not having access to the pool . it’s not right that I booked the hotel because I needed a swimming pool or sauna access. I think it’s false advertisement being able to filter my search and only to find out I need to book a massage to use the pool. this means it’s not owned by the hotel

Very helpful personnel at the reception, room excellent indeed with all facilities including sound system in walls. Did not served the breakfast because we have an early checkout, but we have really appreciated the free snack bar (cookies, coffee, tea, fruits) available during 4am-7am. View from junior suite at 28 floor amazing

It not hotel fault and we knew this when reservation was done but the connection with the city center is not good . If you are i town after midnight (00:30 m) you have serious problem eve to grab a taxi. It took us 1 hour to return from city to the hotel as no metro, bus or taxi available. Also during the day you need to change multiple lines and timing for public transport is far away comparing to what we had in Barcelona. Anyhow, I can not fault this to the hotel, but consider that this is more a business hotel and not one for leisure in Valencia

The staff were really kind and helpful. Especially thanks that I was allowed to deposit my luggage after my check out. Furthermore, I liked the breakfast with many options.

There was a very long queue at the reception desk when I arrived late in the evening and it took like half an hour to check in. There was only one overworked receptionist who also had to take calls (by the way, she managed the situation really professionally). However, the hotel's administration should really improve this aspect.

Being a traveller, we have been to many many good hotels and this one I found absolutely exceptional in comfort, luxury and value for money. Breakfast: Very wide range and great quality food. I want to mention Charles name who was very very helpful and polite at the Breakfast service. Thanks Charles, much appreciated mate. Bar: hotel bar open till 3am, drinks and cocktails very well priced. Room: We upgraded our room on reception offer, just 10 EUR extra and what a fabulous room we got. Amazing view and huge suze of the room. Great experience. We were two families, the whole environment was very safe, convinient and the staff was helpful. Truely a 5-Star hotel.

Melia Valencia is a only just outside the city Centre (2 stops on the metro). Its undoubtedly a 'corporate' hotel focussing on conference delegates and the like but the facilities are also excellent for us leisure travellers. public areas are light, airy and spacious. Rooms clean, well appointed and larger than the majority of hotels. Breakfast was included in our room rate and was very good Outdoor pool is quite small given the overall size of the hotel but I guess that's because most of the people their on business wont be using it! Pool side was lovely - helped by being very quiet despite it being warm & sunny whilst we stayed Overall value for money - 10/10

Check- in was a bit laborious. Not enough staff available and certainly one of the more long winded processes I've experienced Shower water pressure needs to be improved somehow

Beautiful hotel, stylish and modern. The bar and restaurant were smart and the quality of food was excellent. Room was comfortable, modern and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The gym was incredible, really big and well equipped. We had access to the Level which provided a private check in, access to a lovely Lounge which snacks and drinks all day and superbly polite and friendly staff. The pool was must smaller than the photos suggest but there was always space to find a sunbed regardless.

Everything was grear

The location was ideal. A little outside the bustle of the centre but a 5minute walk to Beniferri metro stop which takes you close to the historic centre in just 3 stops. The breakfast was excellent-so much choice every day which set us up for exploring. The cocktail bar is wonderful with an excellent selection to choose from and all delicious. Lots of lovely restaurants close by. A special mention to La Tassa which is an excellent place to enjoy some tapas or a full meal.

Usual high quality Melia hotel. Good size room with a bath and separate shower. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The location was just outside of the old town but the no.4 tram stop was just behind the hotel which went to the old town and beach. A good number of sunbeds around the pool.

The pool was smaller than the pictures suggested and was not heated so too cold to get in for most of us. The pool bar was not open and no phone to call for drinks so had to go downstairs to the bar.

Staff are excellent. Check in was quick and efficient. We had an AC water leak and we were moved to another same type of room straight away. Nice bar and waiting staff are excellent in the lobby. Swimming pool is nice with a bar outside

Room AC is old and doesn't work properly. Rooms are starting to look dated. They look the same as they did when we stayed 10 years ago. Swimming pool gets very busy. Could do with a separate kids pool.

The room was very spacious yet cozy, and had various features which are not usually provided for that price: work desk with a comfortable office chair, both bath tub and shower, a wardrobe etc. I have requested a room away from the elevator (noise considerations), and they gave us the most remote room available! Also I am not sure whether we didn't have neighbors or the soundproofing is that good, but we didn't hear other guests at all. The location is a bit away from the city center, but the train station is very close and the neighborhood is lovely.
