charges (8 euro/day) seem excessive. I found my parking space taken on more than one occasion, but the receptionist sorted this out promptly. Wifi access only for one device per person.

Everything, spacious apartment with everything you need, very comfortable beds and a very spacious terrace with outside shower which my son loved. The pool areas are great and very safe with a lifeguard on duty. Lots of loungers no running around looking for one. All the staff were so nice, and I mean all. The girls who work in the onsite shop are lovely and so helpful. And the staff in the Med restaurant were so nice too. Have to say we never encountered anybody who wasn't nice. The local area of San blas is about a 15 to 20 minute walk cheap enough in a taxi, too. I would say if you want to get out and go places hiring a car would be a good idea as it can get costly with taxis for example a return trip from Aqualand was almost 60 euro. El Medano beach was 20 euro there and 20 euro back big waves which my boys loved and lots of kite surfing shops which give lessons etc. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return. Nothing I just would recommend putting felt pads on the bottom of the dining chairs as they are very noisy on the tiled floors, especially if you're in a ground floor apartment and there are guest staying in the apartment above you we were woke quite a few mornings by the noise but we got use to it.
