Location was wonderful. So many shops and restaurants around. Liked that there was a fridge and stove to make some meals and a coffee maker. Bed was comfortable. Towels were nice and fluffy. Room was clean. Liked the rooftop terrace and pool.

There was some noise from people dining outside that went till quite late but that is because you are in a perfect location in the center of everything. It did not impede sleep. Kitchen could be organized a bit better the microwave took up almost all of the usable counter space but it was great for just a few days.

Very clean apartment, we had everything we needed in the bathroom and in the kitchen. There is no central or electrical heating, but the room wasn't cold. However, there is an AC and we used it once to heat the room when needed. The apartment is more or less a 25minute walk from the cathedral/Alcazar, there is a possibility to take the bus of course but it is nice to walk through the neighbourhood.

The bed was quiet small for 2 people, and the big negative point about our stay was the noise. The neighbourhood is too noisy with the bars, and unfortunately the window is not soundproof at all! Keep in mind that it can be loud until 2 am/3am, and be sure to take with you earplugs so you can sleep peacefully.

The location suited us perfectly. Might not be for everyone. Its in a very busy area surrounded by bars, amazing tapas restaurants and vintage shops yet only 20 min walk from all the main attractions.. The pool is only a plunge pool. Not big enough for swimming but the set up is good. Apartment has everything you would need. Tea, coffee, fridge. We had a double aspect view and 3 julliet balconies. We arrived after midnight and getting keys was simple.

There is a church across the road that chimes on the hour. (Not through the night) We didn't mind being woken at 8am but if you do this apartment is not for you

The location was perfect in a nice part of town and close enough to the centre, but not bang in the middle. There were lots of great bars near the apartment, which were better value than those in the touristic centre. The pool was small but great for a dip to cool off, and the beds were comfortable, and the views from the rooftop were great. The room was well appointed and very clean.

There wasn't much not to like.

Convenient location, room was nice and clean and equipped with everything you need. Rooftop was nice. They have lockers where you can leave your luggage if you come in early/leave late. Communication with staff was great

We wanted to work from the rooftop but none of the plugs worked which was a huge bummer. The street bellow is quite lively and noisy at night, so probably not great for light sleepers. We also thought the price was a little steep for what it is

The location, The layout and facilities in the room. First impressions outside, Easy to find Great location Easy access, owners let us in remotely to use lockers and roof time pool as we arrived before check in. Inside First impressions, Extremely clean, well layouts out and lockers where large enough for suit cases and bags, fee 2e non returnable bargin! Roof top pool wow absolutely excellent, there's 4 table and chairs, 4 large beds for lounging around and the pool overlooking the church is an absolute gem. On this floor there's also a washing machine for use by all. The room again wow, watch the video it's great, well laid out and 3 large windows with open doors with great views. We where in room one which had beautiful views of the church. TV in the room with you tube, Netflix and mirror function to connect phone. If you had a fire stick you could use that if you wanted too. The TV is visible from the bed and the Sofa. Many people have mentioned the nosie in the evening, in all honesty its not too bad yes you can hear the bars and restaurants but we got used to it and or if your a light sleeper it's nothing some ear plugs wouldn't sort. The bars close at 2am they aren't banging music bars just people chilling out and relaxing with friends. The location is great there's a bakery, cafes, bars and a super market all within minutes of the apartment. Withing 10 to 20 mins there's all the main areas and sites to view so you couldn't get much better to be honest. Some of the items in the room are as follows, Memory foam pillows Lockable Safe Iron Hair dryer Microwave 2 hobs Coffee machine tea and coffee provided. Fridge Kitchen utensils Soap Shower gel Towels Washing liquid Clothes and sponges Washing machine on pool level Swimming pool Roof top sunbeds and tables and chairs sun all day, right opposite church bells 🔔  ding dong, nice reminder to apply suncream.

The pool water could have perhaps been a little cleaner.

Excellent location with amazing atmosphere and Fabulous local restaurants. Easy walking distance of the best bits of Seville and modern and clean facilities with very useful lockers which helped with an earlier arrival. The check-in process was easy and everything very efficiently done.

The only downside to this apartment is the noise level at 3:00 a.m. from people in the bar downstairs. It didn't disturb us at the weekend but did on the Monday night.

Opera Apartments is the perfect place to stay whilst in Seville. Our apartment was lovely and clean, air conditioned, spacious, had a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a lovely big bathroom. The rooftop pool is lovely to chill out anytime of day. The apartments are very well located and only a 15/20 minute walk from main attractions/the centre and there are lots of nice bars locally too. Check in was very smooth and communication through whatsapp was very prompt and the host is very responsive making it all a very positive experience, would definitely recommend staying here! Really good location for restaurants and bars, the hop on hop off bus stop at Hercules square and the fresh produce market. 30 mins plus walk to the cathedral (although walking through lots of little cobbled streets, so it's easy to get lost - even with GPS). Plenty of room and good views of the church and street activity below. Air con was great for a good night's sleep. Small pool and sunbathing area was very welcome - very hot, so end of day was good.

It felt like a serviced apartment rather than air bnb, and obs very well used but it met all our needs and expectations for a comfortable stay. We couldn't get the hob or safety deposit box to work (we are usually good with tech) but managed without. Note to management that the hairdryer could do with replacing.

Amazing rooftop, good rooms and friendly staff. Overall very comfortable stay.

Had to wait a bit to be let in for check-in and luggage storage lockers inside only take €2 coins so if you put in €1 then it will be lost and wasted. The room furniture was also not placed in the best way because we got lots of bruises from banging our legs on unexpected corners.
