Fantastic location - few mins walk to: Reina Sofia Palacio de las Artes and La Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, Bus stops to town, Bus station, Train station etc. and easy walk to el Pabellón Fonteta de Sant Lluís for sports and concert events. Several local eateries. Very comfortable room with double door which kept down noise between corridor and room. Good shower & bath. Lovely staff - both on reception and at the bar/restaurant areas.

Kettle in the room would have made everything perfect (but understand it's mostly British that miss their tea-making facilities and this is Spain :) )

The hotel was clean, with excellent staff always happy to assist, and the location is spot on. The breakfast was okay with very efficient staff with a good selection on offer.

The only slight downside for me was the NH green offering whereby if you forgo your room clean you receive a free drink at the bar, in Barcelona you could opt in by putting the sign on your door on a daily basis. Valencia you were either in or out, and this is not really suitable when you are staying for 10 days. On the next to last day the staff just left me a drink and did not clean the room.

The hotel is in great location as just 2minutes away from the impressive Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, and Turia gardens. The rook was big enough with additional table for work, as well as super comfortable beds. Hangers, towels, ropes, slippers and cleaning utensils were all available. Good plus was a coffee machine with usable capsules and a kettle. We really liked it was located 45 minutes walk from the old town, thanks to it we discovered many districts and got to know the city.

The gym and pool area are very small, but that is fine. The gym was a bit too hot which was difficult to use for a workout so some AC would be nice.

Had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and the checkin was pretty smooth. We arrived earlier than the official checkin time, but could enter the room earlier which meant a lot since we had an early flight and were quite tired. The bathroom was quite big and had everything you needed. Even though we didn't use it much, there is a wonderful terrace on the 11th floor with a nice view. The price was quite good compared to the other properties of a similar standard in Valencia.

The sound insolation on the windows wasn't the best, so it got quite noisy at night. There were no cabinets in the room, rather a big one in the bathroom. We didn't try the breakfast, but the price tag of 25 or 30 euros was quite high for Valencia standards. The location was right next to the city of arts and sciences, but it was a bit far from the city center. At least not close enough to walk, but around a 15 minutes ride by bus.

The room was spacious enough and clean, the staff was very nice and helpful (a part of our sink broke in the first room while we were out and they offered us another room to move in & were helpful with any questions we had during the stay), the location is great to visit the main attractions in Valencia within walking distance or with different bus routes nearby.

The second room we were moved to was adjacent to another room (separated by a locked door), so you could hear a lot of noise from the neighbouring room, as well as it being on the side with the main street it was very noisy from the outside also.

Great location. Staff friendly. Small, but good gym and indoor pool. Quiet room with excellent blackout curtains. We had a superior room and had a mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers and complimentary water. Wi-Fi connection and speed were good. Plenty of choice at breakfast. We would have preferred a larger fruit and cereal selection but that is just our taste and these things were provided but basic. If you want l to get to the city centre then it’s a good 20-30 mins walk but the route is fabulous and you can meander through the ‘river bed’ and look at all the different things going on.

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel. The bath room could have been slightly more modern but it was exceptionally clean and functional and that would certainly not stop us from returning or recommending this hotel.

The hotel was well located for what I wanted to see. Also many good restaurants nearby. The bed was excellent and all was clean and well maintained. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

I felt the food was expensive - both the breakfast and the Menu del Dia. There were a couple of dishes I really liked but for the most part, the food was pretty ordinary given the price. The WIFI was below expectations. I found it sluggish too often which meant that doing things online took longer. I understand you could upgrade to a better service, but the basic WIFI included in the room did not compare well with what I've received in other hotels over the past year.

room was lovely. software allowed us to choose our room according to type available when we checked in on line prior to arrival, which was excellent. The location was perfect for the Oceanographic and Science and Art museums. there were bus stops right outside the hotel and end of the road that took you, in to the old town, to the beach, to the bioparc and the bus system was easy to navigate. staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Can't complain about anything, other than the ungodly hour we had to leave to catch our flight, but the taxi we asked them to order for us was waiting when we came down. loved the terraced roof area too. Would happily stay there again

I know it sounds daft, but the hotel sign. we got off the bus, knew the hotel was close, but it wasn't immediately obvious and took us a while to fund, having walked past it!

I didn't like anything in particular about my stay, it was ok. it's the first time I can't pinpoint anything exactly, however if I have to say something it is that all the staff were helpful and friendly. The first days the scrambled eggs during breakfast looked like they already had been eaten before, but the second half of my stay they were ok.

for starters the parking garage is not made for any decent car - SUV or larger sedan alike. it's also not cheap at all, at almost 19 euro per day. there's better options in the vicinity. The rooms feel outdated and the shower had stains in it. there was a piece of floor missing on the left side of the bed. my room in particular felt small, it was hard to get around the bed. The bar downstairs was boring to say the least and the terrace on the first floor was either empty most of the time or locked. The hotel has a lot of corporate events going, the first night even the restaurant was closed due to a private event.

The Hotel is in an excellent location for the City of Arts and Sciences. You can also reach the town centre with a very pleasant 20 minute walk through the park Jardin del Turia. Breakfast was very good offering a lot of variety both continental and cooked. The bathroom was very clean and well decorated and there was plenty of good quality toiletries supplied. The Hotel has its own underground parking. It is a little tight but we have a large car & managed ok. The reception staff were friendly and helpful .

We stayed in a standard room. The white furniture was chipped in places. No tea & coffee making facilities in these rooms. A mirror above the desk would have been useful. The bar has only 3 small tables and lacks atmosphere . A large 4* Hotel should have a better bar area.
