Excellent hotel very spacious rooms toilets very clean loved our stay comfortable beds , only issue was staff should be trained to give a better service , check in took so long more than half hr no one knew how to process kept asking and passing our documents person to another , food was good beautiful hotel highly recommend this to anyone

The food was amazing - so much variety and all very tasty. The staff were also amazing - super friendly and the service at the restaurant was amazing. The rooms were very spacious and the pool area/lawn was very well maintained. Being right on the beach was really nice too.

Everything was great - just to take note that the pool is very shallow (max depth of 1.35m) and the beach has a lot of rocks so it’s difficult to swim there.

The staff were really friendly including the manager, we got a free upgrade which we were really greatful for, beautiful location right by the beach. It was really quiet when we were here which we liked but I’m not sure what it would be like in main season.

There was a wedding on our last night which was really noisy and unfortunately we wasn’t informed until after the band had started. I did speak to the manager who was apologetic and offered us another room and the music was off by 10.15pm.

It was spacious clean and well laid out with lots of facilities. Always plenty to do. The staff were exceptional especially Priya in guest relations on reception who could not be more helpful and always with a smile. The room staff who looked after cleaning each day Lojan,lavan and thas were also super. They did a great job but also friendly and so helpful if you had any other needs they could assist with. This is a great hotel find and I’ll be back again.

All fantastic can’t think of anything here relating to the property but whilst the beach at the hotel is clean and beautiful the rest of the coastline here does need help to keep clean.

Loved everything about this stay. It was very relaxing. The hotel has used the land and the private beach area in the most efficient manner. Very picturesque with the blue colour waters, we took a lot of photos! You can either swim in the private beach of the hotel and see corals, or walk over to the public beach without corals. The pool was good, lounge beds spreaded over the area provided a nice place to experience the wind and the sunsets. There was a lot of guests at the hotel but it did not feel overcrowded. Staff are very polite. Buffets were nice. They also had a place to play board games. Also jet ski, paddle boats etc were offered for additional charges. Staying for more than 1 night was a good choice. Will definitely go again.

From the moment we arrived at Amaya Beach Pasikuda, we were warmly welcomed, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. We received our room quickly, and stepping inside, it exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious and perfectly suited for our family, providing the ideal blend of comfort and style. The location of the hotel is simply stunning. As soon as you step out of the room, you're greeted by the breathtaking view of the beach and the inviting swimming pool. Additionally, the Pasikuda beach bathing area is conveniently located right next to the hotel, offering an even more immersive seaside experience. The dining experience was exceptional. The meals were delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The live action stations at the buffet (two or three every meal) added a delightful touch, allowing us to enjoy freshly prepared dishes. The overall location is calm, serene, and absolutely perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything about the hotel—its ambiance, service, facilities, and food—came together beautifully to create an ultimate holiday experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

The room is spacious and nice. The view is nice. The bathroom is wide. The staff are amazing and friendly ! Esp Lakshan and Chef Sameera who was kind enough to prepare for me a specific plate when I told him that am a picky eater and dont eat exotic food. The buffet itself was variable for breakfast and dinner. The GM assured me I wont be disrupted by the AC cut due to the powercut, and they kept their promise, AC was on all the time. The nice thing about this is that they do work on the complaints and thats the best part! The GM made sure personally that our stay went smooth.

Better bring cash Rupees with you as their exchange rate is lower than the bank and the market. The minibar isnt cold enough, although we informed them that its really weak, they mentioned that this is usually the minibar maximum temp. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this is the first time we face such minibar temp, if you wanna put any bevarge it wont get cold enough. We had a medication, so that was extra imp for us. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, robes or slippers, am not sure if they dnt usuallly provide, but 5 stars hotels often do. The HB doesnt include drinks so consider that when u book. Chef Sameera was kind enough to offer us drinks on our second day though.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks, the location is amazing. The beach and sea at that place are protected by some reef, which means the water are shallow and without currents. Perfect for snorkelling all day. Staff is very friendly and always extremely helpful. Facilities are flawless, room are spacious, bathroom are perfect. Breakfast is very good, big choice. Recommended to anyone in this location.
