There wasn’t anything in particular that I thought was bad. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was good. The staff were very friendly. Not everyone is that kind to someone like me, an Asian. They had very bright expressions and treated me with joy. I am very grateful for that. I am leaving with a good impression of Sweden.

There was only one thing I was disappointed with. It was a bit cold for me, and I couldn’t find a way to make it warmer.

The location is in the city centre, close to a shopping mall with an ICA grocery store. The rooms are of a decent size and comfort. The breakfast is great: the selection, quality and variety of offers are excellent. One small shadow is that scrabbled eggs seem to be made from powdered eggs, not fresh ones. But you can opt instead for hard or soft-boiled real eggs.

Daily room service might be more thorough. The underground parking is common with the shopping mall with direct access to the hotel. Not ideal late night, when it gets a bit spooky when you are on your own.

Excellent location and breakfast options, although there was very no real change to the buffet food on offer while we were there, i.e. just different fruit or a couple of new mini-pastries.

The cleaning staff did not clean our on the day after our arrival (we put the designated door handle thingy before leaving our room at 10 am, we returned after 5 pm). The room was very warm and, due to safety reasons, the many windows would open only just enough to let in a little bit of air. AC did not work when we tried to switch it on. To be fair, we were on the 5th floor and we did not expect to fin 23-25 degree sin May...

Really great location : lovely staff : FANTASTIC breakfast : lovely bathroom products: bikes available to use was a nice bonus and really good gym facilities.

We had a small double which was fine but the duvet was tiny ! (Too small for a couple). We were missing a hairdryer but received one within two minutes of asking. I booked three rooms - two of which were made up after our first night but one only had bins emptied but bed unmade - thought this was strange.

The daily breakfast buffet catered for a wide range of dietary choices. The staff were very friendly especially Gabriel and Marie during breakfast. During our stay we had a problem with one of our rooms which was resolved very quickly by the hotel staff.

The rooms didn’t have any drawers to put our clothes. Therefore we had to keep the majority of our clothes in our suitcases. We were able to hang our coats on the few hangers provided.

We were welcomed at reception by the most accommodating and friendly receptionist. He welcomed us to the hotel, provided detailed information and helped us navigate the city. The rooms were clean and the breakfast included a wide variety of options.

The hotel bistro closed earlier than we expected. It was not possible to have a tea or coffee in the evenings.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, It is easy to get to, very well maintained and you can walk to everything. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and full of options. There even a gluten-free bread station, The hotel was staff are super friendly and helpful. A great place to stay.

The only thing I can say is that the rooms are dark. More/brighter lighting would be nice.

Room was too dark and very little clothing storage. So dark that I accidentally left a pair of dark trousers in the room when leaving. Also gaps around the window, handle missing to tighten the window. No USB sockets

As always, fantastic breakfast at Clarion hotels. It really had everything you need. Very comfortable beds, also the extra bed was big and soft – a real plus. Parking garage in the basement was very practical. Walking distance to good restaurants and city center.

Just one thing: Though checking in with kids, reception staff missed to inform us that there was a big playground area in the conference room during the summer. We discovered that area in the morning we were leaving.

Breakfast was great with amazing staff to assist and answer questions. The check in desk staff was beyond great. Patric and Tobias went above and beyond to help my friend and I coordinate parking and other things. They were pleasant and so helpful.

Parking is expensive.
