i like that there were a lot of filipino staff in the hotel. The non filipino ones are just as friendly and accomodating too. i like the food in Brasserie and we enjoyed the daily breakfast too. i like that it is quite close to the central train station.

there was no hair dryer in the room; neither was there enough slippers and robes and toiletries. There was only one of each while there were 3 of us in the room even if I booked and paid for 3 persons. There was also no bellmen who helped us with our luggage when we checked in. we rolled the trolley with our 6 luggage and 3 carry on luggage by ourselves. when we were not also told that we must tap our room key card for the elevator to bring us to our floor. I thought i was stucked in the elevator and almost panicked coz i went up alone and i am claustrophobic.

location is great, not more than 10min walk to the arlanda express. very comfortable and large room - huge bed, good bedding. 24h well equipped gym and a small sauna. very good breakfast (approx 25e per person). no noise from the street when the window was closed. booked early so also very good value for money.

no hair dryer in the room and only 3 hangers. would recommend asking for a room om a floor higher than 1 - ours had a very small window compared to the higher floors.

This hotel is focused on practical needs of the guests. One of the goid examples is having 5 elevators that suits the number of floors and rooms at this hotel. Also the breakfast was nice with many food choices needed. In addition to that you will feel the hotel is really committed to making a positive impact by integrating sustainability and social impact practices in its operation.

One small thing .. having a sliding door for the toilet insider the room is a very practical and nice thing to manage space. However it was hard to open if it is fully closed so it needs maintinance.

I cannot say enough about the staff. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Our flight arrived well before our room was to be ready, but the staff held our luggage in a secure room for us, which allowed for my friend and I to set off exploring the city worry-free. They also allowed us to borrow what was needed for our temporary charging needs, as our converters were buried in our suitcases. It was wonderful to have a fully charged battery for all the pictures that we took that day! The beds were amazing!! So comfortable!! And, there was so much to choose from at breakfast with a friendly, attentive staff there too! A final positive I can give the Sheraton Stockholm is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! If you want to see as many of the districts in Stockholm as you can easily, stay at this hotel!!

The only thing I wish is that our room would have been cooler. That's it.

A very business oriented hotel that didn’t necessarily lack in anything in particular. Friendly staff, large rooms, clean design, well kept. Can’t really fault it. Did not have breakfast or any other meal at the hotel.

Not sure if it was to their own fault, as I couldn’t tel if the renovations were ongoing at the property or not, but it wasn’t at all pleasant being woken up early while on vacation to the sound of hammering and drilling. One day they started at 7.30 am!!! It went quietly shortly after, so I reckon someone got a phone call. That being said, it would be appreciated being informed beforehand that the hotel or a building nearby is undergoing renovations. A discounted rate, meal vouchers or something of the like would be a welcomed apology for having our rest period disturbed.

The hotel is terrific! It is <10 minutes' walk from Stockholm Central Station. It is also less than 10 minutes' walk to all tourism places, including the Old Town, the City Hall, malls and restaurants. The breakfast is sooooo good! Wow, I cannot express enough how much I like the breakfast. It also serves long hours, from 7:30 to 11 am, if I remembered correctly. I had a very relaxed morning enjoying the breakfast. The staffs are very friendly. I broke the lid of a complementary bottled water, and they gave me two. The room is a bit smaller than I expected but is quite clean and comfortable. All facilities are available.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed by both the staff and the location. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the area and offered great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The hotel's location couldn't be better, offering easy access to local attractions, shopping, and public transportation. This made exploring the surroundings a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and a prime location.

The hotel itself feels quite old and is in dire need of renovation or at least a refresh to bring it up to standard. My room, in particular, had an awful smell emanating from the bathroom, which significantly impacted my overall experience. While the potential of the hotel could be seen in its architecture and charm, the current state of the facilities detracts from what could otherwise be an enjoyable stay.

The rooms are specious and you have all the necessary facilities. The bathroom has a good size. The bed - king-size- is very comfortable too, and window that was looking towards the innert court can be opened. The hotel is situated very close to all attraction (15-30 min walk to all museum and main attractions).The staff is friendly and patient with everybody making sure they answer all their questions.

The bathroom has a sliding door and does not close completely. The air conditioning if set to mid or high (I visited when the general outside temperature was 1-5C°) after a certain it made a loud screeching sound and to be lowered to minimum or shot down.

The location is fine. Very close to the main train station and between old and new city so you can walk on foot to both. The rooms are little bit worn out - the carpet needs to be changed but still comfortable and big. There was super annoying noise from the ventilation system as it's old but after the first night we complained at the reception and we were moved to the other side of the hotel - the rooms with a view to the city where it was OK. The staff was very polite and offered immediate upgrade. The sauna was always working and very hot, you'll definitely need after a day out at minus 20. Have in mind that they are separate men / women in the dressing rooms of the fitness.

We had 2 interconnected rooms and front desk staff were very helpful when our flight was delayed by 3 hours and we arrived very late. Very nice breakfast, all looked to be cooked fresh not like a lot of hotel buffets. Hotel bar very pleasant with friendly helpful staff. Concierge also very helpful suggesting local restaurants etc. The rooms were well appointed, very comfy beds and great showers, also despite being very close to the Central Station, it was very quiet with very little external noise. There was a good gym and separate women/men's sauna which we used. Fabulous location in the old town with great views and proximity to central station for the airport shuttle a big plus. Great stay, professional staff and fab location, we would definitely return.
