Nice view from the window, comfortable bed, clean towels and bed linen. Good WiFi Close to supermarket and 2 shopping malls. Nice location if you would like to go to oceanographic and city of arts and sciences. It is between the city center and the beach , 40 minutes by walk to the centre and 30 minutes by walk to the beach

when I came to the room, there was dust on the furniture. but the next day everything was cleaned. the door to the toilet fits loosely, you can hear all the sounds. empty mini bar (only 2 small bottles of water)

The hotel is built above a shopping center, providing direct access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff cleans them thoroughly every day. The breakfast is good, with a wide selection of dishes to satisfy various tastes. You can also enjoy freshly prepared dishes made to order. The hotel is also suitable for families. Additionally, there are many attractions nearby, making the hotel an excellent starting point for exploring the city. The overall stay is comfortable and pleasant, and the staff is always available to assist with any needs or advice. We stayed for 6 nights with my family. Since the hotel wasn't busy, they upgraded us to connecting rooms at no extra charge. A bit of luck, but it was really nice of them. We used public transport, specifically EMT buses. The stops are not far from the hotel, which is really convenient.

The hotel is right next to a mall and el corte ingles. Walking distance from bus stops and the science and arts city. The room is spacious and clean.

The bathroom had one tiny soap bar with no access to any other bathroom amenities, and the housekeeping didn't add anything. I noticed the room didn't have a coffee machine or a kettle, so a kettle was provided by house-keeping but when I used the coffee and tea, they didn't replace the used cups or packets.

Nice modern hotel connected to shopping centre. Super warm and welcoming staff who were happy to help with queries straight away. Quite a busy and vibrant area within walking distance of marina area. Also quite close to the old F1 circuit, for those that like that type of thing, it is also easily accessed on foot. The parking is connected to the shopping centre and is quite plentiful and accessible if in a larger or low down sports car. Parking is discounted for hotel guests.

There is no place to pull up outside the hotel on the street, access to parking is to the rear of the hotel, it is best to park before checking in so as not to leave the car double parked on the street. Parking is a ticketless system, you pay using your car reg number, simple and easy if you have a Spanish registered car, more tricky if not, you will need to go to the parking office on level -2. The room was quite small with limited facilities, no Nespresso machine for example.

The room was impeccably clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always greeting guests with a smile and ready to assist with any needs. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout my stay.

However, there were a couple of minor issues. Despite the hotel advertising soundproof rooms, I was occasionally disturbed by drilling, even a few times at 2 AM. Additionally, the shower temperature fluctuated without any adjustments, which was a bit inconvenient. The view from my room, although described as overlooking the city, did not quite match my expectations.

Location was excellent, having plenty places to go walking. Staff was really friendly and gentle with us, solving any questions and requests. Room was confortable and with an amazing view. Everything clean and confortable.

Elevator feels a bit old and doors sensors didn't recognized me when I was entering and it squeezed me. There's not too much to do inside the hotel itself. There's a small restaurant with a really small rooftop that we weren't able to try since it was full.

All was great, especially our wish to have a great view on the city and higher floor. Staff was friendly willing to help. Room was quite big so we didn't feel tight.

Tried to recognize the entrance to the hotel, our first approach was from mall and there is no convenient access, there is steep stairs. Then we found out about the separate entrance. Pillows were too soft, it would've been great to have different pillows. Restaraunt on the last floor was closed, there is no information about it. Bottles of water in the cool are not brought, we paid for bottle.

Excellent installation, location and services. The staff is super friendly and efficient.

The breakfast is good, well served and varied. although the scrambled eggs are always served extremely dry and cold. On the second day I complained to the person in charge and suggested that she speak to the Chef, to no avail as nothing changed... After that we requested fried eggs, but they came with too much oil when frying... I believe the breakfast Chef should be better trained and use a system to keep everything warm, as this failure is incompatible with the hotel's level of service.

it is in a great location at the bottom of park turia, and about a 20 min walk from the marinas/30 from the beach. breakfast was fine, the bath in our room was great, and dinner in the upper restaurant was good- small menu, but the food was tasty

the hotel says it is pet friendly, and when we arrived in the evening this appeared to be the case. We even took them to dinner. But in the morning when we brought the two (small & very well behaved) dogs downstairs we were told they could not come to the breakfast room, could not sit with us in the lobby if we took our breakfast out there, ( there was no one in the lobby), and in fact dogs were only allowed in the room or outside. No explanation was given as to how to get them from outside to the room. we gave up, brought them to the room and had to leave them to bark. 🤷‍♀️ the person who was in charge at breakfast was rude and unhelpful, and brought down the whole experience

This is a modern hotel near the Oceanografic and Science Museum and the park. The room and bathroom were large, the bed was comfortable, the view from the 5th floor was nice. We didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. The breakfast was very good, with a large selection, but the coffee machine only made coffee, no cappuccino or other coffee drinks. The staff was nice and friendly. The location is good if you'd like to go to the beach or Oceanografic but it's quite far from the old town, but if you rent a bicycle, everything is close. Valencia has very good bicycle paths and there are a lot of bicycle rentals.

The armchair cover in our room was dirty.
