Maria at the front desk was very kind and patient and helped us find tickets for the events for things to do in Sevilla. Her English is fabulous. The other people at the reception also speak English well. The apartment is in a kind of hotel. Every day the bed is made up again.

It is quite far away from the city centre, but the bus connection 27 and 28 are fine and not difficult. There is a kitchenette in the room but there are totally no ingredients to use, like salt and pepper, or some oil. So if you want to cook something, you have to buy everything you will use yourself.

We had a very late check-in and the staff was available for us even in the middle of the night (they are working until midnight) we could manage a very quick check in and checkout. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed with a door separating the 2 areas (living room and bedroom) It is very near to the airport and at night we still could walk around and found open restaurants. It is in a safe neighbourhood and is perfect for a 1 night stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, cheerful and professional, especially Maria. We will definitely return when we have a chance.

The blankets were like thin sheets and we could not find enough warmer ones. Perhaps it could have been requested if we didn't arrive in the middle of the night...

Apartment is really comfortable,clean and big. The flat was really cold in March but you can heating with the AC. Communication is working smoothly in Booking,they response quickly. Receptionist was really kind and helpful. One information was not included so I would like to share: If you would like to leave the flat earlier than 6 am. the reception will be closed. So if you have 10€ deposit because of parking it is easier to give back the parking key a night before so you can avoide additional communications later. Parking is also safe and free in the neighborhood so you can also use that option. If you would like to go to the city center with bus it is also easy with line LE. A big Mercadona supermarket is also close.

Walking distance to the Congress centre FIBES, well connected to the city center by bus (25-30 minutes ride), close to the airport (10 min drive). It is a quiet neighbourhood, decent size of the room, very clean, easy check-in a at the reception. Friendly staff.

We experienced some problems with the heating, so the room was very cold for some hours. However, the receptionist did everything she could to solve the problem.

This aparthotel is ideally situated 10 mins drive from Seville airport. The apartments are bright, clean and spacious. Good kitchen facilities. Free parking. Ideal if you have a late flight coming into Seville or an early departure, and if you have a hire car as we didi.

Unfortunately the reception had to close early on the day of our arrival, so we had to drive to the Hotel Vertice a couple of miles away, late at night, in pouring rain (not the accommodation's fault!) to collect the keys. This appears to be an isolated incident.

The room was big, very clean with a kitchen and living room. It has a pool as well but it was not working at the moment. That was not important to me. The hotel is safe, very near the airport. The reception was excellent. I will return because in comparison with other alternatives in the centre (that are very expensive with shared bathrooms), this was a big room with private bathroom, and a huge bed.

All was perfect. The only thing is that is far from the city centre and it is expensive to pay a taxi from the airport to the hotel despite been very near, there is a flat rate from the taxis so you will be charged a lot if you use an official taxi. You should use another alternative to arrive, if you have transportation, the hotel is perfect because it has various restaurants near. Considering this I will return but taking in consideration the transportation to the hotel.

First time visiting Sevilla, but this apartment is Good, good receptionist and very clean room. Receptionist speaks English very well, but cleaners not, they should improve on that aspect. Super

All perfect, great time I had, just like home.

Great flat, 101, right at the entrance of property, super easy to come in and out and into the pool. Comfy bed. Ample enough for 2 people. Staff very very nice and helpful. Daily housekeeping is such a plus!

The stove were terrible. We like to cook good food when we’re in Spain, since produce is affordable and fresh. It took me 20mins to make a cup of tea with the provided italian coffee maker. It was so damn painful to use those silly stoves, utterly bad.

Easy to find, good free parking, receptionist was very helpful, friendly and informative. The bus stop to town was very close and cheap and dropped us in the centre of the historic center. The first impression on entering the building was very pleasing. Lovely decor, clean, nice ambience. This impression remained when we reached our appartment. Very clean, well laid out, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We even had a housekeeper who called daily to make bed, change towels etc, unexpected and a nice surprise.

The only downside was there was only one armchair so one of us had to sit on the bed, not a problem but would have been nice to have 2.

If you come by car, the location is great since there is no need to pay for the parking (and I guess you cruise around Andalucia or at least around Sevilla, and you do not need to stay in the city center to sleep). Also, each day there was a cleaning service, so we were strongly satisfied with the cleanliness.

Everything was perfect. I do not have any complaint.
