Immaculate. Great location, right in the heart of the action. Fantastic staff who go the extra mile. Our broken to non existent Spanish was enough to get us by. Truly lovely lavish spaces do not disappoint. The room was well decorated, spacious and has a coffee machine and a stocked fridge. Rooms were cleaned every day to the standard it was on day one - very impressive.

The roof terrace is a lot smaller than it looks on the photos. If there’s another group of two or three up there it’s crowded (at least for us). No bar facilities up there and the pool is more of a splash pool for two. I’d estimate the whole terrace to be 4m x 8m approx. Not a deal breaker, but slightly disappointing.

Excellent location for local attractions yet quiet once in the room. The luxury furnishings were so nice and a super comfy bed .The hotel seems to be an old mansion house and iOS very unique. Very near to the hotel are local shops selling water etc which was convenient and just at the top of the road was a tree lined street with lots of bars and restaurants… perfect. We loved the inner patio area in the hotel for a drink in the evening.

The pool could have been heated that’s all.

The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing the city, not so far from "Seville-Cathedral", "Real de Alcazar" and "The Setas". However, Triana area was a bit further (30 minutes of walking). The bedrooms were very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. They give a lot of information when you arrive and if you need a taxi they can order it for you.

Our bedroom was on the small size. The swimming pool they have is small as well, so if you would like to swim a lot this may not be the best hotel for you.

We absolutely loved the hotel! It’s incredibly beautiful and stylish, and we were welcomed with some local Cava. The room had everything we needed: slippers, robes, toothbrushes, a comb, a razor, a shoe brush, and a shower cap. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were extremely polite and friendly. We stayed in room 101. On the first day, there was a slight smell of sewage, but it disappeared afterward. The breakfasts were fantastic, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. Another highlight was that, despite visiting in December, the room was very warm. We didn’t need to use the air conditioning even once. It would sometimes turn on by itself, but I’m not sure how often. The temperature in the room was always perfect—not too hot or too cold. Ideal conditions!

The only downside for me was that the room was a bit dark. The window didn’t have much of a view (it faced an inner courtyard wall), so no sunlight came in. There were plenty of lamps in the room, but I still felt it wasn’t bright enough. However, this isn’t an issue if you’re only planning to sleep there!

The H10 is stylish, a beautifully renovated building. The staff were lovely and helpful. I got a deal on the room for some reason so was happy with the price. The room was very nice with minibar fridge and coffee maker.

We couldn’t get the coffee machine to work, only ever got a small amount of water. That may be because we didn’t know how to use it. The shower valve was unusual and I couldn’t work out how to turn it on. Wife had to show me! But really, minor things. Breakfast was €16 each, which we thought was a little high, but anyway we wanted to eat out, there are many places. Go north to the Avenida Hercules, lots of options.

The hotel was amazing with great size rooms, always well looked after & clean. There is a lovely plunge pool on roof terrace where our large group including the children, absolutely loved. Fantastic breaks, best I've seen in Europe, so much choice & worth the extra cost. The reception staff, bar tender & housekeeping are amazing & will assist with anything you need throughout your stay, we had a large party of 9 & they were so helpful with anything we required. Perfect location to explore Seville on foot, everything within 10 mins walk, great resteraunts, bars, even in extreme heat you can still explore this beautiful city. The staff were some of the friendliest people we met whlist in Seville, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was lovely, breakfast was fantastic!! Location was ideal, about a 5 min walk from las setas and within walking distance for everything else. Beds were comfortable, black out curtains, which were great

A couple more beds up by the pool would be fantastic. However, we knew this was a small area before we stayed and actually only had 1 afternoon up there. But it is lovely and comfortable up there, and they do bar service up there, again nothing was too much trouble.

I loved my stay at the hotel. Location is excellent, it is a very short walk to all the important attractions.. I didn’t have time to use the pool, but it looked really nice and the terrace overall was very nice. I would have loved to order a drink and sit there during the heat. Room was very cosy and clean; and the bathroom was very nice to use, especially with the bathrobe. Breakfast was delicious and very good variety.

Shower was a bit complicated to use. My shower only had boiling water, which made it very difficult to shower. The breakfast was amazing, but it was a bit expensive for the value, given the overall prices in the city as well. However, I still had a lovely experience and loved my stay at the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others and would love to come again.

The breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had in another country. The eggs and bacon are cooked to perfection the cakes are so soft, they make fr sh pancakes and omelette for you if you wish, the setting where you eat is so beautiful, the gorgeous courtyard with the water fountain. The staff are so friendly and smiley and can't do enough for you. The rooms are so clean and nice and cool with the Aircon. Even the shower gel and shampoo is nice. Completely drink when you arrive. I absolutely loved every second of my stay. Thank you!! ❤️

They could have one more parasol and sun lounger on the roof as it's so hot.

Fantastic breakfast with lots of little extras that were delicious. Amazing fruit, fab selection of cakes. Didn’t ever want to finish breakfast. Good shower, really comfortable bed, great selection of pillows. Really helpful staff, always pleasant. Will book sights for you at normal prices. Close to all amenities, particularly Las Setas. An absolute must, go at dusk as best in the dark. The ticket lasts 48 hours too so you can go twice!

Should have stayed there longer!
