It was spotlessly clean. Good location for walking to city centre sights. We arrived earlier than check in time and were able to park up in the underground car park beforehand and deposit our luggage in the hotels secure store.

The bedroom was too hot, and we did not sleep. We could not use the air con - heating system and even though the window did open, on the 11th floor, the heavy noisy traffic prevented us utilising it.

Big rooms, bathroom, and balcony. Modern clean.

Is walkable to sevilles sights but is a little to far

Room is larger than most hotels. Nice view overlooking a garden. Reception staff on 1st 2 days were patient and helpful in changing the room to a quieter one. Also helped to book our day tour to Ronda in late evening.

Soundproofing between floors is not so good. The sound of upper floor guest's high heels can be heard. Reception staff on the day we checked out were unhelpful. it was rainy and we requested to book a taxi to hotel entrance. The staff didnt help and we had to go across the road with our luggage in the rain to grab a taxi. The 1st level cafe also has unfriendly staff and no individual serving of paella.

The lobby was beautiful. Liked the terrace/pool area, it was perfect, pool just enough, sunny and shade parts, lovely view and nice bar. Good location, 10-15 minutes walking to main attractions

The cleaning wasn't great, some days better other not really. We stayed one week, the towels were changed every day but on the third day we had th same bed sheets, when I threw them on the floor they did change it. I have feeling the floor wasn't swept/hovered or washed during our stay at all. The parking for full day €18 as for quest I think was a bit expensive. We stayed in other hotel last year and it was cheaper.

The hotel was fairly central plus there is a taxi rank opposite the hotel which meant we were able to easily get to everywhere we needed without having to get the car out of the car park. We paid 20 euros per night for the parking but in our opinion worth it. Lift straight up to reception, concierge parked for us. Every effort was made to make our stay comfortable and easy (we are elderly travellers). The room was lovely, though the window was quite small there was a nice view and we appreciated the comfortable chair to sit on. Air con worked perfectly. Breakfast was excellent. The pool area was lovely and we enjoyed choosing dinner up on that level on a couple of evenings. There was also a reasonable restaurant on the ground floor where the food was equally delicious.

Rooms were of a good size, clean and comfortable. Location was reasonable, taking about 15 minutes to walk to the Alcazar and about 15 minutes to Santa Justa train station. The breakfast buffet spread was very good (especially the carrot cake). There is a supermarket and a taxi rank just opposite the hotel (very convenient). We liked the El Jardin bar on the ground floor which serves reasonably priced drinks.

Air conditioning was fantastic in one of the rooms but in the other room, the air conditioning was not very cool.

Decent hotel. Lives up to its star rating in general. Personnel were friendly and nice and I got a view of the city and the gardens below which was refreshing to be able to see both the old city and some greenery and a water body (a small water reservoir at a park nearby). Location is pretty good in general - close to the train station and shopping centers. A slight distance from the old city centre but still walkable. Can be good value for money if you get good deals. I did not try the breakfast so I dont know how good it is.

The swimming pool is rather small - just a dipping pool really... if you find it too warm. A building block can cause the pool area to have shadows and this can have an influence if it is windy and not too warm then you can find the water chilly too. The terrace area itself is quite large even though the pool is small but it seemed like there were not that many sun loungers available. But I found a spot easily - so I dont think its a problem.

Location was great. We could walk to all sights (approximately one mile away). Room was very clean. Staff were extremely helpful. Cleaners changed all towels and bedding daily.

Television in room would benefit from being a smart tv that could be linked to our own Netflix accounts. The only English speaking channels were BBC and SKY news. Kettle in room is great idea, as is fridge but tea tray would benefit from tea bags, sachets of coffee and milk, perhaps a spoon to too.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good variety of foods and a pleasant setting. The location was very good, about a 20 minute walk to the main historic centre but with bars/tapas places closer.

More a suggestion than a criticism… The pool/terrace area was closed two of the evenings we were there due to inclement weather. I think that with some minor adaptations (roof coverings and patio heatings) this area could be fully utilized for the enjoyment of guests year round, whatever the weather, enabling guests to enjoy the city views and the fresh air.

The staff was amazing, they helped us get the tickets to the attractions, because we didn't book it in advance and didn't realise how popular some of the sights were. We also got a free upgrade to the junior suite which is really nice, the bed is very big and comfortable. Having A/C is necessary as it is hot even early October. If you are arriving by car the location is perfect because you avoid stressful traffic in the city center but you are still close to the main attractions and you can access them by foot. All and all we loved our stay here and would choose a hotel again :)

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the food at the bar by the pool. We had pizza and for what you get it's very overpriced. But otherwise no complaints.
