A charming, rural, quiet, cozy place to stay. This is a family finca rustica with a traditional historic rural vibe. The property is spacious, well maintained, studded with small paths among the trees and bougainvilleas, with a lot of pleasant silence around and calls of roosters that only add to the atmosphere. The pool is great, heated, and feels like it's your own private pool on your own property. The rooms are decorated in a pleasant and family-like simplicity, yet very clean and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxed stay. We will be happy to return to this lovely finca for additional, even longer stays. The nearest village, literally 3 minutes by car, is sweet and beautiful, and unlike other small villages in Majorca, it has some good restaurants and cute shops.

Gorgeous small hotel, beautiful grounds and extremely peaceful. Location was very handy to lots of gorgeous small villages, towns and little cove beaches. Staff were very lovely and kept our room clean. Breakfast was plentiful and lovely fresh ingredients

Breakfast doesn’t change so during our stay we did get a little sick of it and found ourselves heading our somewhere else for something but It didn’t bother us as it was nice to get out and about!

The property is beautifully laid out, plentiful parking, lovely pool area and chickens laying eggs for your breakfast. The honesty bar is very convenient and our room (one of their newest suites) was lovely with a private balcony and terrace.

Our friends room wasn't quite as nice but it's a lovely place to stay.

Lovely peaceful hidden oasis. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfasts were superb; the ladies looking after us were perfect hosts; the setting was picturesque and everything just so dreamy. The local town has excellent restaurants and is easy to reach. The local area has some of the best beaches on the island.

I guess the towels could be fluffier 😅

Sa Carrotja is the perfect place to relax. Would highly recommend to stay here if you are looking for authentic experience. They have a really nice breakfast, bikes that you can borrow and a nice common area. It’s also quite near the most popular cala’s if you want to explore e.g. Cala Llombards and Caló des Moro (a rental car is needed for those).

A gorgeous farm type stay with beautiful buildings, chickens, a great breakfast on a very pretty terrace, a fantastic and clean pool, an outdoor terrace to relax on outside your room. It is convenient to a quaint and picturesque town of Santanyi. The bathroom had adequate space to put your things, a hot shower with hood pressure. A convenient parking lot in which to park. A relaxing vibe with the sound of trickling water in fountains and abundant flowering plants.

I felt the decor within the room could be upgraded to go with the gorgeous outside spaces. It was rather plain and lacked a cohesive look. The TV’s, two in the room, were the smallest in the five hotels we stayed in and only played German speaking shows so there wasn’t anything we could watch….no shows, movies, bbc, cnn, etc.

Great facilities. Very nice setup. Clean and quiet. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Green with lots of fruit trees and flowers. Pool with warm water is a gem.

No wifi in the room !!! We complained about this, it was supposed to be fixed, maybe next season ... The room is advertised at 20 m2, it looks more like 16 m2, too small for a longer stay.

The staff are amazing. So lovely and accomodating. The actual accomodation was beautiful. We loved spending time by the pool or our accommodation. It’s very quiet and relaxed. We had a check out at 12pm but they allow you to spend time by the pool until you need to leave where is a shower so you can spend more time around the area or the pool before leaving and have a shower. I would strongly recommend staying at this beautiful place.

An absolute sanctuary of non-intrusive but attentive owners and staff. Beautiful buildings, room, garden and a fabulous large pool for swimming. Understated and very tasteful decor, but lovely in it's simplicity and everything thought of in our room. Room was fabulous with a very private patio area overlooking the gardens and full of birdsong. It was just blissful. Breakfast was fantastic.......lots of variety and always the huevos! Lovely idea to have an honesty sheet for any refreshments needed outwith staff hours. Huge selection of beverages. Bikes available for cycling around the area which was a bonus. Just wonderful.

A longer stay :)

Property was just as advertized. Excellent breakfast, helpful and warm staff, beautiful grounds, and centrally located in the area if you have a car. Bikes were available and if we had more time we would have liked to have used them as there was a safe path to the sea.
