Breakfast - Standard Scandinavian choice, Hot and cold available, juices etc and enough space. Staff cleared tables so there was always room. Location is good and easy - staff very helpful.

Evening menu is always very limited. Sometimes a single traveller you just want something nutritious and its just pizzas or burgers, depending on time of year. Breakfast - There should be more fresh prepared fruit we have Yoghurt but only tinned berries or somewhat limited whole fruit. Eggs look like they are made in blocks and always look unappetizing.

We checked in late at night around 11 PM and the receptionist was top-notch! I can't remember his name but great dude and chill yet professional. The room was lovely and having a little fridge was great to keep our drinks cold. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was big enough to keep hunger away until 3-5 PM which was major for our trip. Overall Kista made our Eras Tour concert experience that much better and we are grateful.

The host for breakfast was a little rude in the morning. We booked our breakfast times during our check-in and she couldn't find them in the list. Her attitude felt a little like she would have been blaming us for this even though it was probably a minor mistake on the staff's part. It was probably just a stressful day and we didn't have any hard feelings after. I thought I'd just bring it up because as someone who works in the industry, it can be very stressful on days when you're fully booked and during the high season days. Therefore we are very understanding but other guests might not have been. Overall everything was great and fine, maybe just get a better system for breakfast where the guests don't get scared they made a mistake when they've done everything right. :)

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and were very satisfied - nice stay, comfortable beds. Our room was spacious, well kept and clean. The room had the necessary facilities, including an iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. There were refillable shampoo, bath gel and soap containers in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite plentiful and with many options, including vegetarian. The hotel is a bit further from the center but really close to the Kista metro station. There is a shopping mall around.

There are not many things to complain about - on the day of arrival the lift was not working but it was fixed quickly (and luckily we were on the first floor anyway). Breakfast serving hours were quite early, on weekdays until 9.00 and on weekends until 10.00 - the background is that most guests are there for work and leave early.

Good location with an easy access to subway. The area around the hotel was calm and safe. Breakfast was quite good and the stuff at the breakfast were friendly.

It’s quite a basic hotel with nothing special. The room had no air conditioning and it was rather hot during our stay. The bed was quite uncomfortable and there was only one pillow available for each person. In the double bed the cover was too small, not meant for two persons.

Breakfast was good, lot of different choices of food as well as good breakfast timings. Rooms were good, we were offered room with kitchen, which we declined as we spent were here for work and quite busy. There is sauna available if you prebook it earlier. Location spot of from KTH Electrum, RISE and Ericsson facilities, as well as 2 min walk to Kista Galeria shopping mall and metro station.

Kitchen-less rooms, doesn't have any cups, tea kettle or coffee machine, which I got used to as always available in different hotels around Europe. If you get offered one with kitchen, take it, even if you don't need kitchen.

Breakfast is good, full of varieties. Strategic location, just beside Kista Galleria mall and walking distance from bus and train station. Hotel common facilities are great. Billard, ping pong, mini gym, laundry etc provided.

Toilet smell abit when first enter the room. Maybe can be cleaned more thoroughly especially around the toilet bowl. Kettle doesn't seem clean. Water is left inside even before using,

Breakfast was excellent. A wide range of products is provided. Also, the distance to the train station is close to the hotel, making it easy to go to the centre. The rooms are cosy, and the beds are comfortable. Everything is clean, as well as the equipment in the room.

I didn't like the party next door. However, the excellent staff enabled me to change the room only for that night even though the hotel was almost fully-booked. The approach of the staff was great and guest-friendly.

The breakfast was amazing. The hotel was clean, modern, had a nice bar, good service, and comfortable beds.

This is minor but the pillows were so small. And not many of them. Also, as par usual in Europe no washcloths!! It’s so far from Stockholm. The Arlanda Express is a 20 minute walk. But the tram is only a 5 minute walk.

Customer oriented receptionists. Very good breakfast. Improved handling of housekeeping. During my stay last year, they require that one have to go to the reception the night before if the room should be cleaned the next day. Thus couldn't be done by phone since the phones don't work. Now, they asked during check-in how often one wants housekeeping. I am glad the rectify the handling.

The phones in the rooms do not work. If there is a way to get the to work, put instructions in the rooms. Otherwise, just remove them. The link to setup Chromecast did not work in both rooms we stayed in. WiFi does not reconnect. One has to remove/forget the connection and reconnect, everyday. The curtains let through too much light than I would have liked, especially where the windows are. Fridge and water boiler missing. I could understand fridge being more expensive and uses more electricity, but water boiler is cheap and most people won't use it. But for people that use it, not having it is an annoyance. I don't drink tea, but my wife does, for instance.

Near Kista galeria, Ok breakfast, but not 100% fresh and quality products. Some games at the entrance to keep a bigger kid entertained for 1-2 hours. Rooms are big and almost clean
