I spent the majority of my stay in the hotel, it was intended to be a relaxing week for rest! Staff were extremely professional and helpful, even with things unrelated to the hotel like travelling to Stockholm city centre. It was my first time to Sweden, so I was very green. The breakfast hours are very good 7-10am. There is a very wide selection of food and beveridges available, so I don't think you will find it hard to find something you like, and the staff regularly kept stocks replenished. Not undermining any staff at the hotel (they were all great), but the manager Rehab was absolutely amazing. A wonderful person. The hotel is lucky to have her - she does a wonderful job! I only walked around very locally. There are a local stores i.e. convenience stores, supermarket, restaurants etc. I visited the thai restaurant (only had a thai green curry - rate that 7/10) they had an all you can eat buffet that looked good, but did not try it. Subway (had a few of these - very good!), and an electrical/computer goods store similar to Maplins/PC World, (the staff there were very nice and super helpful (big shout to Mark for his help!)). The area is a little industrial looking with commercial business areas. To be honest, everyone I encountered in Sweden was very helpful. The hotel staff gave me great instructions to get to Stockholm city centre. The bus literally leaves from outside the hotel and takes you straight to the station. The bus driver, ticket attendants and even members of public on the train were all helpful. I asked a general question to be sure I was on the right track, no less than 5 people on the train responded, with 2/3 of them reinforcing their instructions again before they got off the train. Scandic have another hotel Sollentuna, which someone on the train spoke to me about, it is closer to the city centre so will try that one the next time I go!

Children running around the gym unattended on at least two occasions, using the courtesy towels and putting these unclean items back! I brought this to the attention of the hotel staff. Also, unattended kids using the pool, not obeying lanes and crossing almost colliding with people, with no regard. So if you do have kids - please supervise them!

I've been to a couple of Scandic hotels, but this one is the best so far. Everything was ideal. The breakfast, the cleanliness of the rooms, the spaciousness of the rooms and the service at the info center were all ok. I have no complaints. I even commented a couple of times that I was really delighted with the hotel I hope we will come again soon.

one small complaint is related to the cleanliness of the pool. On the wall that goes around the pool I saw first aid plasters that were used in a lot of hair (women's hair )in the same place. No one picked them up or cleaned them for the 3-4 days i was there.

The room was massive and has a nice 'living room' area. The bed was very comfortable. The toilet is very clean and complete with toiletries and hairdryer. The hotel has a nice forest-like restaurant area which was very calming. Breakfast is good. It is a nice play for staycation.

The TV is outdated. Does not connect to the wifi/your phone. Only with USB or HMDI cord. There is no fridge in the room. Not a lot of food options within the hotel for lunch/dinner. But there are restaurants closeby.

amazing hotel.

I ordered breakfast the night before since we needed to leave around 5am. the girl told me it was fine and she was going to prepare it. the following morning I did the check out and asked for the breakfast and he told me that no one asked for that. finally, he spent 15 minutes to give me a bread with a juice. nothing else!

The interior garden was breathtaking, especially by night, when we arrived. The room was nice&clean and we had kettle in the room, as I have read other reviews that was missing.

The pool can get an upgrade as is not at the standard of this fantastic hotel, and the hotel should definitely offer pool sleepers and robes for customers.

There were no possibilities to make our own coffee or tea in our room. It was very far from Stockholm with very few public transport available.

very nice hotel to spend time with family for a couple days. the breakfast was delicious and my daughters loved it. I would like to thank the front desk staff and specially the man Gerges he was so kind and helpful

The breakfast was good, The familly room was spacious. My children love wwatching the fish.

You hear what happens in the corridor very clearly it made it difficullt for the kids to sleep.

It is a very large hotel with good facilities and a great indoor pool (which during our stay one had to book in advance due to COVID restrictions).

Lack of air conditioning in the rooms. The problem is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. How can a glass building (the whole exterior of the building is made of mirrored glass) not have air conditioning everywhere? You can feel the aircon in the lobby, you can feel it in the corridors, but the rooms get sooo hot that it feels there is no fresh air. You cannot open the windows (due to the construction) and you can borrow a fan, but honestly, after 2 nights in a family suit in the summer it was so hot inside the room (with the fan on) that we had to leave the door to the corridor open to get some air in to be able to pack to check out. Pretty unacceptable for this level of hotel, I think.

A top class service always prepared to help. Clean comfy rooms with all what's necessary for a comfortable stay. I always like to come back here . The lobby with greean garden area is just outstanding !
