The room was lovely, spacious and clean and the staff helpful and responsive. The location is excellent, right next to the beach, but also slightly away (5 minutes walk) from the town centre (which to us was an advantage because there was no noise at night).

There was very little we didn't like - this is an excellent hotel. The reception staff, cleaners and facilities generally were excellent. One small point - we thought we were getting a room with a sea view from the balcony but it was only a side view to the sea. Also, we had a small issue with our balcony door not locking but it was promptly fixed when we brought it to the attention of hotel reception.

The Hotel is close to the beach, the room has renovated kitchen and bathroom with good modern plumbing. We didn't travel with pets, but it is great that the hotel accepts them. Really nice and helpful staff Just a neutral hint for the others: the gates to the parking are 1.9m high, so keep it in mind when going to this hotel on your own car.

The apartment walls are slightly tired, and the common area on the floor doesn't look as one I expected to see in 4* hotel. But may be this is the hotel style - a little bit worn and sloppy. Not every elevator goes to the parking, you have to stop on 0th floor and change elevator if you weren't lucky on your floor. Horrible smell on the parking level.

From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and helpful and we were put at ease immediately. The general facilities were excellent with lots of comfy seating in reception. The accommodation itself was wonderful with views of the sea, comfortable seating area and dining table on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment was cleaned every day and throughout the stay help was there if we required it but equally we were left in peace to enjoy our stay.

Nothing, only minor point was the safe was a bit tricky to open and close but not so difficult that we needed to seek help. If we had mentioned it I think we would have been helped very quickly but it wasn’t significant enough to raise really.

We visited Barcelona and our friend suggested to stay in Sitges just to get a bit of a vibe from out skirt of Barcelona. We found Mediterraneo in Booking.com. The Location was perfect. Actually couldn't be better. It is just 1 minute walk to the beach and the area where you can walk and enjoy the vibe of Sitges. The apartment was supper clean and equipped with all what you need. The bed was so comfy. Really Enjoyed staying there. We travelled in December, so we couldn't use the pool.

There was nothing that I could mention that we didn't like. Everything was just perfect and as it should be.

Excellent location by the beach with restaurants and shops all around. Staff extremely helpful and friendly - we arrived a little early and were offered an alternative apartment with a double bed instead of 2 singles. The balcony sun shade was not working and we were offered the opportunity to move, when we said we loved the apartment and would rather stay they arranged repair of the shade within a couple of days. Our whole experience here was wonderful - 1 bed apartment with view of pools and sea was perfect. Would highly recommend and hope we will be back.

Nice, clean, spacious apartment. The kitchen had just the minimal, but enough for simple cooking and breakfast. Location was first class. Right next to beach area, walking distance to several convenience stores and Sitges city center. Right next to the beach promenade. Even though it was lots of people walking in the street and restaurant/pubs in the below, the sound proofing was good so noise was not a problem. Two large pools and one small kiddie pool. Clean water and deep, great for swimming with the kids.

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment and the second bedroom was tiny, just about space for 1 bed and 1 mattress on the floor. Lacked a fitness room, even a small one would have been great.

Apartment was exceptional - clean , modern , spacious, central location right on beach front . Exactly as the photos online. Kitchen cleaning amenities were even provided and shower gels etc very comfortable bed . However be sure to request twin single beds as we had double bed not ideal for friends but used the large double sofa bed. Did not use poop but garden pool area looked very nice. Staff at reception very friendly and helpful . Lovely cafe on site serving delicious food for breakfast. Highly recommend these apts, we will come back again.

Very good location on the beach, 5-minute walk to city center and 10 minutes to train station. The apartment was clean and well-kept, balcony with garden and sea view was great. Sitges is a wonderful base to visit Barcelona, just 40 minutes by train (every 15 minutes) and very lively by itself.

One side of the mattress was far too soft and used - should be replaced. The extra fee for our dog (EUR 25 per day) could have been better advertised on Booking.com, it just says "fees may apply". Generally the apartment was quiet, but on the last night our upstairs neighbors were very noisy until 1 am - curfew should be better enforced by staff.

I spent a week here with my family, it was a very pleasant experience for us. The room was clean, staff are all friendly and supportive always. You can see the morning sun & the beach from the balcony, which was definitely a bonus.

We used the parking lot, which was directly connected to the hotel so it was very easy access, but the space dedicated to the visitors was a bit limited and small.

We just loved out 2 bedroom apartment/hotel suite. It was very well decorated and had everything we needed in both the bathroom and the little kitchette which had the correct cleaning products for us to be able to keep our kitchen clean. The views from the balcony were great, it is located perfectly on the beach front. We walked everywhere. We will certainly be recommending to friends and family. Also the bathroom has Rituals products and very fluffy towels. A great bonus.

All was great. We were very happy.
