Excellent hotel. Great location, spotlessly clean with comfortable cozy room. Very good breakfast in restaurant where we ate with the locals. Also a good evening menu offering a 10% discount for hotel guests. Perfect location, 10 minute walk to all attractions and also to bus station. Excellent value for money and would rate it more of a very good 3 star rather than a 2 star

Loved everything.

The location of the hotel was great, it was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. It was very clean and the reception staff were helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant and bar was good.

Some of the staff in the restaurant weren’t very friendly The hotel offer 10% discount off meals if you are staying there, you show them your room number on a card. The first night we got the deduction but the second night we didn’t. When we queried it the staff member pointed to the IVA, which is a tax and nothing to do with it. We paid the full amount as he just pretended he didn’t understand us. We didn’t eat there again because of the way he acted. ( we would have given 10% in a tip )

10 ⭐️ The location was great,right in the centre. There are lots of restaurants around,not far from the marina. Room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed daily as well,water bottles given every day. Hotels restaurant was also great,with fresh and food. The heater was not on, but we had the aircon on and that was enough. Large and spacious bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Wardrobe was massive and had plenty of storage. Beds and pillows were really comfy and clean. The room was that big that we didn't have to close the buggy to have space ,and also we had the baby cot in the room. Do recommend this hotel!

We liked everything!We did find weird that the duvet was covered in 2 sheets instead of 1 single duvet cover, but nothing big to bother us.

Nice and friendly staff. Easy going and ready to help. Specially if I don't speak Spanish at all. Very clean room's. Good quality of food and it's was tasty. Good waiters, specially young man, whom was trying to speak English. He didn't avoid us and was happy to assist with every information I was needed. ( Not all staff in the restaurant was like him). Generally, I like the hotel, it's location and restaurant. Atmosphere of peace and quiet.

Some staff in the restaurant, wasn't ready to answer my questions about the menu. They simply didn't want to understand or assist someone who's speaking only English.

Excellent location in shopping district, with 10 min walk to Historic old town. Very clean, modern quiet room as requested. Very efficient air-con. Breakfast was better / more choice in local coffee/ tapas bars surrounding Hotel. Many excellent restaurants close by. Cheap Taxi / Bus stops right outside. Excellent beaches via short ferry trip across the bay.

Would have liked tea/ coffee facilities in room otherwise very good value Hotel. Very little English is spoken in the town due to so few English visitors!

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel for a short break. The room is a good size and includes everything you'd expect - towels, toiletries, bottled water replenished every day, free wifi. It has it's own restaurant and cafe where we ate breakfast every day. Spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water. The reception area has a seating area with a TV if you want to sit somewhere in the evening instead of the room. Hotel is close to all amenities in the area and I'd recommend a little walk in the evening to enjoy the atmosphere!

The room was very comfortable (standard double room), with a very spacious bathroom. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and hairdryer were provided as promised, which meant that I had more space in my luggage for other holiday items. The door and window opened onto a mini balcony, and kept the sounds of the city below quiet at night. The hotel itself is located about a 2 minute walk from local shops, and about a 5-10 minute walk away from the seafront, which was perfect.

The food in the restaurant was very tasty, but could have included more choice in the evening. However, you get 10% discount on food whilst being a guest at the hotel, so this was good.

I was wondering why was this simple hotel so highly rated until I stayed there. It is simple but you have everything you need. It looks way worse on the pictures than in reality. Everything is new, simple, cosy. No problems with hot water or heating (via AC). Comfy and clean rooms. Nothing to complain about. When you arrive, you first see the cafe/bar with the same name, just use the passway next to it and you get to the hotel from the outside. BUT, you can get also to the hotel via the cafe/bar. Use the stairs and continue to the "background" of the cafe/bar and take another stairs and you arrive to the reception from the other side.

It would be fine to get better instructions on how to use the amazing cafe/bar for delicious Spanish breakfast which was included in our rate. Just use the hotel corridor to get there without getting outside. Then you tell them your room number and choose 4 things you like. For example juice, cafe and a toast and something sweet. It's really a very smart solution and very delicious!

The location was absolutely superb. 10 minute walk from the main bars and restaurants (Calle Hernan Cortez). It was really clean and the beds were comfortable. Beaches also only a 20 minute walk. The staff were great. The lady who worked there recommended 2 restaurants and they were both absolutely amazing. Price very reasonable. Ideal for a couple of friends who want somewhere clean and comfortable.

There are no additional facilities. It is literally just for sleeping in - which was absolutely fine. This isn’t a negative, it’s what I expected when booking. So no problems at all really. If you’re looking for somewhere with a gym and swimming pool etc you would look elsewhere, but this place is perfect for the reasons outlined above!

Very ample room on the top floor with lots of light even though it was cloudy. The room had three beds. The one I used was quite comfortable, although "normal size". The shower was powerful enough, though it required some fine tuning to get the right temperature. Breakfast is served in a nearby very traditional cafeteria you can reach through a passage from the hotel reception, no need to hit the street. The staff in the cafeteria was professional and kind. I could not enjoy the full breakfast as I was in a hurry but everything was nice and fresh. Plenty of well located sockets to charge all my gadgets.

The desk in the room was too narrow, but it was not a "business room", so, no complaints.
