We travelled with a friend, and both of us particularly appreciated the set-up of this room, with two bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, and even two separate balconies. The location was excellent, in central Sitges, within a walking distance to both the railway station and the beach. Perhaps the price to pay for that nice location was the fact that it was a tiny bit noisy in the night time, as there is a bar in the same street. But overall, nothing is too dramatic. The apartment was perfectly clean. The hosts replied quickly and efficiently. The instructions were clear. The beach towels were particularly appreciated, as well as the elevator and a possibility to enter with a simple door code.

We didn't like the fact that the hosts charged us for extra towels. Leaving just one big town (and one small) per person, staying for a significant time, in a beach town in the middle of the Catalan summer, with its +40C is insane. You'd definitely want to take more than one shower per day. Likewise, we were refused the possibility of a slightly later check-out. The kitchen stuff was minimum, so you will hardly be encouraged to cook there. The same deals with washing detergents and coffee. Also the fact that contacting the hosts after office hours might result in extra charge, if they(solely) decide that it was not an emergency seems preposterous.

The air conditioning was good, though it wasn't in all bedrooms. The rooms were very clean. The location was excellent—it was easy to get to major sites and restaurants.

There wasn't air conditioning in one bedroom. The upstairs bedroom was open-plan, and people could walk into it from downstairs. The room was nice, but there wasn't much privacy. The upstairs shower was tiny, and the controls were so close that you could hit them and be blasted with extremely hot water or burnt by the exposed pipes. There were few kitchen pans and no serving dishes, except for very large ones. The 'convenience pack' that contained cleaning products and trash bags was inadequate for a 10-day stay. There were only two dishwasher tablets and very little dishwashing liquid.

I recently stayed at Lucas House Apartments and couldn't be happier with the experience. The apartment was incredibly spacious, providing more than enough room to relax and enjoy my time. The fully equipped kitchen had all the modern conveniences of home, making it easy to prepare meals. The thoughtful furnishing included a bookcase stocked with a variety of books, and the living area was soft, clean, and inviting—a perfect spot to unwind. One of the highlights was the layout, which featured both a terrace and a separate balcony—perfect for enjoying the beautiful surroundings and fresh air. The location is fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, beaches, supermarkets, bus & train station and pharmacies all within walking distance. It truly felt like the ideal base for exploring the area. The host’s communication before my arrival was excellent, ensuring I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in, including instructions with detailed pictures on how to access the apartment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Sitges.

Really lovely well furnished, spacious apartment. Great location. Spotlessly clean. Hosts easy to contact and responsive.

Showering not good as water tepid then cold, wait few moments, tepid another maybe 30 seconds then cold again, this was the upstairs bathroom. Certainly wake you up fast in the morning. Maybe my fault, perhaps I missed something but I don’t know what it could have been. Thats the only thing I didn’t like, everything else was faultless and I only mention it to bring it to hosts attention as they probably don’t realise and I’m sure will address it.

The location of the apartment, the place was clean, it was little small. We used airport taxi from Barcelona to our apartment for 68 euros, on the way back we went by the train station for taxi since we didn't have cell phone to reserve one for next day, they charged us 68 euros.

The balcony was very small, only 2 people could stand on it, I was under impression it was a terrace. On the day of arrival we got there at 2:30pm, they didn't allow us to enter until exactly 3:00pm under the heat and with little child, Our apartment was ready but when they say 300pm, it is 3:00pm

Ive been to Catalonya about 15times now and stayed in all kind of Accomodation . Stayed in Sitges group Apartments Twice and i can tell they do their job perfectly . Check in is easy and contactless ( my prefered way) But you always feel like someone is just one phone call away . Apartments have anything you might need . Lucas house is in Perfect location , close to anything Sitges Has to offer. I met Their staff when i left my luggage wirh them aftr check out , and everybody was profesional and lovely to deal with. 5*

The location was excellent. right in the center of everything and a 5 min walk to the beach.The apartment was amazing. It was actually a duplex. Upstairs was almost another apartment, with room, bathroom, living room and terrace. It was much better than expected and the decoration was minimalist but beautiful. totally recommended. A pity we couldn't enjoy it more.

If you want to park near the house you have to pay. but you can park for free 10 minutes walking distance. Also to load and unload the car there is no specific space so you have to do it quickly in case another car comes.

The whole apartment was spacious and comfy for the two of us. The balcony and the roof top was great. Beach towels are provided. Salt and pepper were provided. There are three toilets and bathrooms in the apartment.

The small room is a little bit dark. Would be better if there's more ceiling light in the room. Might be a bit small if the apartment lives to the full capacity of 8 people. 4-6 people should be fine. Would be ideal if there's more coffee capsules (there were only two for two of us for the two nights) and tea bags (there were none).

Very clean and spacious and located a 4 minute walk from everything. Very easy to access using code provided by property owner. Kitchen area is well-equipped and has a coffee maker. One of the double rooms is very big and spacious and it has a large en-suite. Beds very comfortable. They offered to hold our luggage after checkout as our flight was late at night ☺️

While one double room was very big and spacious, the other two were quite cramped. One of the beds did not have a headboard either.

The reception service was very good and accommodating (loved the quick replies on WhatsApp and in-person assistance as well as the nice/very welcoming reception office). We also loved the location of the apartment: right in downtown Sitges and in a walking distance to everything, walking distance to train station going to Barcelona. Small bedroom (with two single beds) - no space for big luggage in there, small shower in one bathroom, washer is hard to use and no dryer (could have been better to have a washer/dryer combination for convenience, particularly winter time).
