Access to 2 pools and very close to the beach

Unfortunately there were too many clubs around and it was very noisy. The hotel is also on the main road so the rooms facing the road are not quiet. The WiFi was not working but staff moved us to another building after we complained.

Hotel is good staff is good but tourist are to agresive and no education at all.

Tourist are to drunk there is no security overnight to keep the hotel. One of the tourist was crying in the coridor trying to enter in his room and other tourist try to brake in to my room he was thinking its his room.

Its near the town centre, the beach, bus station to the airport and Aldi supermarket near by The hotel has a hold room for luggage when checked out early before departure and a shower room

Air con very good. Rooms clean. Staff relaxed and accommodating. Hotel was loud at night however didn’t disturb sleep. The chill pool was lovely and cold.

There were three of us in one room. This equated to three single beds stuffed into a double room - this was very cramped with not enough space for three people to unpack their belongings/move around freely.

great location. stayed at the marco polo i and ii alot of times everything ypu need within afew minutes walk.

The glass door didn’t work/open and we also paid for a balcony room but it was just a glass door with no actual balcony area.

I had a great stay overall. staff were friendly. everything’s reasonably priced. location is fantastic.

there was a small hickup, as my request to extend my stay was not processed correctly on arrival, however it was rectified in the end and the staff that dealt with me were great.

Location was amazing, right by the port with lots of restaurants and a Lidl a couple of minutes down the road. 10-15 walk to many beautiful beaches. Central bus station a 3 minute walk away as well. Receptionists polite and extremely helpful. The room furnishings were absolutely beautiful. The outdoor pool and area and bathrooms were beautiful and kept exceptionally clean!

The bathroom was a mixture of new and old. Shower was lovely but the toilet flush was loose and almost broken. The window was extremely stiff and hard to open and close. Cleaning times were very inconsistent and some days all the towels were changed, on other days only a few. Very confusing. Additionally, the walls were very thin.

Lady behind the pool bar was quite rude at times.

The pool facilities were great, good music and atmosphere! the room and the staff were great and friendly and very accommodating ! Had a great time.

The buffet breakfast wasn’t great and the food from the cafe by the pool wasn’t the best
