Lovely location and views. Very friendly staff and a very family friendly positive feel in general. No loud music, definitely suits families or older couples. Decent breakfast with plenty to choose from.

It’s not a luxury hotel, but it isn’t trying to be one or charging like one. As long as your expectations are realistic, you won’t go wrong with this place.

Everything! Location was perfect - close to beach, bars and restaurants. The breakfasts were great, fantastic selection of hot and cold food. Had dinner at hotel one night, no complaints there either. The hotel was clean, well maintained, fresh and modern. Staff friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a great view from a sea view apartment. The pool/garden area, was peaceful and quiet (when I was there anyway!) and, again, very clean and well-maintained. The loungers, on some days, had very comfy 'toppers' on them. Bliss🙂 I thought it was excellent value for money. Would recommend and I would definitely stay there again. Keep it up El Pinar!

Breakfast very good. Food selection great. Always a member of staff on hand to top up or help. Pool area layout great - shade or sun. loved the hotel towels on the loungers.

Courtesy room bad. No towels to take a shower - used one of our bath towels and had to leave it behind. No air con in the stuffy room or toilet facilities. We had a long wait for our airport transfer pick up from 12 till 6.40 pm so we struggled a bit to find somewhere cool and in the shade. The receptionist on our last day was unhelpful and a bit frosty. Gave us the key to the luggage room and didn't say where it was or that there was a courtesy room available. We had to ask about that. We had problems with the case weighing machine and wasted 3 euros trying to get it to weight the case- when we asked her about it she just said put case on, put money in and thats it.

The location is very good for exploring the entire island and for sunbathing. The large, nice, sandy beach of Cala Llonga right next to the hotel (accessible on foot). 2 km from the hotel there is a beautiful pebbly beach, Cala Sol d'en Serra, almost completely empty at this time of year (in my opinion it is the most beautiful beach out of 15 I have been to in Ibiza). A rich breakfast (8-11 a.m.) can be eaten on the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, bay and beach. Free beach towels, luggage storage, safe inside the room. Free public parking available on the streets near the hotel. The apartment is large enough with a nice view (depending on which one you get).

Missing equipment in the apartment: wine or beer glasses, cutting board. Dirty microwave inside. Uncomfortable chairs inside and on the terrace. Few hangers for clothes. Coffee from a machine of poor quality (but this is usually standard in hotels).

We know this hotel well as have family who stay there every summer. We usually stay elsewhere on the island and visit the hotel for a meal or two. This year we decided to stay at the hotel with our relatives. If you have kids - or teens - I can't recommend this place enough. Cala Llonga itself is a PERFECT beach / bay for families / people with kids and teens - and Hotel El Pinar is a PERFECT place for families / people with kids / teens to stay. I don't want to sell it as a place where it's wall to wall yelling, running, shouting kids - because it's not. It's just really family-friendly but still in a calm, quiet, Ibizan way. Staff are SUPER friendly and helpful, right on the beach (you couldn't get closer) which means that the kids can wander between the beach and the hotel pool with ease - and food, we noticed, has gone up a notch in quality since last year. Well done to El Pinar on all counts. We had a super 10 days with you and wish we were still there!

I can't really criticise anything as they try really hard - and they deliver! Good value for money, I would say, on an island where pretty much everything is expensive. The only thing I might say is that the AC in the rooms could be a little more powerful. I accept that it was summer in Spain and so it's hot! The AC DID work and we WERE comfy at night - but it could maybe have been a little stronger.

The location and area of Cala Llonga exceeded all expectations. For the price, the location and hotel is hard to beat with stunning views of the beach. The staff were very quick to resolve some initial issues with our reservation which was great to see as our booking was complex.

Our room wasn't made up properly or fully cleaned for the duration of our stay. A couple of the beds were made in our apartment but we didn't get fresh towels until day 3 of 4. This may have been because we were in an apartment rather than a studio or other room which could have meant an expectation for more self-cleaning. It wasn't the end of the world. Our shower fixture was also very loose which meant we had to shower by hand which again, isn't the end of the world but could have been better.

Very pleasant stay. Location is perfect, close to the center but calm and relaxing place. The beach in front of the hotel is very good and you can find a lot of restaurants, a pharmacy and different shops nearby. Staff is helpful and nice.

During the day is a bit difficult to park, the hotel has a parking lot but you need to pay for it. You can always find a place on the road but at night time is easier to park since the beach is empty.

The food was excellent, no need to go anywhere else. The staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. It was right next to the beach and a great location for a quite family holiday. Really hot water and clean towels every day. Extremely good housekeeping staff.

Fabulous location gorgeous veiws from the hotel all the staff are lovely. We had a sea veiw room with lovely balcony over looking bay which was great! Cala longa did not disappoint and neither did El Pindar hotel a wonderful holiday.

Our room was much bigger than expected, even included a little kitchenette. I think we paid for garden view but we still got glimpses of the bay. Also, the breakfast is amazing and you can take it outside by the beach with crystal clear water. It was magical. Plus, we could leave our luggage in the luggage room after checkout and use the showers too! Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I have had.
