Bed comfy Hotel pretty quiet inside with other guests Location was excellent for using nearby cafes and other things a to see We found best walking most places . 20mins to train station to get back to Madrid Taxis variable but staff will book them at desk for you . Staff recommended a restraint for our first night after we had just checked in which was excellent

For what it cost me , I can't grumble at all. The bedroom carpets were a bit tough on the feet but they were clean and fit for purpose

The three staff members at the desk (same woman at early afternoon arrival and rather early departure...excellent English and help! Two fine and easy-English male staff at desk other times. They all three could not have been more gracious and helpful! I was totally delighted!

Nothing was a problem Haha The weather in the square was warmer than I wanted!! You can't control that. The building, in contrast, was fine for sleep and settling in. Not too cold, not too hot. I loved the hot water available for beverage in the lobby

Zocodover is a very smart hotel with good sized rooms, stylishly furnished in a way that I would not normally prefer. However, I was very comfortable for three days and will go back there, if I am in Toledo again. The hotel receptionist that I saw the most of knew Spain well and was extremely helpful. Zocodover Square is in the centre of this fabulous old city that, being high on a hill has spectacular views. They also make delicious marzipan here and are proud of their famous Don Quixote.

The hotel entrance is tiny and not easy to find. Other than that, I would be hard put to find anything I didn't like about Toledo.

Very simple yet comfortable room. The bathroom was big enough and well equipped and clean. The wifi was great. For a 2 star hotel is was superb. There is no breakfast service, however there’s ciffee/team at the reception free of charge! And conveniently there’s a cafe (Rodilla) just opposite. After checkout you can leave your luggage for later pickup, for free.

The only downside was that the room was quite dark as the window/balcony door opened to some kind of small enclosed inner space. A little claustrophobic :)

Had interior rm 206. VG location. Walk from easy to find and park at Mirador Garage (to get discount bring parking ticket to hotel which stamps it, then do not use automatic pay machines in parking garage. Drive to garage exit gate and pay the actual person there to get your discounted rate). No street noise in room but hotel patrons walking on hallway floors can be heard in the room. Cathedral is a 10 minute walk. Other sights also nearby. Hotel door located downhill side of Zocodover Plaza. Somewhat hard to find.

Unrelated to the hotel, it was difficult to figure out where to pay the Mirador Parking Garage location to obtain the discounted hotel rate. See my notes under what I liked.

Prime location off of the main square in Toledo. They also gave us three free waters. We were very grateful that they held our bags for us after our check-out while we traveled during the day prior to leaving Toledo. Great value!

A small complaint, but the bathroom had minimal ventilation for the steam of a shower or for air conditioning. The ceiling of the room also sloped down over one of the beds, and I kept hitting my head.

day and night staff was very nice and helpful. My room and bathroom were very clean, had everything I needed, even tho it had only a single bed. Location was great -right on the end of the Zocodover, and close to the bus to the train station. I had an inside room, so no noise. In the lobby, the brick ruins from the 16th century are pretty cool.

my room's window faced a small plain interior patio, so no view-- but it was real sunlight, and interior meant no street noise.

The staff was great, on all shifts. They handled our early arrival and stored our cases, after checkout, they stored our luggage with no time limit. Spacious room, no luxuries, but all we needed. Hot drinking water available, this was a plus! Excellent location on the Zocodover Plaza, near all eateries, tour meeting places, and close to all major attractions.

Large room in small hotel on one of the main squares in Toledo, convenient for the sights, and for shops/restaurants/etc. Also not far from the top of the escalator. Clean, comfortable, good wifi. Good value for money.

No view from the window to speak of, just an internal shaft, though this meant there was no street noise, and was nice and quiet. Otherwise no complaints.

The location was absolutely amazing, located very close to Zocodover square. The staff was very kind, gentle and helpful, they kept our baggage before and after the check-in/out for us to visit the city freely and provided us with information for moving around. The room was very spacious, clean and very quiet for being in such a crowded part of the city

For us, nothing to mention. If only, the heating in the room was unreasonably high when we entered but we could turn it down immediately.
