Lovely staff - clean rooms - nice cot for baby - perfect location and very good breakfast - fruit of great quality and taste - very pleased

The drains in the bathrooms don’t smell great but it was spotlessly clean so to do with plumbing rather than cleaning - cleaners exceptionally nice, meticulous and helpful - great breakfast but the ramp would need to be brought round for us to bring the baby buggy with us so we just carried it - these stairs to breakfast make it only accessible if you have the time and inclination. it could easily have a permanent ramp and actually be properly accessible without parents or non able bodied people having to get the temporary ramp in place

I loved my staying there! The experience was amazing! The staff was really nice, they were kind and really helpful. They provided for me a gluten free bread (they have a place in the breakfast for those different foods), the room had a good size and was reaally comfortable. Also, is reallyyyy close to the subway (like 2 minutes), and the line goes straight to the center of the city (and has trains about every 10 minutes). And because it is nearby the mall, it has a pharmacy and supermarket really close (in the mall). I saw that people were complaining about how to find the entrance at night, but if you have any doubts, just call them that they will answer.

I think just the bathroom could be better, because it got really wet when taking a shower, because it didn't have a thing to divide the floor from the rest of the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the reception staff are good, as well as the breakfast restaurant staff. There is a car park that looks like Batman's cave, so I advise you to contact the hotel before arriving to get the secret map.

-The room had a great view but it was hot so we had to use a fan and because of the noise we couldn’t sleep comfortably. -The breakfast was good but there was not much choice, for three days we had almost the same breakfast. -Upon receiving the room, everything was clean, but unfortunately the room was not cleaned or towels exchanged during our stay, so on the third day we took clean towels from the reception knowing that when we were leaving the room in the morning we were removing the do not disturb board, and the hotel was not very crowded, as the reception staff told us.

Everything was great! Room was very nice, clean and quiet. And we LOVED your breakfasts!!

We could not find the entrance to the hotel as we arrived after 9pm. Walked around the whole block. We called the reception and got instruction so we did find it after all 😃 Providing this information prior to arrival would be helpful. But maybe it was provided and we just did not see it …

We had to find accommodation at the last minute and found this hotel. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, check-in was really smooth. Breakfast was really outstanding, it was totally worth it :) Also, the room was nice and clean. As the hotel is located in a mall, next to a metro stop, I would say that the location is perfect. I would definitely recommend it to any group. :) Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our Stockholm trip memorable and providing such a high-quality service!

Location excellent with access to public transport, mall for shopping, bank nearby if needed. Breakfast very good with good choices even for vegan and vegetarian. Staff at reception efficient and professional. Service with smile and clear answers to queries. and the best part was fantastic view from the room. Easy to book cab through the hotel. Overall very happy with the experience.

There is nothing as such not liking but it would have been better to have shower cubicle specially as we try to save water and go green.

The breakfast buffet is good and varied. Very close to Solna T-bana station with bus stops on the north and south sides of Solna Centrum, which makes travel easy into the centre and, by bus, to Drottningholm. The station for commuter trains, e.g. to Uppsala is a 5-10 minute walk from the north side of Solna Centrum.

The room could do with having a small fridge. One of the duvet covers was provided in a slightly torn condition.

Great hot/cold breakfast, if that's a meal important to you. Appreciated the front-desk staff, quick elevators, security and overall comfort of the room and clean bathroom with shower/tub. I also got a room upgrade from booking.com as a bonus. And with the mall downstairs and the T-bahn a short walk, it's incredibly convenient whether you're staying in Solna or going into the center for sightseeing, events or entertainment.

No rooms have AC, just a small window that can be cracked and a fan. Common areas are air-conditioned. I understand that this is a climate friendly hotel, and once upon a time AC wasn't needed, but I expect this will become a point of contention as time progresses.

Good location, next to the metro station, so you can get to the city center in 15 minutes. The hotel is located in a shopping center, so you can conveniently buy what you need and get a snack. Regular buffet breakfast. The room is clean, cleaning every day. The beds are comfortable. It was hot and the window didn't open fully.

Parking is paid, there were enough free places, but it took us a while to understand how to enter and exit it.

The room was very cozy and well set up. The sauna was amazing and the room in general was great. As a bonus, the hotel staff goes above and beyond to help you make it a memorable stay, they had a pillow fort with a picture of Nicolas Cage inside on the bed and brough up a bottle of champagne up to the room as asked for.

There were 2 things that need to be fixed (also left a note about that) and I have no doubt that the hotel will resolve that asap. The antenna cable for the tv was broken by the wall, although I managed to fix that for now but it will need to be changed. And the shower head has started to leak from the pressure and needs to be changed soon. Also, this might just be a swedish thing, but the eggs and bacon at breakfast were not as good as they should be.
