The hotel doesn't really have a check in, you just get a key code. It was well equipped, also with a kitchen and the bed was comfortable. Also the shared bathrooms were very clean (I think there were not so many guests around which contributed to that)

- I wonder what happens if you leave your phone in the room to go to the bathroom and then suddenly you notice that you cannot remember your key code anymore 😅 -There is no bus connection from the airport to the hotel. It is 1.8 km to walk or take the taxi. I did the walk. I can recommend walk until the train station and then go outside. Somehow try to cross the road and getting to the road with the dead end which is surrounded by hotels. Afterwards just follow Google maps. Would be nice if the hotel can give this information, since their customers are more people who want to save money and are willing to avoid taxi costs.

Clean, a huuuge and comfortable bed to which you climb a bit (there's a step), mini lamp by the bed, TV, although the size of the room was super tiny and without a window, they manage to make it COZY. Sockets and a mini lamp just by your bed. A mini fridge, hooks. for your jacket, a retractable mini desk, some drawers. A kitchen to cook your food in and an open area with a few tables and chairs to sit and eat what you cooked/your breakfast. Bathrooms are in the corridor, very cozy and clean, spacious, warm floor. The towel is included. Very good connection to and from Arlanda with the free shuttles. You never have to wait more than max 15 minutes, usually 5-10. There's no reception there but you get all check-in info through sms. There's an elevator.

There could be a shoehorn in the room ;) But the worst part for me is that the way from the bus stops to the hotel (a bit upward) although not long is very hard if you have a very heavy suitcase. Because there's mainly rubble and soil/grass so hard to roll the suitcase and you risk getting the wheels damaged. And if you have a heavy suitcase then lifting it and carrying it is not an option.

The accommodation is fit for purpose, very very close to the airport and you can get free bus from the Raddisson Hotel. There is like a little cafeteria in the building but it's only open tilll 2pm, I saw that people said there is nowhere to get food but I managed to get something to eat from the Raddissons restaurant which was a great relief. So if you need food that's also an option. Otherwise, if you'd like cheaper option pack sandwhich or snacks from where you are coming from. Towels are provided, which i also great.

Check in is really late at 4pm

Location, value for money, facilities, very nice staff, and also customer service were friendly as well. There's a window and the view is good. Good for layover and transit. The utensil is complete, and there's an oven. We missed the bus stop because we need to press stop.

The dryer is to long, and one of the washing machine was broken, one of the light was also broken. A weird smell at the door, and some small smudges in the bathroom (lipstick - to small). The neighbours next door was also very loud the whole night, screaming every 20 min, it was a bit scary. But at least feel secure with a CCTV in the hallway otherwise I would be to scared to stay there.

Close to airport, free shuttle bus every 10 minutes. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Room is very clean and stylish.

Around 3am someone one was banging on all the doors. They were inside the corridor waiting for someone to come out. It was a little scary. Rushed out the hotel at 5am to catch flight and didnt see anyone at that time. Middle of nowhere so no staff available. No where to buy water so bring your own or drink the tap water.

Superb value, exceptional customer service both via online chat and calls. Felt very well-supported and the entire stay was made so much easier and comfortable because of prompt and efficient customer service. Clean room and well-equipped kitchen, nice amenities and facilities overall. Hand-wash gel container is the cutest thing ever(wash us up before you go-go). Terrific bathroom sink, good size, nice height and spacious counter top for toiletries. Nice bed and mattress that guarantees quality sleep, rest and relaxation.Open panoramic view, I enjoyed every single bit of the stay. Going through the front door into the building made me feel like I'm in 007 or Jackie Chan's film (stunts)-fantastic architecture that's worth noting:) come by and experience it yourself. Also, to housekeeping staff, thank you for your kindness and for bringing in essentials. Easy connection to the Airport by taking free buses (clear instructions in email provided by Forenom) but I find the location to be challenging for visitor/first time traveler

Although overall ambiance created by lighting design was romantic, it was dim and insufficient for reading/writing.Constant noise from shower drain.

Unique, clean and I liked the high sealing

The shuttle bus from the airport doesn’t go to the hotel but not far ether, it’s 5 minutes walk so if you have more than one luggage, then that would be a a thing, spatially if you traveling long distance and tired. The website said free shuttle. So you’ll think it’s their own. But it’s the airport free bus to terminals and hotels. Anyway… it’s not bad still. The prize was good and less than other hotels around.

A lot of negative reviews made me feel a bit alarmed but everything went smooth: I found it easily taking the right bus from T4 / you just cross the zebra from Jumbo stop, then 2 min walk and you are there. Then take a lift to the 4th floor, go out - left, left again and straight - insert the code given to you that day and you are inside. The same code goes to your room number. I also registered my ID the same day I did the booking so I’m not sure how people skip it and surprised in the end. Also it was clean and quiet, the toilets and showers ok the floor were clean as well.

For me all was good

We booked the stay for 2 people via Booking.com. However, they prepared double bed for one (pillow, blanket, towels). We arrived around 00:30 due to our flight and tried to call them. However “since none of the staff was in the building” they could not resolve the issue and “there was nothing” they could so about it. Thankfully we found extras in the closet. However the person who was on the phone was comletely useless. But all in all, was ok.

It was my first experience at the hotel without staff and I'm pleased to say everything was smooth. I was provided with clear guidance how to pass identification procedure, how to get to the hotel from airport and to enter the room. The studio had everything needed for me to get my night meal ready after the late flight. The window view allows you to watch the planes take off every few minutes, but the sound proof is good, so you can sleep well.

I wasn't sure if a tap water is drinkable or not, so had to google it to find that Sweden has good tap water everywhere. However, it would be helpful for foreigners if you add any kind of sign in a room that tap water is good to drink. ;) The electricity sockets at kitchen wall didn't work, or I didn't find how to turn them on. Luckily, other sockets had no issues.
