On a three week traveling trip, this was by far the most spacious place we stayed. The private bedroom off the hallway, one and a half baths with a washer and dryer, dishwasher and more. The hosts were amazingly kind and walked us the several minutes back from the hotel lobby to the residences area. She was kind and explained much about the city and the surrounding area on our walk and promptly followed them up with text messages after returning to the hotel. The location remained quiet despite being only 3 minutes walk from the train station.

There were no views owing to being in center of town. But this was honestly negligible.

Nice place with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Also had a nice terrace. Covered parking was available too.

It’s located in the middle of a town. For some reason I was expecting it to be a little further out of town and more of a house. It’s part of a big apartment building. Once we arrived, a good 15-20 minutes was required for the orientation to the place though the staff was very nice and helpful. We had trouble with the washing machine but it might have just been us not knowing how to use it.

Excellent large apartments, well-equipped kitchen, large refrigerator, where there was water) there is a coffee maker, kettle, microwave. Comfortable beds, clean linen, plenty of towels. There is a fan, which helped, because without it it was stuffy. The location is convenient, 7-10 minutes walk Lidl, close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, bakeries.

It's not that we didn't like it, but I just draw your attention, we took the key on one street, and the apartment on the other street. Since we were tired, we did not immediately pay attention to this 😀 Parking - it was certainly a test, since there were no free parking spaces near the hotel during the 2 days that we were there. The parking system itself, which we have not met before, each has its own designations, and the amount of time that you can stay there. Most parking areas do not have parking machines, but circles that are placed on the windshield, marking the time when they parked. We received this circle and a detailed explanation the next day at the reception.

everything was perfect. The stuff super friendly and helpfull. The appartment in excellent location, so close to city center. And get the apartment cleaned everyday was actually exceeding my expectations.

The parking problem thought is a subject to address. Five places in front of the hotel, never enough and I almost never found a free spot. Especially taking into consideration, that in this location the public places to park provide you only the possiblility to do it for 2 hours

The location, the staff and the facilities.

The hotel should inform beforehand that the room and the check-in lobby are not located at the same place. The room is next to the train station but the check-in lobby is in the city. We went there with public transport and had to take the heavy luggage all the way. If we were informed, we would separately go for check in and the other would wait with the luggage at the train station.

Excellent modern apartment near gruyere. Beds were very comfortable and apartment was very neat, clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Apartment itself was quite closed to the train station but we come early before check in time so we had to pick room spare key from the Hotel reception in town (not far). The train station have a big MIGROS supermarket.

The apartment don't have the elevator service.

We stayed in the apartment just 1 night with 2 kids and it was great! Location-wise not far from Gruyere by car and we saw some busses go there too. The flat is quite central, free parking near the reception office, otherwise anywhere around was free on the weekends only.. Great size, kitchen with everything you need. Would advise to request the baby bed and high chair (extra cost). In general nice, cosy, safe, warm and clean. People at the reception were very polite and helpful.We liked it and will be back in Summer!

The apartment was spacious and very clean, there were enough kitchenware and supplies for a family stay e.g. for cleaning and washing, which is unusual and highly appreciated when you are with children.

The cleaning of the apartment was delayed about an hour. I would also recommend to the property managers to inform the guests about the daily cleaning routine or the replenishing of supplies. Especially when families come with small children that have an afternoon nap and perhaps do not want to be disturbed by the staff.

The apartment was very central and close to supermarket and public transport in case one needed that. There was also enough parking space around the place so you didn’t have to look for one for too long

Below the apartment is a bus stop which starts working very early in the morning. As we were there in the summer and because there was no air conditioning in the apartment, we had to leave the windows open. Therefore, we were woken up a couple of times during the night by the sound of the people, cars or public transport crossing the street.

Everything was superlative. A very spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who offered us a better accommodation option than what we booked. A parking lot with several parking spaces in front of the building. We felt wonderful and recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly. If I come to this area again, I will stay there for sure
