Ladies and Gentlemen, everything was great, but please check the plates because they are not completely clean. It seems to me that the dishwasher does not clean thoroughly.

The location is very convenient in the modern/commercial part of town, which makes most important parts easily accessible on foot (and by public transport). I also appreciated that at check-in I was asked how often I wished my room to be cleaned.

This is nitpicking, but in busiest days it was difficult to find a clean table in the (huge) breakfast room: most tables were unoccupied, but covered in used plates and cups. Setting up an area were people could leave their used tableware would be highly beneficial. Also very nitpicking: I would have appreciated a 'fruit salad' option at breakfast.

1. The location is really good, 1 min walk to the central station. 2. The room is very clean and comfortable. 3. The staff is really helpful and warm.

1. The WiFi connection was super bad, I cannot even open instagram.

Breakfast was included in the price of the room which made this even better value for money. There was a large selections of items at breakfast which was also great. My favourite in particular were the overnight oats and the yogurt. The room was nice, perhaps a little small but that was only really a minor issue as everything else about the hotel was great.

As above, the room was a little small. Also I found it a little disconcerting that there was no one at reception during the night, and there was only the security guard. But this didn't turn out to be an issue at all for us so was only a minor thing.

Breakfast was excellent - a huge selection, including a sandwich making stand. The small gym and saunas (separate men/women saunas) were good - the staff heat the sauna when asked if it has cooled down from the daytime. Hotel is just 10 minutes walk to the old town, and close to transport. The beds were comfortable. The TV is easy to use and you can connect your own device to stream from it.

The small double room was no bigger than the single room - it just had a bigger bed, meaning that it was a bit crowded. But it was fine for one person for 5 nights, or for two people if they are staying only one or two nights. The single room was larger than we had anticipated. There is hardly anywhere in either room to put any belongings - I had to use the windowsill as a clothes shelf. There is room for the hotel to add shelves - they just haven't.

Cleanliness in all areas of hotel. Staff were obliging, polite, friendly, helpful especially the young man bar attendant working afternoon/evening Friday 6th and 7th September. Single bedrooms were comfortable with all necessities provided. Breakfast is exceptionally good and in an attractive setting. The restaurant staff clearly work very hard keeping buffet well stocked and tables cleared and cleaned promptly. Food is good and well presented. Also had dinner in the bar which was equally exceptional standard

The air conditioning in bedrooms could have been easier to control. Although didn't prevent restful sleep, on occasion it was too hot

The location was perfect, so central for everything, the beds were so comfortable and a bonus to have a tiny fridge in a hotel rum. We were also given rooms next to each other and could check in direct when we arrived 4 hours early. The breakfast (which was included) room was a covered courtyard and it felt very Mediterranean to eat there. A super plus that they served pancakes with whipped cream and jam.

lol minor thing that didn’t detract from the awesomeness at all but the toilet roll holder was really weird and the tiny step up into the bathroom took me by surprise a couple of times.

Location: Perfect 10/10, in the heart of Stockholm, close to major attractions, mass transportation lines, malls, groceries, nice cafes & restaurants, etc. Check-in & out: Easy and smooth, early check-in provided; however, the front desk guy could be more friendly 9/10. Personnel: Overall, very kind and helpful 9/10 Common spaces: 8/10 Wi-Fi: Flawless 10/10 Security: 10/10 Breakfast: We really liked it, better than most European standards, 9/10 Overall: our experience was 8,5/10 and we may consider staying in this hotel again on our future trips.

Room: Room furniture quality is good; however, some basic toiletries are missing. Total room space is smaller than expected. A/C works average and noisy. Cleaning was good. Some flooding during shower which cannot be avoided due to its design. Modern toilette and overall high hygiene standards 8/10

I enjoyed my stay at Scandic Klara. It was clean, bright and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and you needed your room card to go from floor to floor in the elevator so it felt very secure. The breakfast was buffet style and had so many options that there is something for everyone (even a lot of options for dietary restrictions) and the food for very tasty - great way to start your day of sightseeing. The room had a window (which when I was looking in the area, not all hotels have rooms with windows) so that was nice. My window did face the courtyard, and while I did hear a little sound during the dinner hour, it did not go late into the night and it was not loud (a little bit of clinking sounds) so this was non-issue for me personally. The TV had a number of English channels available to watch. The location (once I found the hotel the first time) was great. Within walking distance to the various public ferry terminals, Stockholm Central stations, the old town, shopping streets and some museums. This was my first stay at a Scandic hotel and I would definitely stay at a hotel in this chain again.

I found it very difficult to find the hotel from the commuter train when I arrived. If you are staying at this hotel, please make sure you have a good map of the area as it is very confusing at first (roads on different levels and the local, commuter and out of town stations all being connected makes things even more confusing). Once I did find the hotel though, it was in an great location so I wouldn't change the location, just make sure you know which exit to use in the station when you arrive!

Small but very nice room. Supernice service and the breakfast is great! Regarding the area it's really calm. Good place to discover the city.

It's not possible to open the windows. The bed is too soft.
