The airconditioning in the room was perfect, it was a very hot day and not sure we could have slept without it! The shower was very good, with 3 options, very nice!

The room was very small and because it was in the attic, you had to be careful not to bang your head.

Good location as we needed a sleep driving through Switzerland. We tried to find as cheap as possible and close to the high way but I guess nothing is cheap here ;)

The road in front of the hotel is very noisy (cannot have a window open)

Friendly welcome and lovely staff. Newly refurbished bedroom & bathroom. Air conditioning. Very convenient for station. This is not a top luxury hotel and the menu choice was limited but the food was very good and it was great value for money.

Very comfortable beds. Newly renovated room/bathroom. Very close to the motorway. Perfect for a stop travelling from Italy to the UK. Free parking at the back of the hotel.

The bed was really comfortable. I liked the whole room, it was enough, it had everything one can need.

It was a little bit too cold and the heating was not on. I turned it on high in my room but it did not work. I used the extra blanket which helped but it was a bit cold to get out of bed in the morning. I didn't like that there was no elevator. But they probably cannot change this. I got a back room which was quiet, just the staircase area is echoey and loud. If you are a light sleeper, movements can wake you up.

Its proximity to the main road. It wasn't clear when booking that it was on a main thoroughfare.

We were on the top floor, which has a very cool skylight window feature, it was super nice to glaze the stars before falling asleep. As that was on the top floor, not much roadnoise came in, and the window in the bathroom could be opened for a good breeze. It was very clean, and recently refurbished. There is also AC in the room and LIDL is nearby.

As this is the top floor, the ceiling was very low. We are tall people, so had to bend most of the time. There is also a cheezy LOVE sign under the window, but that is a feature :)

Convenient late self-checkin, accepts bookings until late. Overall neat and clean, great breakfast. We just stayed overnight driving back from Italy and this is all we needed. Slightly expensive for what you get mostly because the room is so small.
