Very nice resort inside a coconut forest along the laguna with quite (and almost desert) sourrundings. Nice bungalow and rooms, fantastic pool with jacuzzi available for free. They organized a extra fee boat tour (8500 lkr for 4 people, 1 hour) at night to hear the singing fish in the laguna

We ate two times in the restaurant because other options were too far away and because it was so higlhy rated on google: both times we asked for no spicy and garlic free meal but they were not able to fulfill none of these requirements (just the second time they gave us a small discount but we barely eat something of the whole dinner)

A quirky hotel that we really enjoyed staying at, the swimming pool is in a fantastic location for sunset swims over the lagoon. The staff gave us a WiFi booster to put in the room as we were a little far away from the main router. The restaurant had a great system where you could order your food for a specific time which worked really well, good selection of beer and the room was large and clean. It feels more than a 2 star hotel.

Swimming pool needed some maintenance.

The setting is simply idlic with plenty of trees providing cover from the hot summer sun. I love almost everything about this place and will be returning every time I visit Batticaloa.

It is still very difficult to get transport for four in short order in Batticaloa. It is strictly not the fault of the hotel but I hope they do something and have a car (or two) to rent.

We enjoyed the pool, dinner, resort environment, sea view, and nearby shopping center. We had a great one-night stay at the resort and it met our expectations. I would recommend it for both families and business travelers.

There was some ant in the bathroom due to wet area. No other issue with the hotel.

Huge, beatiful natural garden right on the lagoon. The swimming pool is a great place to end the day after a long sweaty day, with great sunset views. Bicycles are available for rent at the hotel. And the greatest bonus - it has the best restaurant in town.

The room. Everything here is perfect, except the room, which is basically a container, very small for a couple.

Everything actually. The customer service, location, view and the surrounding environment was excellent.

The steel Cabana we stayed is a bit small and congested. There's actually not a lot of room to move around. A fridge could have been nice, since batti temperature was peaking at 40Celsius during our stay, and a fridge would have been super helpful to store food.

The room facilities. Bathroom sink cracked,no tea and coffee or a fridge in the room. The reception phone was not accessible at midnight when we had a medical emergency. Gate keeper wouldn't know about 24/7 open pharmacy or a medical centre. There should be a leaflet in the room with emergency contact numbers, pharmacies , etc

The staff was fantastic - very friendly and helpful! They arranged a driver for us and always came by for a short chat. The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was delicious! We loved every meal. We also loved spending time by the pool!

Unfortunately our room did not have an AC and was very small. However, for that price we cannot complain.

beautiful shady property on the lagoon. nice large and very clean pool. terrific value. I stayed here 4 years ago and was glad to be back.

I stayed in one of the little containers. they are cute and have a nice view of the lagoon, but it was unusually hot while I was there and the AC and fan weren’t quite up to keeping it cool.

I booked a Wooden cabana and it needs a refurbishment done. no wifi available in the room and need to go to the Reception to use WIFI.
