The kids love the bunk beds and breakfast is great

When the shuttle picked us up at the airport it was obvious the whole group of people waiting weren’t going to fit. But the driver made no attempt to help the hustle and/or limit the passengers squeezed in standing up. It would have been better if he’d said either “no standing passengers, another shuttle will come get the rest of you shortly” or “go ahead and jam in!” Now it was just a sort of awkward and stressful experience with some people acting up.

Room is nicely designed, enough space for two people. Breakfast was amazing!!! Didn’t expect the variety of food laid out. Staff were all polite and friendly. Loved that they offer free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Didn’t know that they have a no-cleaning policy or something like that. Though we saw that we can request. On the first day of our stay, we noticed that the trash in our room was not disposed so we had a full trash even before we used the bathroom.

Good location for our business interests, comfortable twin beds, clean and quiet room, very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus from and to Arlanda airport, covenient hours for breakfast (plenty of delicious food).

No fridge in the room. The ventilation system, although quiet, is disturbing over night and cannot be adjusted from the room. Instead you can ask the receptionist to put it on stand-by mode and it's ok then.

This was the perfect place for an overnight stay near the airport! The shuttles were very efficient and on time, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Overall my stay here, although short, exceeded my expectations.

The shower water was hard to get right, and kept fluctuating between too hot and too cold.

Very modern and stylish hotel with an excellent restaurant! Interior sdesign of the lobby is beautiful and staff are very nice.

The shuttle pick up place was unclear. I was instructed to be picked up at bus terminal 12 of the airport terminal 4. But bus stopped at terminal 13, so we missed one bus and had to wait for another 30 minutes in the cold rain. Also, I had to pick up my daughter at the airport after checking in ourselves. I couldn’t discern the Hotel ‚s shuttle bus from local bus and took local bus as I asked driver if this is the direct shuttle to the airport. The driver said yes but I will have to change the bus at „Mäster? station“ …!I was a bit puzzled but took the bus, and ended up being dropped off at some city center and had to take another bus to go to the airport and was charged some money ca, 8 euros!! It was not the Hotel’s fault, maybe the driver didn’t understand English very well…‘

Booked this hotel because our usual was very expensive and I was so pleasantly surprised. No problems at all with the shuttle bus, arrived at exactly the times stated and the self check in was easy and smooth. The room was big, extremely comfortable beds and clean with the added extras of the sample face creams being a nice touch. We had the ‘light’ breakfast at 4:30am as we had an early flight but it was great. For the money would definitely stay here again.

Excellent corner family room with huge windows to watch the world go by. Excellent beds and bathroom with bath/shower. Very clean room and hotel. Amazing Breakfast: kids and adults very happy and full. Fun games around the hotel. Very spacious. Snacks available in mini kiosk at reception. CircleK 5 min walk for more, including hot food. Excellent underground car park with chargers. 10 min drive to airport (very easy).

Water pressure in room a little low for our liking. Room’s Coffee Machine needed flushing out before using. No mugs. Only 2 coffee pods (but given more when requested). No phone in room (I think it’s meant to be super “self assistance”). Upstairs bar closed (But downstairs open).

Amazing complimentary breakfast and lots of choice.

The shuttle bus wasn't available after 00.00 am.

I liked everything. I loved the room, beds , bathroom, breakfast, the transfer from and to the airport, the staff, the room price.. everything!

The only thing I did not like was the menu in the Restaurant Brasserie. Very bad and poor choices!. We were very tired and hungry with a 2 years old kid after a long trip but we couldn't find anything in the menu which we could eat! I ordered food from outside :(

Hotel has very nice nordic design.Big,light,comfortable lobby.Very comfortable rooms.Not big,but very well designed and clean.Tasty breakfast. Nice people at the front desk and breakfast room. And not only there. All people I met (Police,airport staff,bus drivers)were helpful and friendly. No problems during the stay at all. All was fast ,without delays. Overall very nice experience. Definitely would stay again.

Was a bit confused with airport bus shuttle. But it was more mine fault. Airport is huge and it took some time to find the shuttle bus stop. Would be great to get a SMS reminder with instructions on how to find it upon arrival. The way back to airport was perfect. A bus came in time, minute in minute.
