Small, quiet place just what we were looking for. The location is great as long as you can manage cardiac hill, although we found some cut through roads to avoid it on occasions. Good size apartment, clean and nicely furnished. Nice pool and poolside bar. Nacor who runs the bar is delightful, very friendly and great service

Having to pay extras for the safe and a fan. Also there was a written rule that towels left on sunbeds unattended for 15 minutes would be removed but that didn’t happen as far as we could see so the rule seemed to be written as a deterrent rather than being carried out

Myself and my sister arrived after Reception had closed and we received clear and concise instructions the day before on how to find our keys. The apartment was a 2 bed apartment and was very big. We were on the ground level and had a big terrace also. Pool was nice and the pool bar was excellent. The pool bar manager was excellent at his job. Couldn't do enough for us. Every evening we went up for drinks before going out. Lovely friendly atmosphere here. We will definitely be back.

The only downside was no A/C but we had fans which were adequate

(As I have slight mobility issues ) The 2 and half flights of stairs up to the apartment ( I did book last minute and it was St Patrick's Day) Only BBC and Sky News channels available on the TV available And as a solo mature lady traveller I don't like to stay out to late. The very steep Hill it is at the top off .

Love our stay here. small, quiet complex. very well equipped rooms. The beds are so comfy. The pool is small in size but more than adequate for the size of complex. sunbeds always available. No need for early rising to save a bed. ( I hate that). Reception staff very helpful and cheerful. Last but not least the pool bar and Nacor. 5* His friendliness, service, food and drinks, all brilliant. Happy hour a plus too! You must try one of his cocktails. Supermarket 2 mins walk away. Perfecto!!

There was nothing I didn't like. The apartments are at the top of a very steep hill, but 5 mins from main promenade with shops and bars in plenty. Tip - Walk down the hill, no problem. Taxi up, cheap as chips €3

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Clean fridge clean bedroom clean bathroom. The room was modern and lovely and the bed was comfortable. Quiet apartments so our balcony felt private too. Location is good cardiac hill isn’t as bad as people think unless you were to have mobility issues. There is a shop just one minutes walk away that had lots of things we needed and the strip is just 2 minutes down the hill. The staff we interacted with were lovely and helpful. Offered a free late checkout if it was to be available (it wasn’t on this occasion) but nice that it was offered seeing as lots of places make you pay for this. Used the luggage room on our last day and this was convenient too.

Nothing I didn’t like! The pool is quite small and so if there are other people around it it doesn’t feel as private as it would at a bigger hotel if you are not wanting to speak to other people. This isn’t a problem though just personal preference- if you are wanting conversation with other guests then it would be ideal!

Good location as long as your quite fit as located at the top of a big hill and side streets lead to smaller hills. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean, modern rooms. Steps down to reception and up to our room but accessible rooms are available and a ramp through a different gate for disabled access to reception. Everything you could need for a self catering holiday, complimentary water left for our arrival, dish soap and spare bin bag under the sink, spare toilet paper in the bathroom. Kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and hairdryer in the apartment as well as plenty of pots, pans, glasses and utensils . We had a small problem with bugs in room 3 the evening we arrived which was dealt with promptly by reception and we was left with a spray incase of any further issue. Small but well kept pool and sun terrace, we didn’t make use of this area but was beautifully kept . Great communication from reception before arrival.

Pillows very long and made of foam which was very uncomfortable for us and beds quite hard. Only net curtains at the patio doors and our neighbours in room 2 sat outside our apartment instead of their own looking in at us in the evening which was off putting and not enough privacy. The cat that sleeps outside woke us up every morning crying at the door.

This was our first stay at Isla de Lobos…. And would highly recommend. Late arrival but good communication about how to access the room. Our room was very spacious and clean. I loved the fact that there were two coffee mugs .. not just the little cups. The staff were very helpful, Nacor who runs the pool bar was amazing, the pool area was spotless… the maintenance man worked hard everyday keeping it spotless. Location is good…. Near to the main strip and local supermarkets. We had a late check out and couldn’t keep the room, but shower facilities are available in reception until the pool bar closes at around 8pm. We will definitely return in the future.

My only negative would be the WiFi signal in our room was very limited.

The staff were amazing & so helpful! Especially the guy on the reception & the pool bar Pool bar was brilliant addition, the waiter so funny & reasonably priced. The location is ideal 3 mins or so from the strip - quite close to old town but that was ideal for bus stops and big shopping center. Beds amazing, apartment spotless and comfortable. Will return!

We didn't get our bed sheets changed despite being told we would once within the week. The shower isn't the best but does the job! & we'd have liked more pillows but these are just minor things and did not ruin our trip!

Apartment was great, very clean with loads of space. The pool side bar was excellent, food and drinks are highly recommend. Def made our stay more enjoyable and memorable. Lovely place to stay.

No air conditioning , fans have to be rented. Key for safe had to be rented. Some of the apartments are up a lot of steps, but there are apartments with no steps. Reception booked us two taxis for the airport at 7.30am for our flight home, but the taxis did not turn up. Reception was not open at this time, so we had to walk quickly with all our baggage to find a taxi rank that was open.

Location was great, very clean.

The only issue we had was on the first night. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but we didn’t expect it to be as we arrived early, we went out for some breakfast, come back to the hotel for a drink etc and the receptionist handed us our keys and showed us where are room was, we went out then early evening to come back and the gates was locked none of the keys worked for the gate so had to phone the number in the gates to get code to enter … make sure you have gate code when checking in. Not a lot of room around the pool
