- Location: the apartment is 6 min walk to the train/metro station and supermarkets; there are also few restaurants and a pharmacy nearby. In 10 min you reach Stockholm central station, so it is very convenient. - Weekly cleaning (vacuum cleaning, change of bed linen and towels): included for reservation longer than 7 nights, as well as check-out cleaning. - Maintenance: I had some minor issues (the shower seal was detaching and there was a light bulb blown out under the kitchen extractor hood); I contacted the maintenance team and the day after they had fixed everything! - Garbage room: you can sort your waste and recycle (positive for the environment!)

- Cleaning (especially in the kitchen): there were stains on the table, some pans were dirty, and the plates were clean but still wet (they were piled up and there was water between them); I submitted a complaint and they reported it to the cleaning manager. - Thin walls: when someone closes the door in another apartment, the walls (and what is s hanging on them as well) tremble a little.

A quiet neighborhood with a 5-min walk to the metro and light rail. There are three big enough supermarkets nearby (and ICA Maxi a 15-min walk away). An excellent playground on a hill nearby. There are no keys. Both entrances (to the building and apartment) are opened with a 6-digit code. The apartment is clean and simply but nicely furnished. The crib was in the apartment when we arrived. The lights are dimmable. The curtains are true black out. The kitchen is well equipped. The tumble dryer is very helpful. There are soap dispensers in the shower and near the bathroom sink.

It takes around 30 minutes to get to the Stockholm's center. Outside is a narrow street which can be a bit noisy because of lots of old buses. The mattress is hard. The pillows get flattened into nothing. There is no vacuum cleaner—only a broom. The curtains are not long/wide enough to cover the window without any gaps. The coffee machine is a drip type, not a capsule one. Only two rolls of toilet paper. No capsules for the dishwasher and washing machine. The top of the tumble dryer and the hairdryer that lay there were very dusty. An armrest of the sofa is broken. The sofa is squeaky. One of the blinds is broken. Water spreads on the bathroom floor under the shower doors.

The studio was bright and relatively spacious, well set up with everything I needed, including windows I could open for fresh air. The bed was comfy, TV worked well. When I discovered the washing machine was faulty, I requested it be fixed and someone turned up that day, arranged for me to use a machine in another apartment for 24 hrs and my machine was fixed on Monday. I was very pleased with the arrangements beforehand about the door codes and the efficient service when I needed it. The flat was perfectly located, near shops, pubs & restaurants and public transport. Excellent place to stay!

A welcome package might have been standard, including tea, coffee, sugar and salt & pepper and cooking oil. Laundry powder too.

The location of our property was excellent. It was very close to a subway line, buses and a tram. We were able to easily get where we wanted to each day. We were very comfortable with the bed and bedding and really appreciated having laundry facilities in the apartment. We also really liked that access both to the building and to our room was with a door code. Since our daughter now lives in Stockholm, we will be visiting again soon and we definitely will stay in the same location. It completely suited all our needs.

It would have been nice to have a toaster.

We like to make our own meals when we travel so this place with a small kitchen was perfect and there were a couple of grocery stores close by. The apartment was a few blocks from the metro, and it was only a few stops to get to the site-seeing areas.

We didn't like that we were in a below ground room but overall, it wasn't a problem. The washer and dryer were a little hard to figure out even though everything was in English and we unfortunately chose cycles that lasted far too long. We turned on the TV briefly and then turned it off and it came back on all by itself several times, so we just unplugged it!

Good location, apartment has good space, quite well sound insulated and so quite quiet. Security was sufficient, communication was effective and concise. Linen clean and fresh, bed was very comfortable and I slept like a log. ApartDirect is a reliable and good quality accommodation and I will return.

Floor standing lamp broken and not working Some ceiling spot lights not working Shower head couldn’t be tightened and had to be wedged into place otherwise water would spray over the ceiling and potentially the electrical appliances I am sure just a bit more regular maintenance would ensure this didn’t happen! :-)

Affordable option, a nice clean apartment and a comfy bed for a good price! Fully equipped kitchen with all the pots and pans and essentials, I only stayed for the weekend and mostly ate out but it would have been perfect for a longer stay. The apartment also had a washer and a drier. The neighborhood was lovely and felt safe to walk as a young woman even in a middle of the night. Nice restaurants and a good grocery store nearby. Very easy and fast to go to Stockholm city center by metro or a train. Also from a walking distance from Friends arena, so a great place to stay for concert goers! No check-in, you just got the door code via email, so perfect if you arrive late in the evening. I didn't meet any hotel staff during my stay, but I was in contact with them via email before my visit and they were super helpful and friendly.

The only downside was that my room was on the ground level so people walking by could see into the room when the curtains weren't closed. I kept the curtains closed and it didn't bother me too much, but some daylight would have been nice. You were also expected to wash your own dishes and take out the trash when you check out - but it really wasn't a problem for me and I was happy to do it for the price of such an affordable room. :)

Apartment was clean & well decorated. Plenty of supplies for the kitchen and comfortable beds. Big windows with a lot of natural light. The dimmer settings for the lights were a nice surprise, being able to control the brightness on the night is always nice. The staff we saw were incredibly kind and helpful as were the staff we emailed with questions before and during the stay. The area is lovely, short walking distance to all sorts of amenities and really quiet

Great location. Close to metro station and airport bus stop. Room was very spacious with a lot of amenities overlooking two sides of the street which was nice.

Nothing really significant. We just had some difficulties opening the entrance door with the given pass code when checking in. Also, we arrived at the property much earlier than the check in time and wanted to store luggage in a storage room. We were given a wrong pass code earlier but it was easy to contact the customer service and they gave the correct one.

The hotel was very helpful in getting all information out to me before I arrived. They communicated via WA and email, so there was never any issue I would accidentally miss the information needed. They also included additional info on the surrounding areas and how to get around the place. The room was clean and so comfortable. I loved that they provided comcast! The metro was a 5 min walk and the train, tram and bus station a mere 10min walk. I would stay here again definitely.
