I liked the room, breakfast bar was a nice touch, storage and shelving was great for organising my things. Lots of seating in the room so I didnt feel I had to sit in bed whilst in the room. Lots of hooks for hanging towels and clothes, great shower. I liked the gym, terrace and pool area. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room is great one person but I think if there were two people I would have opted for a bigger room. Bed was big and comfy, tv access was easy. Great location for me to visit friends living in Valencia, and for me to walk or get the bus around the city. I liked the variety of seating on the terrace also, benches, beach type chairs and sun loungers etc.

The room could have been cleaner on arrival, but I raised this with the reception and they were super nice and sorted it quickly. The coffee didn’t taste great from the machine but that’s minor. I felt there could have been more utensils, tea towels and maybe a kettle, again minor but would have made cooking a bit easier.

Excellent location and staff were helpful. Rooms were clean and fresh towels were provided.

I think our room must have been brand new as there were some kitchen utensils still in original packaging and crockery in bubble wrap which was a bit strange. Also, only one mug, one glass, one plate etc. A coffee pot would have been good to have and maybe a couple of extra pillows in the room. The only other thing, the main door to our floor wasn't soft close so whenever people were coming and going the door would SLAM shut at all hours. So that was a bit annoying.

This is an excellent place to stay for a few days in Valencia, especially during the busy August peak season when booking options are limited. The complex offers a good number of rooms. - Great location, close to Turia Park and the Serranos Towers. - Access to a gym and other common areas on-site. - The rooms are new and clean, though not large, but they're comfortable for both rest and work. - Fast internet, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. - Daily cleaning keeps everything spotless and well-maintained. - While there is a charge for on-site parking, I easily found free parking nearby. - The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly with temporary bag storage.

- No kettle in the room. - Sometimes it can be a bit noisy, depending on your neighbors next door. But nothing critical.

I really enjoyed the property. Room was nice with new furniture, clean, everything worked properly. I stayed 9 nights and chose also terrace which was great choice (you can dry clothes, or enjoy breakfast). However it is not necessary because downstairs is also large community area. Room is not on the zero floor, but first floor. So you have a but of view too. It was comfortable and exactly 10 min by foot to city center/ old town. About 5 minutes to Lidl and Mercadona. Room includes kitchen, fridge, own bathroom, TV. has nonstop reception, also pool is on the roof. It had a best price in the time of searching (my parametres excluded hostels with shared bathroom). However it is not “classic” hotel, breakfast are not served. For me it was a great budget option, and would stay again. It is like your little apartment very close to center. The tram (number 4) to beach - it took approximately 30 minutes, but it was direct.

Cleaning room and changing towels each 4 days. I would be more happy changing towels at least each 3 days (linens not requieres so often).

We had an amazing stay that truly exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic—just a short distance from the city center and with easy access to public transportation, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. The rooftop pool is a standout feature, a perfect spot to relax. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities overall were excellent, and we appreciated all the thoughtful amenities provided.

The only area for improvement would be to have more kitchen utensils available in the room. In our case, we only had two glasses, so having a few more basic items would be helpful.

Very good hotel. The space of the room was perfect, with kitchen with all equipments. The price fair IMO. Around 15 minutes walk to city center, that was ok. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The building with lots of free areas and very organized. I have seen 4-star hotel not as good as this one.

I think the cleaning could be a bit better. Nothing really serious though, but using some products with nice smell could help. This is definitely a minor.

The location is good. In nearly 10 minutes you are in the city center, on foot. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We could leave the luggage in the reception before check in time and after check out time. Access is well secured. You can enter the building only by access card. Cleaning staff was also very friendly. Despite Google reviews, the building was not noisy at all and we were specifically asked not to make any noise in the shared spaces.

The room is quite small compared to the price and the bathroom is literally tiny. A garbage bin would be nice to have in the bathroom. Also, there was a weird chemical smell (like rat poison) coming from the bathroom, invading the room at all times.

I really liked the studio I stayed in. Big nice bed, nice soft pillows, everything is very clean and tidy. The shower has fun tiles, it's a pleasure to bathe in. The complex itself is very interesting, it has everything you need and a hall and game compasses and several rest rooms and such a beautiful view from the studios. I had a really good time and even saved the location for when I visit Valencia in the future. Everything was very nice , it was just right from the heart . I love such cosy places !

The accommodation is really clean and well maintained - the facilities are great. The room had a small kitchenette and fridge, but the building also had a rooftop pool, gym, and a large downstairs common kitchen.

The only complaint might be that some of the bathroom appliances were a little battered. I.e. handles were loose etc. Nothing major, all a part of the building's normal life as a student accomodation hall. Only real complaint is that they won't allow you two room keys, even for two people.

Great location for this price, close enough to walk to the center, or take the metro to the airport. There is a valenbisi (bike rental by app) very close by, which was perfect to get everywhere in the city. The staff was nice, and the room was very clean.

There are many foreign students living here, and they can be quite loud in the middle of the night when they come back from going out.
